The preparation of dishes and salads, when decorating a home, and preparation in general, must be approached extremely responsibly, taking into account the preferences of all household members and, of course, the symbol of 2019 - the Pig.

It is believed that the New Year's table must include meat and fish dishes, as well as dishes that contain poultry.   • Pickled cucumbers - 150 g;

  • Salt.

How to cook:

1. Boil potatoes and carrots (along with peels) until tender. Cool.

2. Boil the eggs. To prevent eggs from bursting during cooking, salt the water thoroughly.

6. Place capers on top of the carrots.

7. As you noticed, mayonnaise is practically not used. Therefore, to moisturize, we will resort to this method: add crushed garlic (salt and pepper) to the liquid that was drained from the sardines. Pour this sauce over the salad. I think 3 tablespoons will be enough (up to your discretion).

8. Finely chop the onion. Sprinkle on top (optional).

9. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Lubricate this layer with mayonnaise.

10. Separate the yolks from the boiled eggs. Grate the whites and yolks separately on a fine grater and place in the final layer. The squirrels will act as the edge of the New Year's mitten.

11. Decorate with mayonnaise and carrot strips (you can get creative with the patterns).

12. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours (even more is better).
