And the power of the great runic energies. But, alas, talking about attunements does not yet mean having them, promising initiations does not mean transmitting real runic energies.

By and large, runic schools are now divided into 2 unequal groups- real and intellectual.

In real schools, they work with runic energies. Everything that follows this is based on and directly depends on the energy component. The source of runic power for these schools is the Universe, and the plates with icons are simply symbols of runic energies and a way to control them after initiation.

In "intellectual" schools, unlike real schools, there are simply no runic energies, and by and large there is nothing to devote to them. They consider the rune icons themselves to be the source of power and think that by manipulating them, one can control the energies. Attitudes towards initiations differ - from "not necessary at all" to "of course, but later." If initiations are carried out, then they are engaged in ritual imitation, read in books and having no real power.

According to some estimates, about 90% runic schools that can be found in the public domain - "intellectual". In essence, "intellectual" schools teach their students not at all rune magic, as they claim, but a very specific technique of working using various rune icons (although, of course, they say something else). At the same time, they strongly imitate real schools and even often say Right words borrowed from masters and authors of various literature.

An experienced psychic, of course, will figure out which school and which master has real energies and who has real power behind, and who just read books and decided to improve profitable business. But not only psychics dream of mastering rune magic, but also many of the most ordinary people. So what to do? How to recognize among the same-looking masters and schools, who is the real master, and who is the “dummy”?

For those who do not yet belong to psychics, to determine “taste” and intuitive perception good school can’t, I can recommend looking at a number of external signs that will help determine the runic school that gives real attunements and real runic energies and not get into the “intellectual” school, where they only talk about the power of runes, and imitate initiations.

If you come “from the street” to a school with real runic energies and express a desire to learn, most likely no one will undertake to teach you runes right away. In the "intellectual" school you will immediately be offered exactly what you came for. Wanted runes? - Go and learn the runes, no problem. After all, there are no real runic energies there, which means that there are no problems associated with the fact that someone can “not pull” and cannot cope with this force. They will gladly agree to teach you anything and initiate you into anything, even if your previous experience in esotericism is zero.

Sign three: individual approach

In a school where real rune magic is practiced, all initiations and basic training will take place on an individual basis, one on one with a mentor. During the period that you are learning the basics and getting the basic attunements in the energy of the runic circle, you may not come close to other students at all. The exception is perhaps one small introductory lecture, at which they talk about rune magic in general and some features of the practiced runic school. In a real school, collective classes begin after the beginner has mastered all the basics, received the necessary attunements and completed the necessary tasks. Only in this way - and nothing else.

In “intellectual” schools, on the contrary, they are very fond of holding collective lectures and classes. It is this “group” format of training that is considered the main one there. They give lectures there, about how, when and how to become better at drawing and collective meditations are held and even initiations are organized immediately and for everyone. Individual contact between the student and the mentor in such a school is minimal.

In a real runic school, the cost of training will be determined by the cost of initiation into the energies of the runes. Usually, this is a significant amount. straightaway, for conducting basic attunements, you will be offered to make it. The runic school strives for the acquisition of power by students and for the correct transmission of this power. Hence the laborious and intense initiation, on a practical level, acquainting the student with the energies of the runes. Of course, it takes some time and costs not 100 rubles. Later, there may be more settings or activities that also cost money, but already smaller, “in descending order”. Difficulties in learning and the high cost of getting started scare off a great many potential students. Actually, nothing like that: real runes give a lot, but they also require a lot from the adept. Therefore, the number of real runemasters is very small, and their earnings, despite the high cost of training, are relatively low - after all, those who can take a serious step towards real magic are extremely few. So it was at all times, so it is now, despite the apparent diversity and abundance of proposals.

The "intellectual" school pursues a different goal - to earn more quickly and more. This is ensured by attracting the maximum number of people to useless "rune classes" for ridiculous money - from "how much they will give" to 500-1000 rubles. Subsequently, with each next "step", the amounts increase, but they still do not become significant. As a result, education in such a school is several times cheaper, increases only towards the end, has a group entertainment form, which seems to many more attractive than difficult and expensive training from real masters. The fact that these classes have nothing to do with runes, in fact, has little to do with anyone. Students have fun “for cheap” and wind up an exorbitant Ego, and the “teacher” earns a lot (much more than real masters) with simple demagogy about how to fold runes and what to make dice from. Everyone is happy, teachers are getting richer, schools are gaining popularity.

Sign five: not everything is measured by money

In order to continue training and become a runic master, in a school with real runic energies, it is not enough just to get basic attunements and be able to pay for further education. If you have not sufficiently mastered the basic knowledge and have not completed all the required tasks, you will not be allowed to further training for any money. What should you do at a seminar for "advanced" if you have not mastered the basic practices yet? First, you need to get used to what you have, complete all the tasks, master all the energies of the runic circle to the proper extent, and only then study further, and no one cares how long it will take. The tasks are not easy, they require effort and time, and the student will not be allowed to “pay off” from their implementation. Either results or the end of learning, even with a bag of money in hand.

There is a completely different attitude to this issue in the "intellectual" school. There are no such strict requirements for the "admission" of students to further education. There is money for the next seminar - come, and what you have finalized / not finalized there - no one cares. Often, on the contrary, if a student complains that something is not working out for him, and in his hands the runes work somehow “wrong”, he will be RECOMMENDED to attend some in-depth seminar, workshop or training, while assuring that after everything will definitely work out. Collecting money in small amounts a large number people always gives more profit than expensive fuss with the elite. Runes are not taught that way, but, as mentioned above, the goal of the "intellectual" school is not to teach someone something.

Of course, the knowledge of all the external signs of the difference between a real runic school and an "intellectual" one that manipulates only rune icons, alas, does not yet guarantee the quality of education. External signs they can help to cut off and identify those schools in which it is definitely NOT NECESSARY to study, but they will not help in any way to find one where they teach well. After all, no one excludes the possibility of the existence of an "intellectual" school, well disguised as a real school. Nobody prevents "intellectual" teachers from imitating "everything the same", only without the participation of real runic energies.
