Losing weight without reducing your caloric intake is difficult. To lose weight as quickly as possible, you will have to cut the caloric intake of your diet by at least 250-300 kcal, and also spend 250-300 kcal more than usual. If you urgently need to lose weight, start the program with unloading. Dedicate 2-3 days to this stage, but no more - otherwise you will exhaust your body. Many people prefer to lose weight on kefir (1.5 liters of kefir and water or 1 liter of kefir, water and 500 g of vegetables). You can also pay attention to buckwheat porridge cooked in water (3-5 servings of lean porridge, salt and fat cannot be used). The fluid requirement is 1.5-2 liters. In summer, the ideal option is vegetables and fruits (1-1.5 kg).

Balanced diet

After completing the strict phase, switch to a balanced low-calorie diet. Eliminate or limit salt. Avoid sugar, alcohol, and refractory fats. The diet should contain lean proteins, vegetable fats, complex carbohydrates, and fiber. A prerequisite is to drink plenty of fluids - you are supposed to drink 2 liters of liquid per day.

Sample menu

After sleep: 1 tbsp. water with lemon juice
Breakfast: a serving of oatmeal with apple slices and a few raisins, green tea
Second breakfast: a serving of low-fat yogurt, a few slices of grapefruit
Lunch: pumpkin puree soup, 150 g of protein food (you can eat poultry fillet or lean fish), cucumber, rose hip decoction
Afternoon snack: green vegetables
Dinner: steamed beef meatballs, a large portion of salad, juice diluted with water

Sports loads

Be sure to supplement your diet with physical activity. If you have health problems that prevent active exercise, take a daily walk in the fresh air. During fasting days, also limit yourself to walking. After completing the fasting mode, you can choose 1 of the options below. Please note that the figures given are averages - energy expenditure depends on weight and fat percentage (the more muscle, the more energy expenditure). You can run every day, but use strength training 2-3 times a week.

  • Running on flat terrain - 400-800 kcal/hour (depending on speed)
  • Cross-country running – consumes about 500...700 kcal/hour
  • Scraping (jumping rope) – 450-900 kcal are consumed in 1 hour
  • Bicycle – in 1 hour you spend from 150 to 600 kcal
  • Exercise equipment – ​​you can burn about 600 kcal in 1 hour
  • Swimming - depending on the type of load, 250-500 kcal are spent in 1 hour

Special procedures

The most effective way to lose weight quickly is a sauna. One visit to the sauna helps you lose 1-1.5 kg of excess weight. If you are overweight, this figure increases by 0.5 kg. Unfortunately, for the most part the volume “melts” due to the removal of fluid, but to some extent fat also disappears. Visit the sauna once a week. Dry steam is most suitable - wet steam prevents full sweating (less weight loss). When going to the sauna, do not forget to take diuretic drinks and anti-cellulite products. To open the pores as much as possible, use a scrub (for example, salt scrub). Enter the sauna for 6-7 minutes and then rest for 15 minutes. Repeat this cycle several times. Remember that a sauna is not for everyone. It is contraindicated in case of exacerbation of chronic diseases, atherosclerosis, kidney pathologies, autonomic disorders, glaucoma, epilepsy, tumors.
