First you need to make a light batter in which the potatoes will be cooked. To do this, beat the egg whites well. Potatoes must be cut into slices and mixed in whipped proteins. Then add all the seasonings to your taste. A small amount of olive oil is added to a baking sheet, and put the potato wedges. If desired, you can sprinkle herbs on top. Bake potatoes at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes. while the potatoes should be stirred every 10-15 minutes.

Pork rolls with prunes and cheese


Ingredients: 1 kg of pork neck, 200 g of cheese, 200 g of prunes, 250 g of sour cream, no more than 25% fat, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of mustard with grains, 2 teaspoons of dried basil, salt and pepper to taste.

Lubricate your hands with oil. Put a tablespoon of the vegetable mixture on the palm of your hand and smooth it into a cake.
