How to find out the postal department, not received by the addressee?

Is tracking possible?

A separate page is dedicated to tracking parcels, parcels and letters on the Ukrposhta website. It's not difficult to find. We do not exclude that a system for tracking money transfers will be implemented on the Ukrposhta website in the near future, but for now, if any incidents occur, you should call the number 0 800 300 545. The operator will establish your identity, listen to your complaints and find out the fate of the money in the near future translation. Despite significantly deteriorated relations between Russia and Ukraine, transfers from Ukrposhta to Russia are still possible. You can transfer no more than 15,000 hryvnia at a time. It is not profitable to send small amounts up to 500 hryvnia, since the commission will be 6% of the transfer amount. But amounts over 2000 hryvnia can be sent by paying a commission of only 2%. It is impossible to track such a transfer online.

How long does it take to transfer?

If you transfer funds from card to card through the Ukrposhta service, you can expect that they will arrive instantly, or in the next 30 minutes. As for all other transfers, they will have to wait for 2 days, although the Ukrposhta website warns that the transfer may be delayed by 7 working days.

It turns out that if your money has not arrived in a couple of days, it is too early to ring all the bells. You need to call the hotline after 7 working days, but most likely the money will arrive safely during this time.

So, we figured out that the online tracking service for money transfers in the Ukrposhta company has not yet been implemented, but this does not mean that there is no way to figure out why the money did not reach the addressee.
