Star voting on New Year's Eve. The results of the popular vote for participants in New Year's Eve at the first

After criticism of the last New Year's show, Channel One is choosing artists for this year's show on Odnoklassniki. Together with traditional performers, the channel is ready to invite artists to the New Year's broadcast, for whom social network users will vote. In addition to Polina Gagarina, the short list included, in particular, the groups “Mushrooms” and “Time and Glass”.

Odnoklassniki (OK) has begun voting for the performers who will be invited to the New Year's broadcast of Channel One, its representative said. Users until October 30 can choose up to three performers from the proposed shortlist and enter the name of one more who is not on the list. The shortlist is based on the music popularity rating in Odnoklassniki (OK); The top 60 includes singers and groups whose tracks are most often listened to by users.

Among them are regular participants in the New Year's broadcast (Polina Gagarina, Irina Dubtsova and Ani Lorak) and names that have never appeared there (Mushrooms, Time and Glass, Jah Khalib and Mot, IOWA).

The leaders of the voting will be those for whom they vote with a large margin, but it is not yet clear by what margin which artist will win, says a representative of “First”. According to him, until now the channel has not used online voting to select television participants.

The general director of Channel One, Konstantin Ernst, suggested choosing the artists for the New Year’s concert based on the results of a vote among OK users. Some of the audience sarcastically criticized the last New Year's broadcast due to the participation of permanent pop stars, including Boris Moiseev, Sofia Rotaru, Oleg Gazmanov, Irina Allegrova and others. Music producer Maxim Fadeev called the New Year's shows of "First" and "Russia 1" "rural matinees on request from the 1980s" with "an impossible repertoire, popular prints, terrible jokes." A petition was circulated on social networks to Channel One with a demand to “stop the New Year’s TV disgrace.” In January, Mr. Ernst, answering a question on the OK social network about complaints about these shows, said that their system viewers are people over 45 years old. At the same time, he considered the youth audience’s complaints against them fair and announced a vote in the OK on the composition of artists, from which he would take into account at least the top 20.

For the last five years, viewers have been choosing the winners of the “Voice” show live via SMS. “It’s turning out pretty good. Let’s see how everything turns out with the New Year,” says Yuri Aksyuta, chief producer of music and entertainment programs at Channel One. “Everyone is interested in the success of the experiment.” The project is interesting because it gives users the opportunity to influence the content, adds OK head Anton Fedchin.

Odnoklassniki has started voting for the performers who will headline the New Year's broadcast of the country's main TV channel. The application “Your stars on Channel One” is available in the official group of Channel One. Using it, users can select from the proposed shortlist up to three favorite performers whom they want to see on television on the night from December 31, 2017 to January 1, 2018. Each user can also enter the name of another artist who was not on the list. The application can be opened from any device: in the desktop and mobile versions of Odnoklassniki, as well as in the OK applications for iOS and Android.

The shortlist of performers is based on the popularity rating of the performers in Odnoklassniki. The “Top 60” includes singers and groups whose tracks are most often listened to by OK users. Among them there are both regular participants in New Year's television broadcasts (Polina Gagarina, Irina Dubtsova and Ani Lorak), and newcomers ("Mushrooms", "Time and Glass", Jan Khalib and Mot, IOWA, etc.)

Voting will last until October 30, and users will be able to track its intermediate results online. After summing up the final results, the leaders will be invited to film in the New Year's show on Channel One.

Initially, Konstantin Ernst suggested choosing the artists for the New Year's concert based on the results of a vote among OK users. The general director of Channel One said this in January of this year on the online show “OK on touch!”

“Voting for the participants of New Year’s Eve on Channel One is a tool for the direct influence of viewers on the formation of television content,” says the chief producer of music and entertainment programs on Channel One, Yuri Aksyuta. “It is the viewers who have been choosing the winners of “The Voice” live for 5 years now. It’s turning out well. Let's see how everything turns out in the New Year. Everyone is interested in the success of the experiment."

“The project with Channel One is interesting because it is not just the integration of television content into a social network, but also an opportunity for users to influence this content,” said Anton Fedchin, head of the Odnoklassniki social network. “Interactive formats are another intersection point of television and social networks, where users can begin interacting with content even before it is published. We are glad that Channel One followed this trend and for the first time entrusted OK users with participation in the selection of artists for the New Year's show."

1.3 million people from Russia, as well as countries near and far abroad, took part in the voting. The project covered a variety of audience segments, including young users: for example, 10% of the votes for their favorite artists were given by people under 18 years of age, while about 50% of the users who voted were under 35 years of age. The most active region in terms of the number of votes was Moscow: 15% of the votes were cast by residents of the capital. Also, the artists received the greatest support from Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.

Voting started on October 11 in the Channel One group on the social network. Users could choose their three favorite artists from a shortlist based on the musical preferences of the OK audience, as well as suggest one more artist from those who were not included in the top 60. After two weeks of voting, the top 10 artists most frequently suggested by users were included in the main list.

Yuri Aksyuta

Chief producer of music and entertainment programs on Channel One

For us, this was an interesting and unexpected experiment, born impromptu: Odnoklassniki, live on their show, proposed holding such a vote and we accepted this proposal. This is a good opportunity to “synchronize watches”, to understand how much we feel and understand the audience’s request. We were also prepared for completely unexpected results - the list that was initially proposed for voting was not compiled by Channel One. These are the artists whose music is most often listened to by Odnoklassniki users. As it turned out, the audience and I understand each other quite well. The leader of the voting, Grigory Leps, regularly takes part in the broadcasts of Channel One and was the mentor of “The Voice” for two seasons, as was Polina Gagarina, who took fourth place. Nargiz was completely discovered by “The Voice”. In a sense, this project introduced Basta to a wide audience far from rap culture. Alla Pugacheva, around whose name spears were broken according to the results of the last New Year's project, entered the top 10 most popular stars - we take off our hats, we hope, along with those who doubted it. In a word, we coincided in many ways, and somewhere we received interesting tips and will be happy to invite artists who have not previously been involved in our broadcast to participate in our New Year’s project. Invitations to participate in the New Year's show will be received by 30 performers - the leaders of the audience vote. Thank you for your participation and attention to our project. Let's meet on the evening of December 31st on Channel One!

It was important for us to give different people the opportunity to choose their favorite artists. The short list included musicians popular with various segments of the audience: very young stars and already well-known participants in New Year's shows, rappers, rock musicians, and pop singers. Thanks to this, all active groups of the Odnoklassniki audience took part in the voting: children, teenagers, young people under 35, and older users. As a result, the top 30 turned out to meet the interests of different people: it will now be much more interesting for OK users to watch the New Year’s broadcast.

The people made a choice. The stars reacted to the top 10 artists for the “blue light” according to Odnoklassniki

Channel One and the social network Odnoklassniki conducted a survey to find out which artists should be invited to the New Year's "Blue Light". The leaders of the voting were Grigory Leps, Ani Lorak and “The Voice” finalist Nargiz. Producer Joseph Prigozhin believes that the opinion of viewers will help the channel in drawing up the New Year's broadcast schedule, and artist Yuri Loza believes that the artists for voting were selected biasedly.

Users of the Odnoklassniki social network from October 11 to October 30 could vote in the “Your Stars on Channel One” application and choose artists who will take part in the “blue light” on Channel One. The voting list included 60 of the most popular artists on Odnoklassniki, each user could choose three of them. In a separate field you could add your own artist, thus adding ten more names to the list.

The top three according to the voting results included Grigory Leps, Ani Lorak and finalist of the show “The Voice” Nargiz Zakirova. Also in the top ten were Polina Gagarina, Ukrainian artists Alekseev, Svetlana Loboda and the pop group Artik & Asti, the groups “Leningrad” and “Hands Up”. The top 10 is completed by the diva Alla Pugacheva.

Sergei Zhukov from the group “Hands Up” told “360” that he was very glad that he was among the top ten voting leaders in Odnoklassniki.

If the people chose, the people are probably not mistaken

Sergey Zhukov.

The artist said that he has a new video coming out next week and work on preparations for the New Year is in full swing.

Last year, an online petition that collected 174 thousand signatures demanded that viewers be given the opportunity to choose artists for the New Year’s show on Channel One. Blue Light received a lot of criticism in 2017 due to the fact that the same faces are shown on screen every year.

It was decided to vote for the participants of the “blue light” on Odnoklassniki, because this social network is used by people of the older generation, whom Channel One’s New Year’s broadcast is aimed at, said general producer Konstantin Ernst.

We understand that the system viewers of New Year's shows are people 45+. People 45+ have their own passions and those people whom they consider their New Year's Eve heroes

Konstantin Ernst.

He believes that young people don’t watch New Year’s programs not because it sucks, but because they celebrate the holiday in a different way - and there is no point in making a radical youth show for Channel One. Judging by the data in official community Channel One in Odnoklassniki, 1.3 million people registered in the voting application.

Voting on the Internet may have a small error, but in general the audiences of Channel One and Odnoklassniki overlap, says producer Joseph Prigozhin. He was not surprised that the rating of artists was topped by Grigory Leps.

It certainly remains relevant. Why shouldn't it be relevant? Some songs that [he] created are masterpieces

Joseph Prigogine.

Prigozhin recalled last year’s scandal, when Channel One was accused of showing the same artists on the screens on New Year’s Eve year after year. Such dissatisfaction is understandable, but it is important for the channel to get ratings, explains the producer. Voting in Odnoklassniki will enable Channel One to decide who to invite to the “blue light”.

I don't think they will strictly adhere to the list. But the fact remains that people want to look for some other forms so that there are no reproaches in the next New Year

Joseph Prigogine.

Channel One’s publications do not indicate how many artists from the list will participate in the New Year’s program. There is also no mention of the channel’s ability to invite other artists.

Half of our people watch only Channel One, and accordingly, they know those who are shown by Channel One. Therefore, all these ratings are formed by television itself.

Yuri Loza.

People cannot find out about the existence of other artists because they are not shown on TV, Loza believes. Yuri himself would be happy to perform at the “blue light”. “I’ve had a New Year’s song for 13 years that doesn’t make it into any of the New Year’s broadcasts,” the artist complains.

We don’t have such platforms where you could show what you came up with, composed or did. You can’t see anywhere how many New Year’s songs have been written. We don’t know, maybe a hundred of them are now walking around Russia, but no one hears them, because they will never let them break through to the same First Channel

Yuri Loza.

One of the main anti-heroes of last year’s petition, which, according to the results of voting in Odnoklassniki, entered the top ten. Then the singer herself told her fans that she did not need to be protected from spiteful critics, and producer Joseph Prigozhin advised them not to pay attention to “armchair critics.”

Viewers will be able to change the New Year's program on the main federal channel by voting

Apparently, the scandal with criticism of the New Year's broadcast on Channel One and calls for a change in format, directed personally to Konstantin Ernst, has finally reached its addressee. The first announced the popular choice of artists to participate in New Year's Eve 2018, and the author of the idea was Ernst himself. At the request of Realnoe Vremya, the author of the appeal to the head of the federal channel, Rostov blogger Vadim Manukyan, spoke about which artists were “left out” of the vote, which newcomers got the chance to perform at the New Year’s show, and whether there is a hidden trick in choosing a platform for the “national » voting.

“You won’t find Leshchenko and Kobzon there anymore, and Basque is not included in the “chosen ones””

Partly a miracle happened. Criticism of the New Year's broadcast on Russian TV, which was launched into the information space in January, nine months later brought unexpected results. Let me remind you that everything is to Channel One and directly to Konstantin Ernst regarding the “Blue Lights”, in which the same faces flash from year to year. The petition proposed holding an open audience vote in a hit parade format, so that every Russian would have the opportunity to formulate a program for the New Year's show.

When literally in a day the number of signatures on the appeal exceeded 100 thousand, the head of Channel One went “on the carpet” to television viewers (that is, on social networks) and promised his audience changes. And so, just a couple of days ago, I learned from the news that the First One nevertheless listened to the “voice of the people” and started voting together with the social network Odnoklassniki. Everyone can choose three performers they would like to see on the New Year's TV show from the 60 on the list. It is worth paying attention to the fact that the top 20, already familiar to all Russians, was noticeably diluted with a large number of new names.

Everyone can choose three performers they would like to see on the New Year's TV show from the 60 on the list

Pugacheva and Kirkorov quite obviously appear on this list, but you won’t find Leontyev, Leshchenko and Kobzon there, and Basque is not included in the “chosen ones”. It is curious that next to the “mastodons” of the Russian stage, the list includes the creators of this summer’s hit - the group “Mushrooms”. For the Odnoklassniki audience (45+), this is certainly a “dark forest”, and it is quite difficult to imagine adults or grandparents singing “The ice is melting between us.” And Yegor Creed, together with IOWA, is not an authority for them. In this context, Channel One’s insidious plan is quite clearly visible - to put young performers on a par with old and well-known artists, whose names are known only to the generation under 30, who are not on Odnoklassniki.

“The Russian pop diva had to engage in a fight in absentia with Olga Buzova”

However, if you look at the preliminary voting results, it becomes clear that the plan was not entirely successful. Yes, we can accept the fact that Grigory Leps is at the top of the chart, but note that Alla Pugacheva and Philip Kirkorov with their hits “A Million Scarlet Roses” and “Snow” are very far from the leading positions and are now fighting for 15-20 places. Moreover, if Philip Kirkorov competes with Irina Allegrova, then the Russian pop diva had to enter into a correspondence battle with Olga Buzova, who this year suddenly decided that the time had come to become a singer. I think it will turn out to be quite an interesting spectacle if everyone is divided into pairs and Pugacheva goes on stage with Buzova, Kirkorov with “Mushrooms”, and Allegrova, say, with Creed. But seriously, you will most likely end up with one big vinaigrette.

I would like to note that singer Nargiz is now among the leaders of the audience voting in Odnoklassniki, but it seems that we will not be able to see her on New Year’s Eve 2018. Producer Maxim Fadeev recently stated that his artists are on the First’s stop list and for this reason, none of them will perform in the New Year’s program of this channel. By the way, it will be interesting to find out which path the other two federal channels will take on New Year’s Eve, which this year have already tried to meet the TV viewer halfway with their new shows. The factor of Andrei Malakhov on Rossiya-1 cannot be underestimated, plus Alexander Oleshko left NTV, which means that this channel will not have any problems with the host for the holiday program.

To summarize, we should pay tribute to Channel One for the attempt made, because until this moment such voting was not offered to the TV viewer - we were simply presented with a fait accompli. The fact that the Russians managed to open the door to our television at least a little is undoubtedly a pleasant fact, but I would also like to dream that television bosses will continue to work on content, and not produce endless “background shows” that they themselves do not watch And they don’t advise it to their children.
