Why doesn't Gurtskaya take off her glasses. Diana Gurtskaya: Yes, I'm wearing black glasses, so what? This is the life situation

Singer Diana Gurtskaya has been on the stage for more than a decade, so this performer hardly needs to be introduced. It is probably no secret to anyone that the army of fans of this singer is one of the most numerous. Listeners are captivated by the melodic intonations of her voice and the fact that Diana Gurtskaya sings not only with her voice, but also with her soul. It seems that the fact that the performer is deprived of the ability to see sharpened her perception and feelings, which is manifested in soulful songs. However - and this shows all the dirt of show business (and not only domestic, it is the same all over the world) - ill-wishers, envious people and people who simply want to make money on her behalf have accumulated a great many over the years. That is why, with constant regularity, the Internet explodes headlines like "" and the like.

All fans of Diana Gurtskaya have long been familiar with the biography of their favorite singer, and therefore they probably know that she has not seen anything since infancy. And therefore, apart from irritation and indignation, such headlines are not able to evoke in their hearts. At the same time, there are also such Internet users who, not particularly familiar with the work of the performer, still show interest in her personal life. Among this part of the audience, such articles, of course, give rise to doubt about the disease, which affects the entire life of the singer. By and large, publications of such content have already been repeatedly refuted by the singer's attending physicians, her relatives, and documentary evidence. Not so long ago, journalists again published pictures that fully confirm the illness of Diana Gurtskaya. Our readers can see for themselves this photo at the beginning of the article.

By the way, thanks to the publication of this picture, the performer herself finally decided - albeit for a short time - to abandon the usual accessory, around which controversy does not subside, and appear before the public without glasses. It happened in the video for the song "Losing You". True, Diana Gurtskaya did not dare to open her eyes. Yes, there is no need for this. Fans appreciated the beauty of the singer at its true worth. The comments to the photo are full of rave reviews dedicated to the singer and her long eyelashes. It is unlikely that what appeared before the audience, even for a second, falls under the definition of "the shame of Gurtskaya under glasses." By the way, not only journalists greedy for sensations are trying to cash in on the suffering of the singer, but even some unscrupulous doctors. So, a similar story happened 13 years ago, when an ophthalmologist from Ufa, Ernst Muldashev, convinced Diana Gurtskaya to undergo an examination and surgery in his clinic. This idea ended with a loud PR of the doctor, who announced the singer’s imminent insight on every corner, and a long rehabilitation period (almost a year) for the performer herself. But there were no specific shifts in Diana Gurtskaya's ability to see.

In this regard, I just want to ask how long such speculations on someone else's grief will continue? Isn't that anxiety and discomfort that accompanies the singer throughout her life not enough?

On the one hand, every child is special for his parent. On the other hand, I was never brought up as if I was somehow different from others.

As a child, I never felt deprived, deprived of something important. This helped me a lot in later life. I, like other children, fell and got up, I was pitied just like other children, no more. For example, when I hit hard. Moreover, it never occurred to my parents to feel sorry for me simply because I do not see.

Having become a mother myself, I understand that my parents were very worried about the fact that I was born blind, worried about my future. Mom, as I found out later, cried more than once. But they experienced it with each other without including me in their anxieties. They did not create any special safe conditions for me, did not seek to fence me off from the world, knowing that I would later live in this world.

The feeling of security was transmitted not through the creation of special conditions, but through comfort, understanding that the family is the place where you are loved, they will always help.

Any of my achievements became the pride of the whole family. As well as my brother's accomplishments.

Thanks to parental love and the correct behavior of mom and dad, I grew up calm and self-confident. I have never had problems communicating with other children. I enjoyed sharing my many toys with them. And as a teenager, I had many friends and girlfriends with whom we talked, went to the movies, played the piano.

I constantly went somewhere and traveled with my parents - they wanted me to be included in the life of the family. Often my older brother took with him, his friends became mine too. Although, it seemed, the difference was fifteen years! I remember when we lived in Sukhumi, he came home from work and said: "Let's go to a cafe with my friends, we'll eat ice cream."

I was taken to doctors a lot, I literally almost lived at the Helmholtz Institute. But I myself did not create any tragedy around me, because my parents did not create tragedy around me.

I grew up knowing that my situation was not something special, out of the ordinary. Yes, I don’t see, I always go accompanied by someone - so what? How can this prevent me from being happy, from loving life?

When I was supposed to go to school, I thought that I would have everything, like the others - textbooks, pens, notebooks. It turned out that everything is a little bit different: slates, braille. I was not at all upset about this - well, that means it should be so.

"What if they offend you?"

“I don’t want to send my child to school, suddenly they will offend him there. I'm worried about him,” I've heard this from parents of disabled children more than once. I try to explain to such mothers that later they will experience much more when the child grows up unadapted to life, will not be able to do anything. And if you start letting him go gradually now, then he will help his parents later.

I believe that the child must be socialized, sent to school, he must study, understand what a team, communication, and so on. This is a global lesson that he needs to learn.

Mom didn’t even send one blind girl to a music school, and all for the same reason - “what if they offend”. Yes, children can be, to put it mildly, not tactful, and some adults can be too. But here much depends on the parents of a child with disabilities. You need to come to the same school, circle in advance, talk with teachers, with other parents, explain the situation to them, so that they can then talk with their children. This is a global work that requires strength and sensitivity.

Parents of "ordinary" children took their children out of the sandbox because you brought your "special" child there? Remember that your baby is the best in the world, and return to this sandbox for the second, third time. Try to talk to other mothers - calmly, without aggression, tell about your child.

And in general, it is important for each parent of each child to explain that all people are different, and the inability to hear, or see, or walk does not at all make a person special, with whom one cannot communicate. It’s just that sometimes they need help – climbing the stairs, escorting them, and so on. But everyone needs help at one time or another.

Maybe so, gradually, our society will change.

Although recently there are cases that are simply impossible to understand. For example, in Krasnoyarsk, where residents of the house need to have a children's rehabilitation center on the first, non-residential floor. Not a night club, not a shop, but a center where children could develop, learn, do what they love!

I just can’t understand how this is possible, how people can be embarrassed by the neighborhood with children?! How many cases when residents of the entrance oppose the installation of a ramp for their disabled neighbor! Although the ramp should be in principle in every entrance - for the elderly, for mothers with strollers ...

We have been talking a lot lately about the integration of people with disabilities, about an accessible environment. But when I hear about such situations as in Krasnoyarsk, as in Buryatia last year, when a young man was not allowed to work because of blindness, as in Moscow, when Natalia Vodianova’s sister or when parents, because they have a photograph of a girl with Down syndrome, I, an optimist, have doubts about our not only humanity, but simply adequacy.

People think they're fine, what's the deal with everyone else? But we all walk under God, and someday everyone will have to answer - what have we done for someone in this life, have we helped someone?

But even if you look not so globally, no one is immune from misfortunes. Anyone (God forbid, of course) can lose their sight, the ability to move around, infirm old age does not bypass anyone at all. Is it really not scary for people, those who seek to isolate themselves from the disabled, oppose the center, ramps and so on, that they may find themselves in the same situation, but on the other side?

We must try to be more careful to each other, then the world around us will change. We want the state to help us. But no one and nothing will help us, neither ramps, nor special elevators, unless the consciousness of people changes. For this to happen, it is necessary to tell children from a very early age that it is natural - to support the door in the entrance to a person in a wheelchair, an old woman, to move a blind person across the road. Help, not pity. Pity is not what is needed here.

I appeal to the parents of children with disabilities: in no case do not despair, do not give up and know one thing that you have the best children, be proud of them, help them develop, educate them.

And it is important for other parents to remember that a lot depends on them. Teach your children to love, and then they will love you too. . In the family, the child learns to perceive other people. How parents treat other people, so he will then treat them themselves.

Wrong medicine

Never, neither with numerous nephews and nieces, nor with relatives, nor now with my child, have I had to deal with some kind of incomprehensible situation about what I do not see. The son somehow grew up with the understanding that everything that happens in the family is normal and natural. If I'm looking for a phone, my son brings it to me from the age of two. From the same age, he understood, for example, if I'm looking for slippers, then I need to take me to them.

My nephews and nieces love to spend time with me, play, indulge. On the other hand, my word is authoritative for them, they listen to it.

They understand that nothing special is happening, because I, their parents, are sure of it. Yes, I'm wearing black glasses, so what? Such is the life situation.

True, when my son was five years old (now he is eight), we rested with my brother's family at sea. And on the beach, apparently, seeing that I didn’t go to the sea alone, he asked why this happened, and I don’t see it. Calmly, without tragic overtones, I answered that, therefore, it was pleasing to God, but there is nothing to worry about. “Someone’s heart hurts, someone’s stomach hurts,” I told him. - It's just not visible. In my case, nothing hurts, I can't see, and I have glasses on my eyes. It's noticeable, that's why you have a question." “When I grow up, I’ll think of something,” the son said, and then put forward his version of what was happening. “Maybe you ate the soup wrong or you were given the wrong medicine.”

Actually, my son and I are great friends. I help him with his lessons, including reading. Yes, I am a busy working mom, I have tours, performances, community service. But raising a child is my main business, and I devote a lot of time to it. I like to study with my son, do homework and play, communicate with his teachers.

I can’t say that everything in my life has always been easy and smooth. There was everything, there was pain and disappointment. Once a person from a leading TV channel said that they shouldn’t let me on the screen - somehow gloomy. Let it remain on his conscience, I do not condemn.

In general, in the life of every person there are difficulties - this is normal.

Those who are in my situation should not think that if I were sighted, there would be no difficulties, everything would be different. This is unproductive, and most importantly, unfair. Everyone has problems, and you just need to learn to live with what is given to you. You have to accept yourself completely and unconditionally.

Don't sit back!

Despite the very sad cases, it seems to me that something is still changing, albeit very slowly. Previously, people with disabilities were not discussed at all. Now there are, for example, blind lawyers, blind musicians, computer specialists in wheelchairs. We can talk loudly about ourselves, talk about problems, try to change something.

The main thing is not to despair, not to lock yourself in the walls of your apartment. No matter how difficult it is to go out into the world, to show that we are strong, we can do a lot. How else will the world learn about us and begin to change?

Does Gurtskaya really see: fans are discussing that the star has vision

The whole world for the artist Diana Gurtskaya is painted in only one tone - dark. The father and mother found out about the natural blindness of their daughter only when she was born

And although the girl is constantly alone in her own world without colors, her adored mother existed near her. The unexpected death of the closest person for Diana was a big blow to her psyche and health.

And just back, Diana managed to overcome this depression when she gave birth to her first child, the boy Kostya. Now any time close to the child makes the singer very happy.

In order not to create discomfort for my mother in any way. In addition, the unique kid of the performer complained that in this case he absolutely did not have time for rest and free time. The boy has a lot of extra lessons, which he always diligently learns.

On July 2, 2018, the famous singer Diana Gurtskaya turned 40 years old. She was born in the city of Sukhumi, in Georgia, in the family of a miner and a teacher. Diana Gurtskaya represented her native Georgia at the famous Eurovision Song Contest back in 2008.

Relatives, relatives, stage colleagues, celebrities and even the head of the Belarusian state Alexander Lukashenko paid attention and congratulated the singer on the holiday. I would like to wish Diana Gurtskaya all the best, and most importantly health, and the opportunity to see the world in all its beauty someday.

Celebrities are always on the lookout. People are interested in everything about the life of stars - from health to the number of husbands. Particularly interested in what they are trying to hide. So the famous singer Diana Gurtskaya is being examined almost under a microscope - they are trying to look under her black glasses on the floor of her face and see what is hidden there? What does Diana Gurtskaya look like without her glasses and what led to blindness? In our article, you will learn about the life and the most significant facts from the biography of the singer, show photos and videos and try to answer your question - is she really blind or is it PR?

The famous singer was born in the city of Sukhimi (Abkhazia). Her father was a miner and her mother was a teacher. As a child, the girl did not differ from her peers, for a long time her parents did not know about her congenital blindness. And only once, when the girl fell off the couch and smashed her face, did her parents find out about the misfortune. Medicine was powerless, the doctors shrugged, and little Diana did not even know about her illness and did not think that she was different from other children.

… And the soul that always sang

From early childhood, Gurtskaya dreamed of singing. Many were not serious about her aspirations, saying that the big stage was closed for the blind. But her relatives supported her, especially the girl's mother, who in every possible way contributed to the development of her daughter's singing abilities.

At the age of eight, the future star already faced the first difficulty - the teachers of the music school refused to accept her for training. But the girl, with her perseverance, convinced everyone that she could play the piano. She was brought up in a boarding school for blind children - her parents dreamed of giving the girls a full-fledged education.

See with your soul, not with your eyes

At the age of ten, Diana stepped onto a new stage in her singing career - she was noticed at a concert and taken to the Tbilisi Philharmonic. She performed with the famous singer of that time - Irma Sokhadze. After a bright performance, the girl was noticed and even began to be recognized in the city. From that moment on, the girl realized that her real life was on stage. The wave of love that rose from the hall gave her happiness.

And a difficult but rich creative life began. The main milestones in the formation of young Diana as a singer can be considered:

  • After graduating from the music school, Gurtskaya, despite her blindness, was able to enter the Tbilisi Philharmonic.
  • Moving to Moscow and entering the Gnessin School, department of jazz vocals.
  • Festival "Moscow-Yalta" in 1995, where the girl conquered the general public for the first time and she was awarded a special jury sympathy prize.

Among the members of the jury was Igor Nikolaev, it was he who helped the girl to enter the big stage. Her first album was called You Are Here. The newly-made star, sharing her impressions of the competition, said that during the preparatory days she had no worries, but on the most important day of the competition she became scared. Despite this, the performance was successful.

Glory came to her unexpectedly. Thanks to Igor Nikolaev, who managed to pick up a song that Diana would "see", feel, the singer's career took off. Filming, concerts, interviews swirled the girl at a frantic pace, but she managed to do everything. She did not like to rest much, so her life kept a high rhythm.

What is behind the glasses?

Over time, the singer's popularity only grew, but, in addition to the obvious fans of her work, there were also ill-wishers who disbanded vile servants everywhere. Doubts about her "blindness" began to appear more and more among the people. Articles were published in the press that said that the singer was not at all blind, that her blindness was a complete PR, to attract the attention of the general public. She has never been seen without glasses, and everything incomprehensible and secretive gives rise to muddy rumors.

It was said that she wore black glasses on purpose, that her eyesight was normal, so she did not take off her black glasses. These rumors hurt Diana. Her managers, in order to refute the lie, sent the girls to the attending physicians, who confirmed the fact that Gurtskaya was blind from birth. She herself says in numerous video interviews that she takes off her glasses only in front of close friends and family, she believes that it makes no sense for others to look into blind eyes.

Many photographers offered the singer a lot of money to photograph her without glasses. Curious people scroll through the video in the hope of seeing something under the impenetrable glass. But Diana never agreed. In all the photos, the singer's eyes are closed by huge glasses. Cruel show business taught Gurtskaya to take a hit and not give up even in the most difficult times. As the singer herself said, the stage for her is not just a place of popularity and fame, it is the only thread that connects her with the real world, with people.

In the work of Diana there is a clip that fully reflects her life. In this clip, a young blind girl plays the violin in the subway. By the will of fate, she meets a young man who decides to help her and restore the girl's sight. He collects money, an operation is performed, but the verdict is merciless - it is impossible to return vision. The young guy is crying, but the girl is smiling because she is content with the life she has.

This motive runs through the whole difficult fate of Diana Gurtskaya. A strong girl does not despair when faced with difficulties, she constantly learns to overcome them and fight for her dream. In Diana's personal life, everything turned out happily: she is a beloved wife and loving mother (pictured with her husband and son). You ask - how could a blind girl rise above her blindness and build her life? And why can't millions of healthy people? Or maybe it's the lust for life itself? Maybe you need to see not only with your eyes, but also with your soul? And then you will see what the stubborn little woman sees behind her black impenetrable glasses.

Watch a beautiful video, listen to a simple but touching song. Well, why should we climb into the soul of this fragile woman? Let's learn from her how to love life.

Diana Gurtskaya, an outstanding artist who, being blind, was able to win the hearts of millions of viewers with her singing, was born in sunny Sukhumi on 07/02/1978.

Childhood

The girl, according to rumors, was born absolutely healthy and was the youngest child in a family where, in addition to her, there were already three older children. Her parents were very far from show business. Dad worked in the mine for a long time, and his mother was an ordinary teacher. Usually, in a large family, children quickly become independent: the younger ones are often left in the care of the elders and do not interfere in children's conflicts.

No one in Diana's family remembers exactly how the tragedy happened. Left for a short time without parental attention, the girl fell out of bed and hit her head hard.

Whether the loss of vision was caused by the fall itself, or vice versa, she fell because she already saw poorly, but anyway, after examination by doctors, the diagnosis was disappointing - complete blindness without the possibility of restoring vision.

It would seem that the girl was doomed to drag out a monotonous existence in a dark and bleak world. But the child was too energetic to give up without a fight. For those who are deprived of full vision, hearing is greatly exacerbated as compensation. And Diana, who has Georgian roots, also had a beautiful voice.

Even before she had learned to speak properly, the girl suddenly began to sing. And she sang amazingly accurately, without a single false note.

Music is a new life!

Parents saw this as a good sign and began to develop and support the girl's passion for music in every possible way. They constantly put on her the most diverse music: classical, jazz, Georgian folk songs. The girl could listen to her for hours, and she often sang the songs herself.

When she was 8 years old, she went to study at a specialized boarding school, where there were children with the same problems as her. At the very first music lesson, the girl impressed the teachers not only with the purest singing, but also with a passionate desire to learn to play the piano.

Despite all the teachers' explanations that it was simply impossible, the girl continued to insist on her own and was ready to spend a lot of time at the instrument.

Mom takes the side of the girl, hires her a vocal teacher and begins to take her to children's music competitions. At one of them, a blind girl with an amazing voice drew the attention of Irma Sokhadze, who brought her to the stage of the Tbilisi Philharmonic. Having made her debut on the big stage at the age of 10, the girl believed even more in her lucky star.

The fateful meeting of young Diana with a famous composer at the popular music festival "Yalta-Moscow-Transit", broadcast on central television throughout the country. He was imbued with her story and gave her the song “You are here”, which was very suitable for the image and gentle voice of the aspiring singer.

17-year-old Diana confidently wins this competition and, at the invitation of Nikolaev, moves with her family to the capital.

Conquest of Moscow

Arriving in Moscow, Diana submits documents to the famous Gnesinka and easily passes the exams for the vocal department. She diligently masters all the subtleties of vocals. while continuing to master the game on your favorite instrument. During this time, she worked on her debut album, which included songs written especially for her by Nikolaev and Sergey Chelobanov.

After the release of the first album, Diana quickly becomes famous, thanks to her beautiful voice and original manner of performance. In 1999, after completing her studies, she goes on her first tour.

At first, she did not dare to perform alone and sang at concerts of already popular Russian and foreign pop stars. And only after the release of the new album, she believed in her own popularity and began to perform with solo albums.

Over the years of her creative activity, the singer recorded four solo albums and shot several high-quality video clips. She even became the representative of Georgia at one of the Eurovision festivals. True, she did not bring victory to her country.

Now Diana is actively involved in various television projects, including Dancing with the Stars. But most of the time she no longer devotes to singing, but to peacemaking and charitable activities.

Personal life

It would seem that such a defect as a complete loss of vision practically does not give a chance to create a full-fledged family. But fate loves to present unexpected surprises. When Diana begins to tour actively, she meets a young promising lawyer, Pyotr Kucherenko, on official business.

For a long time, no one believed that their relationship had long gone beyond simple business cooperation. Diana herself for a long time could not believe in the sincerity of her lover's intentions to connect with her for the rest of her life, so she refused the first marriage proposal, which upset him terribly.

But Peter could not imagine life without his beloved and promised to fulfill her every desire if she agreed to become his wife. Laughing, she asked for a star from the sky and ... received such a gift in the form of a certificate for assigning her name to the newly discovered star. The singer had no choice but to agree.

Two years after the magnificent wedding, she gave birth to her husband a magnificent healthy heir - little Kostya. At first, she was very worried that it would be difficult for her to take care of the child on her own. But when the baby was born, she felt such strong support from her husband and the whole family that all her fears completely dissipated. And the singer herself does not have a soul in her little son.

Now the singer is absolutely happy and even dreams of a second child. Today she continues to be actively involved in charity work, she is the chairman of the board of trustees of one of the foundations that provide assistance to visually impaired children. Organizes and helps hold international festivals for blind children.
