In Perm, on the esplanade, the central ice town "Permmyach" was opened, whose theme in 2018 was football.
The ice complex will operate daily, at a temperature not higher than -4 degrees. On weekdays from 12:00 to 22:00, on weekends and holidays from 10:00 to 22:00.
Every day of New Year's Eve from 3 to 8 January 2018 will be full of various activities. There will be interactive playgrounds with entertainment for guests of different ages, the first in Russia winter "School of Fans" will open its doors.

Events in honor of the 74th anniversary of the Victory in Perm will last all day. Recall that the main leitmotif of the celebration this year will be the songs of the war years.
The big festive concert and the work of interactive platforms on the city esplanade will start at 12:00 and will last until late in the evening. So, the program on the main stage will consist of several blocks. In particular, one of the blocks will be dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the complete lifting of the blockade of Leningrad, the other thematic block will be called "Singing Victory". The concert will be attended by the combined choir of generations, the Perm provincial orchestra, the Solar Rainbow, Pear, and Fair ensembles, the dance school of Yulia Trester, the Orpheus musical theater, the Antares and Divertimento ensembles, the Mlada choir and other Perm artists and groups.
The invited artists will be the singer and musician, the winner of the Golden Gramophone Award Denis Klyaver, the singer and composer Mark Tishman, the founder and vocalist of the Utah group Anna Osipova, the singer and participant in the Voice show Oleg Shaumarov, the VIVA vocal project.
At the same time, an open-air museum of military equipment will be located on Lenin Street. A field kitchen, children's interactive playgrounds, interactive thematic zones that will reflect various aspects of life at the front and in the rear will start working at the monument "To Heroes of the Front and Rear" - a front-line rear exposition, a front-line cinema, a photo studio, a dog breeding museum, a sanitary battalion, and modern Russian army.
From 11:30 a.m., a concert program with the participation of Perm vocal ensembles, groups, choirs and artists will be held on the small stage in the area of \u200b\u200bthe monument "To the Heroes of the Front and Rear".
The celebration will last until the evening and end with a 10-minute fireworks display, which will be launched at 23:00 from the right bank of the Kama. You can watch the fireworks from the Kama embankment and Cathedral Square.
