  5. Grind the cake, roll the nuts with a rolling pin, mix the biscuit and nut mixture in a bowl, add liqueur and cocoa to it.
  6. Grease the mold with oil, line the parchment, and lay out the biscuit-nut mixture.
  7. Divide the gelatin plate into 3 parts and soak for 10 minutes.

During the New Year holidays you want something special, so try a few new recipes. No-bake cakes remain popular for several years. I guess I'll start with them.

Ingredients:

  • 1 biscuit;
  • 400 g yogurt;
  • 12 g gelatin;
  • 1 orange;
  • 2 tangerines;
  • 50 g canned pineapple;
  • 1 banana.

Preparation:

  5. Open the rested sponge cake, loosely roll it into a roll directly with the paper and leave it like that to cool.
  6. While the biscuit is cooling, you should prepare the cream, for which in a separate container, beat the cream with the addition of sugar with a mixer. In a separate bowl, loosen the Philadelphia cream cheese with a spoon, add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream to it - beat with a mixer, another 2 tablespoons of cream - beat again. When all the cream is combined, beat with a mixer for another 2 minutes.
  7. The time has come for impregnation, which is prepared in half a glass of boiled chilled water with the addition and mixing of one and a half tablespoons of sugar and a dessert spoon of Belize liqueur or another brand of liqueur.
  8. Unroll the cooled roll, remove the paper, coat it with impregnation so that it becomes more aromatic and juicier. Next, spread cream on the soaked side of the sponge cake and place fresh raspberries, blueberries and canned cherries on top in random order.   1. Carefully separate the whites and yolks of very cooled fresh chicken eggs into separate bowls. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until fluffy, then gradually add granulated sugar and finally complete the whipping process until peaked. Place the bowl with the resulting mixture for the bizet in the refrigerator until time.
  2. To make the dough, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt, granulated sugar to a bowl with yolks and beat with a mixer until the mass is homogeneous.
  3. In another container, grind the flour sifted the day before with margarine. As soon as this happens, combine this mass with the yolks beaten with sugar and knead the dough. It turns out plastic and you need to divide it into equal 2 or 3 parts, depending on the number of cakes you prefer.
  4.   6. Allow the finished cakes to cool, and at this time prepare the cream by whipping boiled condensed milk with butter in a separate bowl and coat each cake on top with this cream, then coat the cake completely using a spatula.

  • cream fixer - 1 sachet.

In a cup of suitable volume, beat raw eggs with a whisk or mixer, add condensed milk, and continue beating. Mix flour, baking powder, vanillin and, little by little, pour into the egg mixture, continue stirring until the dough is homogeneous, let it sit for 10-15 minutes to make the cakes more fluffier. Prepare the cakes as follows: on a sheet of baking paper, draw a regular circle around the dessert plate with a diameter of 20 centimeters. Turn the sheet over - the circle will be noticeable. Place a sheet of this paper on a non-slip (silicone) surface and, spreading evenly, spread 2 tablespoons of dough within the outlined circle. At this point, the oven has already been heated to +190 C or +400 F, carefully place the paper with the raw cake on a baking sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes.
