Educator essay “Why do I love my job? Competition "Career plan.

Essay on the topic "Work"

Each person must be responsible for who he is going to work with. After all, half of his, in fact, each of us will spend at work. It is unlikely that someone will succeed not to engage in labor activity. Labor is a natural occupation, without it one can die of boredom. Every person in society has the right to work, which is enshrined in the Constitution.

So, the work of each of us will take a lot of time and effort. And what will happen if we make the wrong choice of profession or join a team that we do not like? Work will not bring pleasure, it will have to be “endured”. Many people are now accepting this. There is even a joke: "A working day shortens life by eight hours."

“Choose a job you love and you won’t have to work a single day in your life,” said the Chinese sage Confucius. A similar idea was expressed by the Ukrainian thinker Grigory Skovoroda. You need to choose an occupation in accordance with your abilities, inclinations. Here you can not follow advertising or run after "kudos".

When choosing a job for young people, it is useful to listen to the opinion of parents, but the decisive word is always with the person himself. There shouldn't be patterns here. No one said that each of us must necessarily sit in the office for eight hours every day, and this is the top. Someone likes to go on business trips, look at the world. Some people like physical labor. Another likes to work every other day in order to combine free time. Now many people work at home at the computer and communicate with the employer remotely. Someone is creative and acts when there is inspiration. And someone suits business without bosses.

The labor process must be organized correctly. According to the law, an employee has the right to weekends, vacations, regular working hours, and overtime pay. His workplace must be properly organized. The employee is obliged to observe discipline, but the authorities do not have the right to “pressure” him, humiliate him, force him to work for free. If the employer violates these rules, and threatens everyone who is dissatisfied with dismissal, there is no need to hold on to such a place of work. You can argue with me, but I think so, and now I will explain my thought.

Now in our society, work is highly valued, because it is not easy to find it. Everyone needs money, everyone wants to eat! But often work pushes other human values into the background: family, friendship, dignity, health, safety. That is what money can't buy. And then it may happen that there will be one job left, and nothing else ...

Therefore, if the work harms other important things in life, and even if it has to be “endured”, then is it worth the money earned?

Personally, I want to communicate more about my future work with people and get decent pay for it. I like to get acquainted, talk, I can convince and create a good mood for people. The work of a manager, sales representative, administrator suits me. I consider trade, the hotel and tourism business, the work of a flight attendant or a steward to be very interesting.

Today, educators of our country celebrate their professional holiday. The other day, our editorial staff managed to meet with a young teacher of preschool educational institution No. 21 Kobeleva Kristina Dmitrievna. Despite her young age, 23 years old, our heroine has already decided for herself that she is ready to devote her life to pedagogy.

On my question, - "Why did you choose to become a teacher?", Christina replied, - "I like children very much. I like to find a common language with them, to develop their talents and abilities. I like to be a model for them, a person to whom they turn their attention and try to imitate him.

Journalist: What age are the children in your group?

“I work as a kindergarten teacher. We have 24 kids in the group. The teacher in this group must be both a mother and a sorceress. Mom - hug, kiss and regret. A sorceress - sometimes it is very difficult to understand what the baby wants, but you need to understand.

Journalist: What qualities should a teacher have?

“Kindness, patience, accuracy. A kindergarten teacher must be sincere, because children feel subtly when a teacher is genuinely interested in their affairs and problems. We must always know how to captivate, occupy the baby. And of course, the most important thing is that a person must love children, he must want to run to their kindergarten and always in a good mood and a smile on his face.

Journalist: What is the affectionate name of your children?

“Our children are small and it is difficult for them to pronounce my name, so they are often called a teacher, very small ones are a nanny”

Journalist: Do you think a man can become a teacher?

“We have a man in charge. But so far I haven’t met one to work as an educator. My opinion is that this is more of a female profession. Men probably don’t have the patience for this kind of work.”

Journalist: What is the team in the preschool where you work?

“Friendly. We have many young specialists. And this is very good, in my opinion, there are not enough young educators in the city. And they are needed. Personally, I think that kindergarten teacher represents a noble profession. Being an educator in modern conditions is difficult and responsible, but despite this, I am proud that I have been entrusted by fate to contribute to our future!”

Journalist: Can everyone become a teacher?

Journalist: What would you like to wish your colleagues on this holiday?

“The most important thing is patience. Good luck in job. Grateful and sympathetic parents. Love your pupils, so that they always remember you with warmth and tenderness, even leaving the walls of the kindergarten "

The editors of Usolye.Info congratulate all teachers of a preschool educational institution on the holiday. Only sensitive, kind and attentive women could choose this unusual, but such a responsible profession. After all, raising a child requires considerable work, philanthropy and fortitude. Good heart to you, great patience and great love for our little mischief-makers! May your souls not harden, optimism not grow old, friendly smiles not disappear from your lovely faces! Be happy, live in abundance, joy and prosperity!

Why am I love my profession

I worked in a kindergarten for 20 years Coincidence or fate? In all these years, I never thought of another job. So it's destiny.

I am a kindergarten teacher! Someone will smile upon hearing this, someone will regret it, someone will shake it condemningly head: “Well, you have chosen a job for yourself…”. But I'm ready to say it with dozens of pride once: this is my whole life, my destiny. Yes, that's destiny!

Children in kindergarten are our joy and great hope. I believe that I have the strength, talent, and most importantly, love for children, which helps to make a child's life in kindergarten bright, interesting, and informative. I I love kids for nothing that they are good, but simply for what they are. Love, kindness, sincerity - that's what a modern child needs. It is these human qualities that our children lack so much. He must love children any: noisy and quiet, obedient and capricious, clean, well-groomed and slovenly, pretty and not very. For the simple reason that they are children.

Here my pupils sit and listen to me attentively - they are all so different, and I try to find an individual approach to each, to identify individual characteristics. I I love my job as an educator.

However, being a kindergarten teacher is very, very difficult!

You understand what responsibility lies with you - the future of the child, the country, the entire planet and yours personally depends on you, the educator. I take on a lot! Not at all… In 5-10 years the entire adult population will be represented by our graduates. It is to them that we will go for treatment, they will build houses, pass laws, and become the people on whom the fate of the planet depends.

You will say that the main educators are parents, but modern parents, in general, are also our graduates!

Personal qualities of a person are formed over many years, but their seed germinates in early childhood under certain conditions. These certain conditions must be created by the kindergarten teacher. Kindergarten is the second home for children, here they spend 10 hours a day. The formation of a noble person takes place in an atmosphere of kindness and trust. That's why when you come to kindergarten, thinking: "How not to hurt these fragile children's souls, how to lead them to that one initially clean road, which is full of obstacles that every child must overcome before becoming a creatively thinking, harmoniously developed personality capable of a noble deed."

But in order to educate a person, you need to be a person yourself.

"Know and educate yourself before you educate your children". What should be the educator?

1) The educator must know a lot, constantly work on himself, master innovative technologies, non-traditional methods; know a computer, be able to use the Internet.

2) Know child psychology, understand the soul of the child and be able to ask yourself questions: Am I always right? If the teacher is indifferent to the inner world of the child, to his experiences, he has no place in kindergarten, even if he knows perfectly well my job. In addition, every teacher must follow the basic postulate of pedagogy. Here, for example, is one of them: "Never speak badly to a child about his parents, even if they deserve it."

3) The teacher must be a creative person, be a guide for children to the world of fairy tales and fantasy, evoke delight, love, tenderness, surprise in children. The teacher should be interesting to children - be able to sing, dance, "revive" dolls, read poetry, tell stories, sew, draw, make toys from natural materials, paper, bottles and jars, lids and boxes and much more!

5) The teacher should take care of the health of children, teach them to take care of their appearance, teach them to self-service.

6) The teacher must be able to find a common language with parents. Every parent dreams of a kind, smart, loving all children (including his child) educator.

7) The teacher must be charming and attractive, handsome, neat (after all, the teacher is a model for children); regardless of everyday troubles - always cheerful, cheerful, have a sense of humor.

I really like my work, and if a person loves my job, then this feeling helps to overcome all obstacles, to feel that he “He builds a temple, not just cuts down a forest”.

To be an educator, it is necessary not only to have many virtues and virtues, but no more, no less - to remain a child at heart. Otherwise, children will not accept, they will not let you into their world. Little wise teachers both test you for strength, and at the same time love you with an all-consuming love in which you can dissolve without a trace. In a special way you realize the significance of this professions when you see the eyes of babies wide open to meet, eyes ready to contain the whole world, eyes greedily catching your every word, your look, gesture.

For me in professions educator has many advantages. While working with children, you do not notice your age, you see the results of your work, a good, kind attitude from your parents. And the best part is that the children remember you, share their secrets, ask for advice, and trust you. And it's worth it. Working as an educator, I try to give a piece of kindness to each child, showing my attitude to nature and people by my own example.

I am faced with a difficult task - being an adult who develops and educates a child, to understand and feel the children's world, to combine rigor and kindness, respect for the little person and exactingness. But children are so different! Some like to live by the rules, with the help of which they feel familiarity with the world of adults, while others, on the contrary, want to do what is impossible - so they defend your personality. Therefore, I need patience and flexibility of thinking in order to individually and accurately apply the knowledge of pedagogy and psychology.

Is it easy to be a teacher? If you ask me about it, then I I will answer: "Difficult, but extremely interesting!" How can it be uninteresting to work with children? Each little man has his own unique character. Everyone who is already raising at least one child knows about this. I help children to reveal themselves, to realize their potential - I teach children to distinguish sounds, read, speak clearly and beautifully, love their native Russian language. All this directs the energy of the child in the right direction. Many inclinations and abilities of the child, on the basis of which he then chooses for himself profession- This is the result of the competent work of a good educator.

The personality of the educator is multifaceted. It contains professional competence, speech etiquette, the culture of interpersonal relations, endurance and patience, goodwill and resourcefulness, and the educator also has a smile at his disposal. And if you add a kind, smart, beautifully spoken word to a smile?

Why am I love my profession? For the fact that it gives me the opportunity every day to come into contact with the world of childhood, for the uniqueness and unpredictability of every day, for the fact that my profession was and always will be. Every day, giving children a piece of your heart, the warmth of your soul, with a feeling of deep satisfaction I confess: “For all this time, I have never regretted that I chose profession - teacher

Kindergarten is mine. It makes me feel light and free. It gives me joy to meet my students. The teacher, in my opinion, is a great romantic, firmly convinced that there is more good in the world than evil, and trying to pass this on to children.

The work of an educator is one of the most important and difficult.

I chose profession"educator" because it's the best profession.

Why did I become an educator ... Yes, because I was destined to be an educator, and I became one!

To all that I want to add a poem "I am an educator". In my opinion, the author in it revealed the essence profession - educator.

Luck smiled on me in life.

I am grateful for this fate!

I know that it couldn't be otherwise

In this world on this earth.

After all professions in the world, so much

Important, necessary and labor.

And I'm attracted to children!

And I can't imagine life without them!

I work as an educator.

I love to play with kids,

I train them all diligently

Sculpt, dance, draw.

I also teach them to listen

As the river murmurs in silence.

I read a lot of books to them.

To instill a thirst for knowledge.

I often smile at them

I only teach good

And I try to be fair

I want to be an example for them.

After all, the educator means

Too much for them

And quiet and naughty,

For noisy and mischievous:

And how to pat on the head,

And threaten them with a finger.

And how he will punish for a prank,

And how she will forgive the children.

It's hard at times,

But in children's eyes take a look:

How much do they emit

Light, kindness and love!

And let someone answer me That:

"Work - no rest".

I tell everyone firmly

Hear my answer:

I am an educator and proud of it

After all, life I dedicate mine to children!

After parents, the teacher is the most important person who influences the formation of personality. And it depends only on him what the new person will be like, what will join the society. Undoubtedly, there are teachers who are always remembered with a smile, remember all their instructions, jokes and advice. But, to our deep regret, there are teachers who are guided by a specific system of judgments, and if a student does not fit into their framework, then fun school days can easily turn into real torture for him. Therefore, before embarking on teaching activities, it is necessary to answer the question: “Why did I choose the profession of a teacher?”

By the way, this question is often the topic of a school essay or essay. It is somewhat ridiculous to write recommendations on what qualities a real teacher should have, because this is not just a profession, but a real vocation. It's much easier to use as an example the responses of people who love their jobs. Appreciate students and willingly take responsibility for their learning. Each of them has their own pedagogical credo, values and knowledge that they guide and pass on from year to year to the younger generation.

Job Requirements

When writing an essay “Why did I choose the profession of a teacher?” attention should be paid to the features of this task. There are several. Firstly, it is necessary to indicate the pedagogical creed that most of all corresponds to the personal idea of pedagogical activity. Secondly, it is necessary to describe the ideal teacher, according to the author. Simply put, write what kind of teacher the author would like to see in front of him.

Let this ideal teacher be a little idiosyncratic, free-thinking, strange and not like a typical teacher. It will certainly contain the qualities that every mentor should possess. And thirdly, you need to indicate the reason that motivates you to take this position. Actually, these are all the ingredients from which you can create a cocktail essay “Why did I choose the profession of a teacher?”

Essay

First of all, new knowledge can be tested when writing an essay. It is worth noting that the essay on the topic “Why did I choose the profession of a teacher?” must begin with an epigraph. This is necessary in this case. He will act as a teacher's credo. In the work itself, you can use arguments from the literature. Thus, an example of this type of work would look like this:

« Vasily Klyuchevsky once said: "To be a good teacher, you need to love what you teach and those you teach." In this I completely agree with him - a teacher without passion is not a teacher at all. And even now, when so many years have passed since the moment I first thought about what I want to become in the future, I still cannot say why I chose the profession of a teacher.

motives

Although, on the other hand, I never really thought about it. From early childhood, I knew that I would be a teacher, as if I was born with the realization of my life purpose. I remember that all the games and children's entertainment were connected only with teaching. It didn’t matter to me whom to teach: friends, dolls or a neighbor’s cat, the very awareness of this process instilled in me a feeling of absolute harmony and happiness.

Already when I went to school, I realized what kind of teacher I want to become. I have always liked slightly strict but fair teachers who believed in each of their students. Whether it was an excellent student or a hopeless loser, the teacher still tried to convey knowledge to him.

Ideal teacher

School is a second home. In it, the student spends most of his childhood and youth, this is the runway for the flight called "Adult Life". And how great it is when a child receives a ticket marked "All inclusive" for this flight. Then he can get off the ladder and march with his head held high, because, in addition to knowledge, he will be enriched with spiritual and moral culture.

It just happens differently, even Goethe wrote: “Those from whom we learn are rightfully called teachers, but not everyone who teaches deserves this name.” It happens that a teacher comes to the class, stands at the blackboard, retells a paragraph of the textbook, sets homework and goes home. It is unlikely that students will be interested in attending his lessons. Also, what happens most often, teachers can have a biased attitude towards students. They give good grades to those who do not deserve it at all.

In my opinion, a real teacher should be, first of all, fair, equally treat each of his wards. Secondly, the teacher must love his subject and be a true friend to his students. The teaching profession is definitely not meant for indifferent people. This is a job for those who have a spark in their eyes and heart, who can infect with their interest in the subject and not only teach, but show how to find answers to questions and use the acquired knowledge correctly. It depends only on adults what kind of person a child will grow up to be, and the teacher plays an important role in this matter.

Profession - teacher

I would like to write a lot in an essay on the topic “Why did I choose the profession of a teacher?”, But, as they say, brevity is the sister of talent. For me personally, being a teacher means finding an approach to each of my students, learning to look at the world through his eyes and ultimately understanding what exactly he needs from my lesson, what I can give him.

Being a teacher means being a bit of a child, because it's hard to find common ground when you look at the world from different angles. And the teacher must constantly improve, learn as long as he has someone to teach.

The teacher is not the one who can tell in detail about some theorem, the teacher is the one who will teach you how to apply it in practice and will give you the opportunity to find and study its main points on your own. Let it sound completely unscientific in the words of the student, the main thing is understanding, for which you need to be encouraged.

Each child is a unique individuality. There is no need to drive anyone into the strange and long outdated framework of a “good student”. Any student is good if he likes to learn, and if the child does not want to know anything, then this is primarily the problem of the teacher».

Variations

This is how an essay and an essay on the topic “Why did I choose the profession of a teacher?” might look like. One might even say that this is a universal example. After all, there are a lot of tasks about why a person wants to become a teacher of a certain subject.

If an essay on the topic “Why did I choose the profession of a teacher?” belongs precisely to this category, then here one simply cannot do without arguments seasoned with a bit of love for this or that subject. Variations of such works can be very different: someone will write an essay based on the statements of famous people, and someone can write why he likes this particular subject and not another. Ultimately, the answer to the question: "Why do I want to become a teacher?" - as important as the answer regarding the subject of teaching.

Primary school teacher

If you have to answer the question in the essay: “Why did I choose the profession of a primary school teacher?”, Then one of the three universal answers can be applied.

  1. I like to work with children. Indeed, only someone who loves to mess around with kids can afford the luxury of becoming an elementary school teacher.
  2. I am not afraid of responsibility. The first teacher for a child is like a name for a ship: whatever you call it, that's how it will sail. Therefore, a lot in the future depends on the first teacher.
  3. There is an example to follow. Very often, the decisive factor in choosing the profession of a teacher is a worthy role model. And if a child is lucky to have a good primary school teacher, no doubt, when choosing a profession, he will be guided by his instructions.

Mathematic teacher

As for the essay on the topic “Why did I choose the profession of a mathematics teacher?”, Here such standard answers are not entirely appropriate. In this question, it is best to focus on the fact that now the age of new technologies has begun, which are invented only thanks to correct mathematical calculations. Mathematics has a comprehensive application, so the future is definitely in this field of knowledge.

Physical education teacher

As we all know, a healthy mind in a healthy body. So to answer the question: “Why did I choose the profession of a physical education teacher?” - shouldn't be difficult. Although, first of all, it is worth answering the question of what physical culture means. In fact, these are not only games, but a full-fledged academic subject that allows the student to physically feel the results of their efforts. It helps to overcome difficulties, tempers character, trains willpower.

This is why physical culture is necessary for life, and the student must learn this. In addition, not only departments, but the entire state should take care of the health of children. And this culture of health must be fought for in practice.

Teacher of Russian language and literature

It is much easier to write an essay on the topic “Why did I choose the profession of a teacher of Russian language and literature?”. First, one can use a variety of arguments from the literature about the importance of mother tongue. And secondly, this is the most noble profession. Would we have known about the existence of Tyutchev and Fet, Tolstoy and Dostoevsky, Bunin and Blok, if there were no language? And would they have been able to show their remarkable talent without teachers of the Russian language and literature, who were the first to instill in them a love for the Russian word and the Motherland as a whole?

Teaching is a thankless profession, but a noble calling. Not everyone is able to become a teacher, only those who have the greatest art of loving children and wanting the best for them become them. L. N. Tolstoy once remarked that a teacher must have great knowledge and a big heart. Perhaps these words will forever remain relevant.
