Cut the chicken breast into 4 parts. We try to keep the pieces of meat the same size. We beat each piece a little.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Cut the tomato into thin slices or strips.

1. Wash the champignons and chop them into small cubes.

2. Cut the onion into strips.

3. Fry onions and champignons in vegetable oil until golden brown.

4. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and beat it thoroughly with a hammer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater.

6. Cut the tomatoes into circles or semi-circles.

7. You will need 2-3 green onions; they need to be chopped into rings.

Cut the chicken fillet in half, horizontally. Lightly beat the fillet pieces on both sides to a thickness of approximately 0.5 centimeters.

Prepare the marinade. Measure vegetable oil into a bowl, add 1-2 pinches of salt, ground black pepper, dried or fresh finely chopped garlic, dried herbs and 2-3 sprigs of finely chopped parsley. Mix everything well.
