Conclusion

All substances continuously emit electromagnetic waves. The radiation spectrum covers a wide range of wavelengths: from radio waves hundreds of meters long to hard cosmic radiation with a wavelength of 10-12m. The natural electromagnetic spectrum covers wavelengths from 0.00000000000001 meters to 100,000 kilometers. Thermal (infrared) radiation is emitted by bodies in a certain temperature range. The higher the body temperature, the shorter the wavelength and the higher the intensity of the radiation.

An infrared heater is ideal wherever you need to get local surface heating. Being absolutely harmless, infrared heaters provide effective heating.

In the process of life, a person is constantly in the zone of action of the electromagnetic (EM) field of the Earth. Such a field, called the background, is considered normal and does not cause any harm to human health.

Various "smart" machines (computers, cell phones, microwave ovens, televisions) that have become so firmly established in our lives are actually capable of doing a lot more harm to a person than it seems at first glance.

Extensive research on the impact of electromagnetic radiation on human health in the world was started in the 60s of the last century. A large clinical material has been accumulated on the adverse effects of magnetic and electromagnetic fields. Already at this time, it was proposed to introduce new diseases "Radio wave disease" or "Chronic damage by microwaves." Later, the work of scientists in Russia found that the most sensitive to the effects of electromagnetic fields is the human nervous system. The results of the work carried out were used in the development of sanitary regulations in Russia.

Therefore, consideration of the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the human body is relevant .

Target of our abstract: learn about the mechanism and consequences of exposure to electromagnetic radiation.

We set ourselves the following tasks :

analyze the literature on this issue;

identify the mechanism of radiation influence

describe the consequences of this impact.

Object of study is electromagnetic radiation.

The abstract was made on the basis of the MOU with in-depth study of the English language No. 120 in Samara.

Fig.1 EMW range

Electromagnetic field (EMF) - the physical field of moving electric charges, in which the interaction between them is carried out. Particular manifestations of EMF are electric and magnetic fields. Since the changing electric and magnetic fields generate magnetic and electric fields, respectively, at neighboring points in space, these two interconnected fields propagate in the form of a single EMF. EMF are characterized by oscillation frequency f (or period T = 1/f), amplitude E (or H) and phase

, which determines the state of the wave process at each moment of time. The oscillation frequency is expressed in hertz (Hz), kilohertz (1 kHz = 10 3 Hz), megahertz (1 MHz = 10 6 Hz) and gigahertz (1x 10 9 Hz). The phase is expressed in degrees or relative units, multiples of . Oscillations of electric (E) and magnetic (H) fields, which make up a single EMF, propagate in the form of electromagnetic waves, the main parameters of which are wavelength (), frequency (f) and propagation velocity. Wave formation occurs in the wave zone at a distance greater from the source. In this zone, the waves change in phase. At shorter distances - in the induction zone - E - the waves change out of phase and rapidly decrease with distance from the source. In the induction zone, the energy alternately passes either into an electric or into a magnetic field. E and H are estimated separately. In the wave zone, radiation is estimated in terms of power flux density - watts per square centimeter. In the electromagnetic spectrum, EMFs occupy the radio frequency range (frequency from 3x104 to 3x1012 Hz) and are divided into several types (Fig. 1). In extreme conditions, in particular, in space flight, radio and television equipment becomes a source of EMF of various characteristics. The biological effect of EMF on a living organism is based on the absorption of energy by tissues. Its value is determined by the properties of the irradiated tissue or its biophysical parameters - dielectric constant () and conductivity. The tissues of the body, due to the high content of water in them, should be considered as dielectrics with losses. The depth of EMF penetration into tissues is the greater, the lower the absorption. With total body irradiation, the energy penetrates to a depth of 0.001 wavelength. Depending on the intensity of exposure and exposure, the wavelength and the initial functional state of the organism, EMFs cause changes in the studied tissues with or without an increase in their temperature.

Power lines, strong radio transmitting devices create an electromagnetic field that many times exceeds the permissible level. To protect humans, special sanitary standards have been developed (GOST 12.1.006-84 regulates the impact of electromagnetic radiation on humans), including those that prohibit the construction of residential and other facilities near strong radiation sources.

Often more dangerous are sources of weak electromagnetic radiation, which acts for a long period of time. These sources include mainly audio-video equipment, household appliances. Mobile phones, microwave ovens, computers and televisions have the most significant impact on a person.

Telephones and microwave ovens operate mostly for a short time (on average from 1 to 7 minutes), TVs do not cause significant harm, because usually located at a distance from the audience. The problem of electromagnetic radiation emanating from personal computers is quite acute due to several reasons:

the computer has two radiation sources at once (monitor and system unit)

the PC user is practically deprived of the opportunity to work at a distance

very long exposure time

Game consoles, or set-top boxes that connect to a TV, can lead to even more serious consequences. The main problem in this case comes down to the fact that TVs emit a more powerful field, but children (the main category of set-top box users) cannot get far enough from the screen due to short wires, furniture arrangement, or the picture just becomes very small. Of particular danger are old television receivers (domestic "Rassvet", "Rubin") - their EM background is several times higher than that of modern world brands (Sony, LG, Panasonic, etc.). After 5-8 hours spent in front of such a TV (which is not uncommon in our families), the child is thrown into a fever, the temperature rises quickly, and a headache appears. In this case, children should be immediately taken out of the EM field, preferably outside. Symptoms quickly disappear after the EM radiation is stopped.

The frequency range of electromagnetic waves recorded at the present time extends from 0 to 3*10 22 Hz. This range corresponds to the spectrum of electromagnetic waves with a wavelength varying from 10-14 m to infinity. According to the wavelength, the spectrum of electromagnetic waves is conditionally divided into eight ranges. The difference in frequencies emitted in different ranges is due to the difference in microscopic radiation sources. The main sources of electromagnetic radiation in modern human life are:

electric transport - trams, trolleybuses, electric trains.

power lines - urban lighting, high-voltage lines.

household electrical appliances.

television and radio stations - broadcasting antennas.

satellite and cellular communication - broadcasting antennas.

personal computers.

Each of the listed sources creates electric and magnetic fields in a different frequency range from 0 to 1000 Hz. In this case, such values of magnetic induction B, μT and electric field strength E, V / m are created, which in some cases far exceed the maximum permissible norms (PDN).

EM waves change the workplace environment by filling the air with positively charged ions. Such ions are harmful to people, so the room must be ventilated, and the best solution would be to purchase a device known as the Chizhevsky Chandelier, at present there are quite a few modifications. Chizhevsky's chandelier is a source of negatively charged ions (better known to the people as the "mountain air effect"), which are beneficial to human health.

As you know, ecology, nutrition and stress are the main factors that affect human health. Everything that enters our body from the outside helps or harms us.

Destroy our health, accumulating in the body, toxic substances, nitrates, pesticides, heavy metals, radiation and electromagnetic radiation.

Even in our homes, we are not protected from the influence of external factors. We live in an environment of chemicals.

Finishing materials, detergents and cleaners basically consist of synthetic materials that have a carcinogenic effect on the human body. Compared to ozone holes and acid rain, the impact on the human body of synthetic materials inside our homes is much greater, and the worst thing is their constant impact on people, albeit in small doses.

Therefore, it is hardly surprising that diseases caused by the influence of external influences on the body occur more and more often. These are not only ordinary allergies, but also oncological diseases such as cancer.

on the human body

What can be said about electromagnetic fields? Electrical wires criss-crossed our homes, trapping us in the web as if in a trap. Exposure to radiation puts every person at risk of various diseases. And it is unlikely that most of us will be able to change something in this regard. Now this is not possible for anyone.

Therefore, I would like to elaborate on influence of electromagnetic radiation on the human body.

Agree, it is difficult to imagine modern life without household appliances: computers, television receivers, cellular communications, radiation from microwave ovens, all this creates an electromagnetic field that can continue to exist for some time even after turning off all appliances, like static electricity.

The immune, nervous, reproductive and endocrine systems are especially sensitive to the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the human body. A person's memory worsens, immunity decreases, constant tension appears due to an increase in adrenaline in the blood, sexual activity decreases, and in women, the negative impact on the development of the fetus during pregnancy increases.

Those people who are constantly forced to be in contact with electromagnetic radiation most often suffer from radio wave disease. After all, it is not for nothing that radiologists retire very early.

What to do if we are constantly forced to be exposed to electromagnetic influences?

EMI protection

In enterprises, various absorbing, reflective materials and deflecting devices are used to protect workers from electromagnetic radiation.

In everyday life, distance protection is the most effective. They also use a shungite plate called magralite, which is installed on cell phones. Thus, the harmful effect on the brain of a person speaking on a cell phone is greatly reduced. Watch the video about magralit shungite plate:

How to protect yourself if you are forced to be exposed to electromagnetic radiation? First of all, you need to know the degree of danger to human health of each household appliance. To do this, look at the table:

Rules for protection against electromagnetic radiation in everyday life

  1. When buying household appliances, you need to check whether it meets all safety requirements for sanitary standards.
  2. The less power a household appliance has, the safer this appliance is for human health.
  3. It is better if household appliances are equipped with automatic control at a distance (remote controls)
  4. The distance from the permanent location of a person to a household appliance must be at least 1.5 meters
  5. If you decide to install electric floors in your house, then choose a system with a low level of electromagnetic field.
  6. If you are forced to turn on several devices that emit radiation, then try to stay in this room as little as possible.
  7. Electric wires should not be stored coiled in rings during operation, straighten the loops formed.
  8. Read carefully the annotations to the devices. The safety distances must be indicated there.
  9. The safest place is next to the computer in front of the monitor. Get smaller on the side and back of the computer. The distance from the monitor is better to keep at 50-70cm
  10. Be sure to unplug your computer at night, especially in the rooms where you sleep.
  11. If you choose a place for a bed in a room, be sure to check if there is a computer or TV set behind the wall. Walls do not protect against magnetic fields.

Mechanism of EMR impact

The human body, like any organism on Earth, has its own electromagnetic field, thanks to which all systems, organs and cells of the body work harmoniously. Human electromagnetic radiation is also called a biofield. The visual representation of the biofield, which some people see, and which can be built by a computer with the help of special devices, is also called an aura.

This field is the main protective shell of our body from the influence of external electromagnetic fields. When it is destroyed, the organs and systems of our body become easy prey for any disease-causing factors.

If other sources of radiation, much more powerful than the radiation of our body, act on our natural electromagnetic field, then it is distorted or even begins to collapse. And chaos begins in the body. This leads to disruption of the work of various organs and systems - diseases.

That is, for any person it is obvious that, for example, a buzzing transformer box or a powerful electric generator are dangerous, because they create a strong electromagnetic field around them. For workers, the norms of safe time and distance are calculated when they are near such devices. But here's what is NOT obvious to most people:

The same effect of destruction of the biofield occurs when exposed to weak electromagnetic radiation, if the body is under their influence regularly and for long periods of time.

That is, the sources of danger are the most common household appliances that surround us every day. Things without which we can no longer imagine our lives: household appliances, computers, laptops, mobile phones, transport and other attributes of modern civilization.

In addition, a large crowd of people, the mood of a person and his attitude towards us, geopathogenic zones on the planet, magnetic storms, etc. have a significant impact on us. (for more details see page ).

Among scientists, there are still disputes about the dangers of electromagnetic radiation. Some say that it is dangerous, others, on the contrary, do not see any harm. I would like to clarify.

The most dangerous is not the electromagnetic waves themselves, without which no device could really work, but their information component, which cannot be detected by conventional oscilloscopes.

It has been experimentally established that electromagnetic radiations have a torsion (information) component. According to the studies of specialists from France, Russia, Ukraine and Switzerland, it is torsion fields, and not electromagnetic ones, that are the main factor in the negative impact on human health. Since it is the torsion field that transmits to a person all that negative information, from which headaches, irritations, insomnia, etc. begin.

How strong is the impact of the technology around us? We offer several videos for viewing:

How dangerous radiation surrounds us? Visual demonstration:

Of course, these are far from all the dangerous items that we use on a daily basis. More information about radiation sources can be found on the page:

Effect of electromagnetic radiation on human health

Weak electromagnetic fields (EMFs) of high frequency with a power of hundredths and even thousandths of a watt are dangerous for a person because the intensity of such fields coincides with the intensity of the radiation of the human body during the normal functioning of all systems and organs in his body. As a result of this interaction, a person's own field is distorted, which contributes to the development of various diseases, especially in the most weakened parts of the body.

The most dangerous property of such effects is that they accumulate over time in the body. As they say: "a drop of water wears away a stone." In people who, by occupation, use a lot of various equipment - computers, telephones - a decrease in immunity, frequent stress, a decrease in sexual activity, and increased fatigue were found.

And if we take into account the development of wireless technologies and the miniaturization of gadgets that allow us not to part with them around the clock... Today, almost every resident of a metropolis is at risk, one way or another exposed to mobile and Wi-Fi networks, power lines, electric transport, etc. .

The problem is that the danger is invisible and intangible, and begins to manifest itself only in the form of various diseases. At the same time, the cause of these diseases remains outside the field of view of medicine. With rare exceptions. And while you are healing the symptoms with the achievements of modern medicine, our invisible enemy stubbornly continues to undermine your health.

The most affected by electromagnetic fields are the circulatory system, brain, eyes, immune and reproductive systems. Someone will say: “So what? Surely this impact is not so strong - otherwise international organizations would have sounded the alarm long ago.

Data:

Do you know that within 15 minutes after starting to work on the computer in a 9-10 year old child, changes in the blood and urine almost coincide with changes in the blood of a person with cancer? Similar changes appear in a 16-year-old teenager after half an hour, in an adult - after 2 hours of work at the monitor.

(we are talking about cathode ray monitors, which are gradually disappearing from everyday use, but are still found)

US researchers found:

  • in most women who worked on computers during pregnancy, the fetus developed abnormally, and the probability of miscarriage approached 80%;
  • brain cancer in electricians develops 13 times more often than in workers of other professions;

Effect of electromagnetic radiation on the nervous system:

The level of electromagnetic radiation, even without causing thermal effects, can affect the most important functional systems of the body. Most experts consider the nervous system to be the most vulnerable of them. The mechanism of action is very simple - it has been established that electromagnetic fields disrupt the permeability of cell membranes for calcium ions. As a result, the nervous system begins to malfunction. In addition, an alternating electromagnetic field induces weak currents in electrolytes, which are the liquid constituents of tissues. The range of deviations caused by these processes is very wide - during the experiments, changes in the EEG of the brain, a slowdown in reaction, memory impairment, depressive manifestations, etc. were recorded.

Effect of EMR on the immune system:

The immune system is also affected. Experimental studies in this direction have shown that in animals irradiated with EMF, the nature of the infectious process changes - the course of the infectious process is aggravated. There is reason to believe that under the influence of EMR, the processes of immunogenesis are disturbed, more often in the direction of their suppression. This process is associated with the emergence of autoimmunity. In accordance with this concept, the basis of all autoimmune conditions is primarily immunodeficiency in the thymus-dependent cell population of lymphocytes. The effect of high-intensity EMF on the body's immune system is manifested in a depressing effect on the T-system of cellular immunity.

Effect of EMR on the endocrine system:

The endocrine system is also a target for EMR. Studies have shown that under the action of EMF, as a rule, the pituitary-adrenal system was stimulated, which was accompanied by an increase in the content of adrenaline in the blood, activation of blood coagulation processes. It was recognized that one of the systems that early and naturally involves the body's response to various environmental factors is the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal cortex system.

Effect of electromagnetic radiation on the cardiovascular system:

You can also note the violations of the cardiovascular system. It manifests itself in the form of lability of the pulse and blood pressure. Phase changes in the composition of peripheral blood are noted.

The influence of electromagnetic radiation on the reproductive system:

  1. There is a suppression of spermakinesis, an increase in the birth rate of girls, an increase in the number of congenital malformations and deformities. The ovaries are more sensitive to the influence of electromagnetic radiation.
  2. The female genital area is more susceptible to the effects of electromagnetic fields generated by computers and other office and household appliances than the male.
  3. Vessels of the head, thyroid gland, liver, genital area are critical areas of influence. These are only the main and most obvious consequences of EMP exposure. The picture of the real impact on each individual is very individual. But to one degree or another, these systems are affected by all users of household appliances at different times.

Effect of electromagnetic radiation on pregnant women and children:

The children's organism has some peculiarities in comparison with an adult, for example, it has a large ratio of the length of the head and the body, and a greater conductivity of the medulla.

Due to the smaller size and volume of the head of a child, the specific absorbed power is greater than that of an adult, and the radiation penetrates deeper into those parts of the brain that, as a rule, are not irradiated in adults. With the growth of the head and the thickening of the bones of the skull, the content of water and ions decreases, and hence the conductivity.

It has been proven that growing and developing tissues are most susceptible to the adverse effects of an electromagnetic field, and active human growth occurs from the moment of conception until about 16 years of age.

Pregnant women also fall into this risk group, since EMF is biologically active in relation to embryos. When a pregnant woman talks on a cell phone, virtually her entire body is exposed to EMF, including the developing fetus.

The sensitivity of the embryo to damaging factors is much higher than the sensitivity of the maternal organism. It has been established that intrauterine damage to the fetus by EMF can occur at any stage of its development: during fertilization, crushing, implantation, organogenesis. However, the periods of maximum EMF sensitivity are the early stages of embryonic development—implantation and early organogenesis.

Data:

In the Neurodiagnostic Research Institute in Spain in 2001, they found that 11-13-year-old children who talked on a cell phone for two minutes, the change in the bioelectrical activity of the brain persisted for another two hours after they hung up.

The University of Bristol in the UK completed a study last year showing a significant increase in reaction time in 10-11 year old children who used a GSM mobile phone. Similar results were obtained by the Finns at the University of Turku, who observed a group of children 10-14 years old.

In the USSR, until the 1990s, a large number of studies of the biological effect of EMF on the developing animal organism were carried out.

It has been established that even low EMF intensities affect the embryonic development of offspring. The offspring of irradiated animals are less viable, developmental anomalies, deformities, lag in weight, dysfunctions of the higher parts of the central nervous system (slow production and reduced ability to maintain defensive and motor-food conditioned reflexes), and a shift in the pace of postnatal development are observed.

EMF irradiated adult animals are characterized by a decrease in the number of offspring, changes in the genital organs of females, disturbances in the development of the fetus, a decrease in the percentage of interbreeding, and statistically more frequently observed cases of stillbirth.

A study of the effect of EMF on the offspring of rats exposed to electromagnetic effects in parameters similar to what a human embryo receives when its mother talks on a cell phone showed that, compared with the control, the embryonic mortality of the offspring is statistically significantly increased, the mass of the thymus gland is reduced, and the number of developmental anomalies is increased internal organs, for the first 4 weeks of the postnatal period, the mortality of the offspring of rats of all experimental groups was 2.5-3 times higher than in the control, and body weight was lower. The development of rat pups also went worse: the formation of sensory-motor reflexes, the timing of the cutting of incisors lagged behind, in female rat pups formation was disturbed.

The world surrounding modern man is filled with electromagnetic fields (EMF) of various origins. They are created by both natural objects and those made by human hands.

The main natural sources of radiation are:

  • Earth's own EMF;
  • solar radio emission;
  • atmospheric phenomena associated with electricity.

Artificial sources of waves are:

  • transformer substations;
  • high-voltage power lines with voltage up to 1150 kV;
  • power plants;
  • household electrical equipment, for example: computers, laptops, electric kettles, televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, hair dryers, electric ovens;
  • hand power tools: screwdrivers, perforators, drills, electric saws, electric jigsaws and others;
  • electrical wiring in a house or apartment;
  • machine tools powered by electricity;
  • television towers and radiotelephone nodes;
  • installations for radar;
  • Wi-Fi equipment, such as towers;
  • wireless means of communication: walkie-talkies, mobile phones;
  • transmitting antennas;
  • industrial equipment and installations operating on electricity;
  • electric transport: trams, electric trains, trolleybuses.

How an electromagnetic field affects a person does not depend on the source, but is determined by its intensity, frequency, energy. At the same time, the nature of the distribution of waves inside the premises is associated with the placement of objects and structures, the degree of their conductivity. Their frequency determines the penetrating properties.

The fields from the considered sources are static and variable. Their intensity is determined by the power of the source. Each variety has some features associated with the nature of the impact on living organisms.

The impact of EMF on human health

The impact of electromagnetic fields on the human body is associated with the polarization of molecules (for example, water) that make up the human body. At the same time, they are guided along the EMF lines of force. As a result, the normal course of physical and chemical processes and the passage of nerve impulses are disturbed. Variable radiation also leads to heating of the tissues of the human body.

But the phenomena considered in the organism arise only at a certain magnitude of the field intensity and some time after the onset of their action. An important factor is also the individual sensitivity of each person, which allows to endure the negative impact in different ways. Especially susceptible to changes in the electromagnetic background are children with the elderly, people with poor health.

If the field strength norms (at a certain frequency) are exceeded, then the polarization mechanism primarily affects the organs containing the largest percentage of water. Overheating is dangerous to all living tissues. Therefore, the effect of EMF affects to one degree or another on all body systems:

  • the nervous system usually reacts with the first appearance of migraines, fatigue, irritability, impaired memory, sleep, attention, coordination of movements, depression;
  • immunity decreases, the number of leukocytes in the blood decreases, while chronic diseases worsen, the body becomes susceptible to respiratory infections;
  • the value of arterial pressure rises, which eventually leads to arrhythmias;
  • the level of sugar in the blood fluctuates, the work of the entire hematopoietic system is disrupted;
  • the lens of the eye becomes cloudy;
  • the functioning of the endocrine system worsens: there are failures in the production of the main hormones (adrenal glands, pituitary gland, thyroid gland);
  • both men and women can become infertile;
  • during pregnancy, the likelihood of miscarriage increases, as well as malformations of the fetus;
  • the lens of the eye becomes cloudy;
  • there is increased fragility of the nails;
  • long-term exposure alters DNA.

If the nervous system is severely affected, then delusional ideas, hallucinations arise, and the adaptive capabilities of the individual fall. At the organic level, changes can lead to oncological diseases, such as brain cancer.

Due to the total electrification, there was an increase in the negative impact of fields of electromagnetic nature on people. In medicine, a special term "radio wave disease" appeared. Experts believe that a third of the population of developed countries is already affected by the symptoms of this disease. But due to the commonality of symptoms with other diseases, the diagnosis of radio wave disease is difficult.

Existing emission standards, their control

Electromagnetic fields and their impact on the human body are studied by a whole area - electromagnetic safety. During the research, the maximum permissible radiation values (in different frequency ranges) were established, the excess of which causes a deterioration in people's health, indicating the need for protective measures.

All radiation is divided by frequency into the ranges presented in the table below. And also it contains the maximum allowable field strength values that are not dangerous to humans.

Mobile communications, television and radio broadcasting operate in the microwave range.

On the territory of Russia, the maximum levels of EMF intensity are regulated by sanitary and hygienic norms and rules. Control functions are performed by representatives of sanitary supervision, and at enterprises there are also labor protection specialists.

The maximum dose of electromagnetic radiation that a person can tolerate without harm to health is 0.2 μT according to the standards.

Reducing the negative impact of electromagnetic waves

The main protective measures that reduce the influence of the electromagnetic field on the human body to a minimum level are:

  • construction of houses outside the sanitary protection zones of high-voltage lines;
  • passive, active or complex shielding of a radiating source;
  • proper placement of furniture and electrical appliances in the room;
  • the use of modern advanced equipment, with a reduced level of radiated power;
  • reduction of time spent in the area of the field;
  • creation of a grounding system.

Shielding the workplace either is the most reliable method. In this case, the screens are divided into absorbing and reflective. The last variety is made of metal sheets or mesh, which must be grounded.

It will also help to reduce the degree of exposure to a decrease in communication on a mobile phone.

To accurately determine the electromagnetic background at home, it is enough to use a dosimeter. With it, you can easily identify the most dangerous equipment in terms of radiation level in order to use it less. And also the device will allow you to optimally position the devices so that the fields emanating from them are not amplified by mutual overlap.

Electricity brought comfort and entertainment to everyday life, made it possible to create coziness, made life easier. At the same time, the level of electromagnetic fields has increased to a dangerous level, which adversely affects the state of human health. The simplest measures considered will help change the situation for the better. When purchasing household electrical equipment and tools, you should give preference to high-quality products from well-known brands, while avoiding fakes.

Every person from time to time thinks about their health and well-being. Recently, more and more people are faced with the problem of frequent malaise, poor health, rejuvenation of diseases and more severe forms of disease.

What are the reasons for such a sharp change in overall health indicators? Every day a person is affected by a huge number of factors that, one way or another, leave their imprint on us.

This is manifested in increased nervous tension at work, malnutrition, lack of regimen, disturbed sleep, external factors, such as radiation of a different nature. All this does not pass without a trace for the body, and even more so, this way of existence does not carry anything positive.

External radiation

If a person still has the opportunity to somehow correct and adjust his schedule and lifestyle depending on the situation, then there are influencing factors that do not depend on us, for example, external radiation.

Every day more and more new technology enters our lives, without which it is difficult to imagine our existence at this stage of technology development. Think about how many devices you use in one day? Phones are always with you, the computer is always on, microwave ovens, air conditioners, TVs, and many other different devices that make our lives easier, on the one hand, saving time, but negatively affect our health, on the other. The greatest harm is caused by devices whose operation is based on electromagnetic waves.

How electromagnetic radiation affects the human body

It has long been known that electromagnetic radiation has a negative impact on humans. We are surrounded by technology and wires everywhere. An excess of such exposures entails changes in the human immune background, which leads to various diseases that could have been avoided by being in a healthy environment and environment.

A person has a protective biofield, which, in turn, is subjected to negative influence from outside, and every day these factors destroy this shell with their force, the stronger, the greater the force of influence on a person.

In other words, the more a person surrounds himself with radiating devices, the stronger he receives a negative impact and accelerates the process of destruction of the protective shell.

Every day, many people are faced with such a strong source of electromagnetic radiation as a computer, a modern person spends most of his free time at the monitor, and people whose work is directly related to a computer can be under the influence of a radiation source up to 17-18 hours a day. The computer can be considered one of the main sources of electromagnetic radiation. When the computer is working, an electromagnetic field is created around it, which reduces the ionization of the environment, it is also worth considering that during operation, technical means tend to heat up, as a result of which the air also heats up and dries it out.

Dry air leads to allergic reactions, and can also contribute to the development of respiratory diseases.

The cardiovascular system and the nervous system also have a high sensitivity to the effects of electromagnetic radiation, this was revealed by the results of the studies.

Radiation can cause:

  • nervous disorders;
  • sleep disturbance;
  • significant deterioration in visual activity;
  • weakening of the immune system; various violations of life-forming processes;
  • disorders of the cardiovascular system.

People are still arguing about how harmful and dangerous the radiation in question is. Some try not to pay attention to this, because it is extremely difficult to reduce the impact at this stage of technology development, while others, on the contrary, exclude all auxiliary equipment from their lives and, if possible, lead a healthy lifestyle, try to go to environmentally friendly places and surround themselves nature.

Results

There is no doubt that all kinds of radiation have a negative impact on living organisms and do not bring benefits, however, it is quite difficult to avoid them. But there is an option to try to reduce the intensity of such impacts, to try to reduce the use of radiating technology in cases where it is possible to do without it. Reducing the dose of radiation received can protect the body and take care of health.
