The use of innovative technologies for physical education and health work in preschool educational institutions

One of the most important theoretical and practical problems of physical education and health work in preschool educational institutions is the introduction and use of innovative technologies in the process of children’s physical development.
The severity of the problem is that:
- analysis of children's morbidity reveals an urgent need for changes in the entire education system, the initial stage of which is preschool educational institutions;
- children's health indicators require taking effective measures to improve their health;
- many children need special technologies for physical development, which must take into account the entire complex of somatic, physical and intellectual problems. These technologies should primarily contribute to the correction of not only psychomotor, but also speech, emotional and general mental development.
“Aerobics is an innovative technology in the physical education and health work of preschool educational institutions.” Currently, one of the priority tasks facing teachers is to preserve and strengthen the health of children, coordinate their comprehensive physical and mental development, and realize their potential mental and motor capabilities.
Working in a kindergarten, I realized that children's health indicators require taking effective measures to improve their health. But how to do this, by what means and ways? A survey of parents of children who attend kindergarten showed that parents know little about how to strengthen their child’s health through physical exercise, hardening, and outdoor games. They often protect their children from physical exertion (“don’t run, don’t jump, don’t climb, otherwise you’ll fall, sit”), even from healthy competition in outdoor games.
Modern children experience a “motor deficit,” since even preschoolers spend most of their time in a static position (at tables, televisions, computers). This causes fatigue of certain muscle groups, which entails poor posture, curvature of the spine, flat feet, and delayed age-related development of basic physical qualities: speed, agility, coordination of movements, endurance, flexibility and strength. There is a need to organize the child’s motor mode in such a way as to satisfy the “motor hunger” as much as possible. This is especially relevant in connection with the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard.
Currently, I am working on new approaches to the formation of physical culture based on three main areas:
1. Social and psychological direction towards the formation of the need to master the values of physical culture.
2. Intellectual direction, which involves obtaining a complex of theoretical and practical knowledge. Children receive knowledge of valology in an accessible form. To do this, I use the integration of modern programs for the physical education of preschoolers, the latest in methodological literature, as well as the projective teaching method.
3. Motor development of physical qualities, motor abilities and skills, as well as the use of physical potential.
In our MDOAU "Solnyshko" in Svetly since 2012, I have been leading the sports dance club "Aerobics", which in an unobtrusive form helps to develop in children the desire and need to live in the world of movements and enjoy the beauty of movements. There are 46 children of middle and senior preschool age studying there. Children with great pleasure perform dances at holidays and entertainment in their own garden and at the district level. In the process of aerobics, children learn to enjoy the activity; learn to make volitional efforts and receive satisfaction from the results achieved. Systematic aerobics classes allow children to develop coordination of movements, develop flexibility, plasticity, and the ability to control their body and easily control it in motion. Modern musical rhythms accompanying aerobics complexes help create an atmosphere of emotional comfort, emotional responsiveness, liberation, independence and creative activity.
Aerobics is an excellent addition to state preschool programs; in my work I mainly rely on the proprietary technology of Zh.E. Firileva "Sa-Fi-Dance" in dance and play gymnastics. This technology is aimed at improving the psychomotor and creative abilities of preschool children, at forming the motor-emotional sphere of children.
The goal of the circle is to develop physical activity through the use of aerobic elements, the formation of creative imagination and thinking in preschool children.
Tasks:
1. Improve children’s musical and rhythmic abilities with the help of aerobics elements.
2. Contribute to the formation and correction of posture and flat feet.
3. Stimulate the development of a sense of tempo and rhythm of movements, attention, spatial orientation, imagination, and expand emotional experience. 4. Promote the development of skills to interact with each other.
5. Contribute to improving the mental state of pupils: reducing anxiety, emotional and muscle tension.
6. To form in pupils the need for physical activity and physical improvement.
The expected results are correlated with the objectives and content of the program:
1) Strengthening posture, improving physical qualities: coordination, strength, general endurance, agility, flexibility, speed, combination of speed and strength, balance.
2) Improving the technique of performing various types of basic movements, optimal for age standards.
3) Development of creative abilities in the motor sphere.
4) Improving mental abilities: attention, reaction speed, memory, imagination.
5) Development of the emotional sphere, moral and volitional traits, communication abilities.
In aerobics, music and movements are continuously connected, since music allows you to set the desired tempo, musical rhythm, and creates the illusion of movement development. Aerobics is an effective therapeutic tool, the task of which is to stimulate the performance of corrective tasks using a system of physical exercises accompanied by music, since music is a catalyst for all motor acts. During movements to music, the processes of excitation and inhibition in the central nervous system are regulated, memory and attention are stimulated, and emotional-volitional processes are normalized. The selection of music is extremely important when composing complexes. Works should be simple in melody and rhythm, and musical phrases should be clearly differentiated with clearly distinguishable tempo and rhythm. This allows the child to quickly remember compositions, accurately organize their movements and control their execution. The form of the works should be simple or repeatable. Movements that are relatively simple in coordination are mastered holistically, by demonstration; more difficult ones are learned separately, without music, step by step, counting. Each movement has its own name - these are the real names of aerobics elements: v-step, open step, grapevine, side step, etc.
Class schedule: 2 times a week, class time from 25-35 minutes. The timing varies depending on the age group of the children.
Conditions for successful training:
1. Classes are held in the gym, in bright sportswear, with sports equipment, mats, and a varied music library.
2. Creating an emotionally positive, relaxed atmosphere in the classroom.
3. Taking into account the load and dosage in each age group.
The load from the minimum should increase gradually, since at this time the initial stage of adaptation of the body to it occurs. The heart learns to work more efficiently, the lungs get used to breathing during exercise, not too often, but more deeply. After such a restructuring, a miracle happens: the load becomes light, desirable, and brings true satisfaction. I structure each lesson according to a specific scheme:
1. I start the lesson with a warm-up - these can be gymnastic exercises, dance routines, performed with a small range of movements and less intensity.
2. The main part is performed at a high pace, but always appropriate to the age of the children.
3. In the final part, flexibility, breathing and relaxation exercises are given.
4. I give each complex or exercise a name. We perform new exercises at a slow pace, then gradually increase the amplitude and number of repetitions, and only after that we accelerate the pace.
5. When developing a complex, I try to alternate complex exercises with simpler ones. It is most advisable to change the complexes after 6-8 sessions.
6. I try to give each lesson a developmental character, to think about ensuring children’s activity, independence, creativity, development of individuality and moral education.
7. I take into account the interests and needs of each child. I keep track of the time and duration of each lesson.
8. I widely use game situations and game techniques.
9. To develop children’s self-esteem, we present the results achieved at sports events, entertainment, and concerts for parents.

The result of the implementation of this technology was the positive dynamics of children's health. A comparative analysis of diagnostic data shows a positive trend in the level of development of children, which confirms the effectiveness of using this technology in the physical education and health activities of preschool educational institutions. Children have an emotional response to physical activity, sports passion, interest, and excitement. Teachers began to notice that they had increased endurance in various types of activities, increased mental capacity, perseverance, they became more self-possessed and more attentive. And the most important thing is that the child’s emotional and motor sphere has improved. Children have a proud posture, freedom and ease in their movements, naturalness and variety in gestures and poses, a direct, open, interested look, a joyful, bright, meaningful facial expression, lively, expressive facial expressions, speech becomes intelligible and melodic. The guys get pleasant emotions: from defeating their inability, understanding that they are doing something very important for their health.

Find out more about the work of a preschool physical instructor

With the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard in preschool organizations, the requirements for the qualifications of a physical education instructor are defined quite categorically: professional education in the field of physical education and sports. Surely in the bright future such specialists will appear in kindergartens, however, today professionals do not aspire to this position. Despite the fact that a physical education instructor belongs to the category of teaching workers, he does not have the right to a preferential pension after 25 years of service like other teaching staff of preschool educational institutions, for example, a teacher or music director.

Nevertheless, the main job of a physical education instructor is to conduct physical education classes, sports activities and holidays with children, which is actually included in standard working hours, as well as drawing up long-term plans, class notes, maintaining documentation - something that takes up all the remaining time, not defined in hours.

How is the rate of a preschool physical education instructor calculated?

According to the Resolution of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation dated April 21, 1993 No. 88 in a preschool institution, or as is now recommended: in a preschool educational organization, two groups of children aged three years and over are entitled to 0.25 times the rate of a physical education instructor, respectively, the full rate of a physical instructor is eight groups.

Graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after. M. Gorky, specialty teacher physical culture and sports.

My professional activities are carried out within the framework of the main general education program of the MADOU TsRR - d/s "Fairy tale", developed based on“Approximate basic general education program for preschool education "From birth to school" edited by N. E. Veraksa, T. S. Komarova, M. A. Vasilyeva, methodological support by L. I. Penzulaeva. In his work to achieve my goal, I use health-saving technologies: morning exercises, classes (game, story-based, breathing and corrective gymnastics, elements of fitness aerobics, game stretching, communicative games, exercises from the series “I take care of my health”. System Job helps reduce morbidity and increase the percentage of attendance of pupils of the Center for Children's Rehabilitation - d/s "Fairy tale".

In addition to the main program physical education, I implement an additional general education program "Magic Steps", as part of the organization of additional paid services of preschool educational institutions. The goal of this program is to develop motor activity in preschool children through step aerobics. The novelty of this program lies in the fact that, along with traditional forms of exercise, special exercises in step aerobics, as well as logo-rhythmic exercises, are carried out. The optimal combination of which during classes allows you to solve not only problems in physical education, but also to develop coordination of movements and speech.

Formation of healthy lifestyle habits in preschool children.

Work experience of physical education instructor Yu.S. Krutenina. MBDOU

"Kindergarten No. 2 in Andreevo"

The health of children is related to their living conditions and depends on the health of their parents, heredity and even the profession of their parents. Therefore, strengthening the health of children and promoting their physical development is especially relevant.

Currently, scientists and doctors from all countries consider physical exercise and movement in general as an important means of improving the health of the body and preventing illness.

In the process of working with children, I noticed that modern children are quite active. All moments of their daily life are filled with movement. At the same time, doctors and scientists from all countries prove that the incidence rate is high. Perhaps the reason for their incidence is not in the lack of movement, but in the improper organization of physical activity, as well as insufficiently formed knowledge about physical education among children and parents. Therefore, the goal of my work is to develop healthy lifestyle habits in children through various forms of work. And the expected result is a reduction in the incidence of children in the group. To implement it, I identified the following tasks:

1. Form health-saving and health-enhancing motor behavior. Develop the correct skills to perform basic movements;

2. To develop in children flexibility, agility, speed, endurance, strength, as well as balance and coordination of movements;

3. Maintain interest in physical activity;

4. Cultivate the habit of a healthy lifestyle;

To solve problems, special conditions were created: physical education corners in groups where standard and non-standard equipment is concentrated (ribbed and preventive paths, massage mats, rings, skittles, etc.)

Outdoor sports ground (logs, wheels, remote throwing target, etc.)

To harden children in the summer, I use games with water, washing with cool water, daily walks, barefooting, etc.)

Having studied children’s initial knowledge about human health, I planned educational activities for the physical education and health club “Movement” for children of senior preschool age, aimed at strengthening the skill of correct posture: General storyline: children help Dwarf’s nose to make his back straight and beautiful. During classes, children become familiar with their body, with the functions of vital organs that help people see, hear, feel, walk straight and correctly.

To develop movement skills and improve physical qualities, I conduct physical education classes with children in the hall and outdoors, in the winter with access to the court. In my classes I use different motivations: “Little athletes”, “Olympians”. Speaking about the role of movements in classes, one cannot fail to mention the role of breathing exercises. That’s why I pay a lot of attention to children’s breathing. I teach children proper breathing, deep exhalation to clean the lungs well and improve their oxygen supply.

Invaluable benefits for children's health are provided by such outdoor games as “Cat on the Roof”, “Brown Bear”, “Lion of Stone” and “Ninja Turtles”, etc. Many interesting games are played with a ball, a jump rope and other objects. Outdoor games have a beneficial effect on children's health and general development.

Children have become more resilient, have better spatial orientation, can jump correctly on two legs, run fast and catch a ball.

I also organize a “Health Day” holiday together with parents, where children receive an additional charge of vivacity and health, and also have the opportunity to show their skills. Hardening plays a leading role in raising a healthy child and preventing diseases in frequently ill children. I regularly use paths in my work to prevent flat feet, deep washing of hands and face with cool water, mini exercise machines, walking barefoot in the summer, air and sun baths. This contributed to training and improving the thermoregulation system and preventing frequent colds.

I work closely with my family. Meetings and seminars were held “Children’s health is in our hands”, “Game imitative movements” in the younger group, “Let’s move together”, where she recommended additional literature to parents on children’s health. Parents shared their family experiences of spending time together with their children.

Individual conversations with parents helped to draw their attention to the improvement of their children's health. (“Do exercises”, “Dress for the weather”, “The harm of chips and crackers”), etc.

In order to study the healthy lifestyle of families, I conducted a survey among parents “Family Motor Mode”. An analysis of the questionnaires showed that the number of families leading a healthy lifestyle is increasing every year.

This form of work with parents, such as a photo exhibition, allows parents to observe the work of teachers, nurses and instructors in the development of children’s motor activity. (“Health is fine - thanks to exercise”, “Prevention of flat feet”, “Olympics”), etc.

There is a health corner in the locker room where I post additional information on promoting children’s health. (Vegetables and fruits are healthy products”, “Storestore of vitamins”, etc.)
