To perform these movements, you can sit down or remain lying down, but put a roller under your neck so that your head is slightly in weight. We throw our hands over our heads, again we put one on top of the other, usually the right one is at the bottom.

We leave our hands hanging a few centimeters above the crown of the head. 30 times we perform the movement from the forehead to the back of the head, the same number - from one ear to the other. So there is a non-contact massage of the entire parietal part of the head.

7. Thyroid massage

For the next exercise, we put the hand (right) on the thyroid gland, and set the left one on top. We make movements from the thyroid gland to the navel with the left hand, also non-contact: 2-3 centimeters separate it from the body. The right hand remains on the thyroid gland, "warming up" it. Then we “shake” with folded hands one on one from one ear to the other, also affecting the thyroid gland. Result: strengthening of immunity and improvement of blood circulation.

8. Massage the abdomen

After the previous task is completed 30 times, we continue to move already in the abdomen. Simple circular strokes with the palms clockwise, hands, as before, one on top of the other.

9. Shaking

You can stay on the bed if the bed is hard enough, but it is better to shift to the floor. Raise both arms and legs at the same time. We make circular rotations of the hands in the wrists, and the legs in the ankle joints, alternately in one direction and the other, after which we shake the limbs.
