What does the concept of "Ego" carry in itself and how does it differ from the concept of "I".

When we interact with the world around us in a harmonious and balanced way, a healing state of integrity is maintained, which is usually defined as health. Imbalance leads to the destruction of integrity and gives rise to disease. The cause of this disturbance is the ego.

Now it remains to find out what the concept of "Ego" carries in itself and how it differs from the concept of "I".

Let us turn to the witty remark of Frederick Perls, who makes a subtle distinction between these concepts: the expression "I want recognition" could well be replaced by such as "my ego needs recognition." But replacing "I want bread" with "My ego wants bread" sounds pretty absurd. Thus, it becomes obvious that Ego and I are by no means identical structures.

I am spontaneous, that is, free, authentic, that is, equal to myself and naturally, as the moment when a child pronounces this word is natural, recognizing his place in the world around him.

The ego is artificial, biased, pretentious, ambitious, swaggering and stupid.

I am the world, concentrating at the point of its self-determination.

Ego is the point of absurdity.

I am the moment of truth.

Speaking broadly, then Ego is the source of other people's desires and the source of their problems. The source of their problems precisely because it is the source of other people's desires. Why is that? What kind of paradox is this?

The thing is that many of our desires, which seem to us our own, do not come from us at all. They imperceptibly penetrated inside us in the form of someone's attitudes and took up "appropriate leadership positions." And it turns out that we do not have them, but they possess us.

For example, a child is growing. It grows and develops, quietly, intimately and intimately communicating with the Universe. A compassionate grandmother creeps up to him, pats him on the head and murmurs touchingly:

Granddaughter, if you eat poorly, you will never be big and strong. Don't leave anything on your plate. The last piece is all the power.

The child, choking, swallows the contents, which, apart from disgust, does not cause other emotions. Because he wants to get big and strong as soon as possible.

The strict father echoes loudly:

Until you eat everything, you won’t go for a walk.

The child, like a boa constrictor, absorbs the remnants of the cooled food. Because he wants to jump out from behind the table faster and break out into the street.

Enveloping with tenderness kind mother chirps exaltedly:

Eat, little one, eat, and when you eat everything, you will get something tasty.

The child sits doomedly with a full mouth and convulsively tries to push the unchewed masses into the rebellious esophagus. Because he wants to get something tasty faster.

The "I" of the child intuitively strives for movement. His natural desire is to become strong, free and have fun. But someone else's will blocks these natural aspirations - it turns out that in order to get strength, freedom and pleasure, you need to eat a lot. In the future, the act of eating will turn into an act of symbolic absorption.

And, turning into an adult uncle (or aunt), little "ego" , becoming big, will declare: “In order for me to live well, conveniently, comfortably, I need to absorb a lot (everyone has options here):

  • tenderness and affection;
  • money;
  • energy;
  • compassion;
  • help;
  • attention;
  • of things;
  • reverence;
  • sex;
  • food, after all.

Ah, how the voice of the crying Ego is heard in the desert of the devastated mind: “I am insatiable and devouring!”

And there is absolutely nothing wrong if a person earns money, loves sex, seeks attention, tenderness, care and affection, strives for self-affirmation. IN this case the trouble is that he does not get any of this! And the insatiable Ego, like an eagle tormenting the liver of Prometheus, asks: “Why?! Why does the neighbor have it and I don't?" - and begins to hate those who have it. Thus, defective Ego-love gives birth to envy and aggression.

But the question arises: why does a person who so passionately hungers for these benefits not receive them?

The answer is simple, although it is formulated, it would seem, in a paradoxical form - the whole point is that our life is the fulfillment of our desires.

This is where we seem to hit a dead end. How is it that, on the one hand, life is the fulfillment of desires, and on the other hand, nothing like this happens, and if it does, it is so rare and in relation to such trifles that it is insulting to mention them.

In fact, we have reached a dead end only seeming because, looking in front of us and seeing the wall, we do not notice the side door through which you can safely get out of the “maze” without returning back.

If, even without delving into the problem, we look at it somewhat detachedly, then we will easily find obvious things that are quite consistent with the studies conducted above. It turns out that there is nothing paradoxical in the fact that life fulfills all our desires. And let's make it clear right away. exactly our desires.

And they are sometimes so secret, hidden and hidden that the person who wears them in himself may not be aware of their existence at all.

Indeed, it is difficult to look into your subconscious.

There is no miracle at all in the fact that this happens (except, of course, life itself is not considered a miracle). There is a single order of things, a single stream of Being, where patterns follow one after another in strict harmony, balanced and determined. The “I” of a person, that is, the deep part of his personality - a being that is a fragment of Being, naturally, also possesses the primordial power of Being. And what at the psychological level seems to be a kind of desire, at a deeper level it seems energy impulse that generates a cascade of chain reactions, which ultimately leads to a specific goal.

Means, we are talking about the desires of the "I", not the "Ego". The latter is torn off from spontaneous Being, does not possess its power and is dissonant with it.

That is why any Egocentric position is destroyed with the inevitability with which a tooth affected by caries falls apart.

Now situations where a person loses exactly what he most wants to possess become more understandable.

Let's continue the example with our overfed baby. His "I" rejects food and strives only for freedom of movement - the child wants to walk, which is quite understandable, because for children the street is a springboard for self-expression. It is as intuitive as it is for sick animals to search for the right healing herb. But food is still imposed and at the same time reinforced by social incentives and a whole system of authorities. Thus, the aspirations of the "I" are suppressed, and the tensions of the "Ego" are cultivated.

Growing up, this person continues to subconsciously reject the symbols of possession - money, things, relationships, sex, affection, tenderness, but compensatory calls for the power of the Ego to acquire them, which causes internal conflict, completing a vicious circle.

History abounds in situations like this. Salvador Dali said interesting opinion that Adolf Hitler started the war in order to lose it in disgrace. The idea seems outrageous, scandalous - in the spirit of the personality of the master of surrealism himself. But after all, in fact, it is quite rational and psychoanalytically verified.

It is known that in his personal life the Fuhrer was a masochist and experienced great pleasure when he was humiliated by women, in which Eva Braun masterfully succeeded and thanks to which she remained close to the leader until the very end of the tragic events. The dictator of the Third Reich fell into violent exaltation, wallowing at the feet of the haughty Frau, and, kissing her shoes, begged the lady to kick him, humiliate her "lackey" and show all her cold imperiousness.

Of course, in the stands the leader of the Aryans, stretching right hand above the roaring crowds, he forgot about his intimate passages, but his "I" longed for self-destruction, while the "Ego", torn apart by compensatory power-hungry complexes, demanded the destruction of the world. In the end, Hitler ignominiously lost the war. But his shame was his triumph. And perhaps his death was the greatest orgasm of his life.

And life itself finally fulfilled the secret desire of this monster.

Thus, the law of the fulfillment of desires demonstrates its objective force.

- My husband left me. So this is what I wanted?

- I lost my job...

And my money was stolen...

And they punched me in the face...

- And we have…

- And this is our true desire?!

My clients are at first perplexed, they simply refuse to believe: “How is it that my illness is the result of my intention?”

It turns out that way.

But it's not like that!

N-I don't know. You know better. But what you say... it's hard to believe.

When you offer people this information, you immediately run into resistance. The ego resists, of course. It feels hurt and begins to put up all sorts of defenses.

From whom is the ego protected?

The logic of the events under consideration leads us to a simple and obvious conclusion: the dominant and basic motive for the behavior of a human being in this world is his desire for protection.

Defense is the same as attack. This means that the defense is inherently aggressive. Aggression - from the Latin agressio - "attack", "attack".

During a duel, the aggressor and the defender are inseparable, they are merged, as in a love fight, and form a single whole. Any line and division between them are erased, and it is no longer possible to recognize who is who.

Therefore, any defense is a potential offense.

Aggression attracts aggression. That is why someone who is overly concerned with his own protection is attacked sooner or later.

The purpose of protection is to reduce the level of basic anxiety that appears from the moment of birth of the individual, as well as to maintain self-esteem and a sense of self-worth. Based on psychoanalytic studies, we can say that the human body immediately, as soon as it is born, begins to defend itself.

Throughout the subsequent life, the person unconsciously resorts to certain defensive maneuvers, since both the awareness of his own significance and the invariable presence of hidden anxiety, which gives rise to other unpleasant experiences, remain relevant for him.

This whole process is characterized by the following semantic series:

Defense - Defense - Attack - Aggression - Cut - Separate - Split - Trauma.

It is possible to determine this or that protection by observing the behavior of the subject. Therefore, we can also talk about behavioral ways of responding, among which the most obvious and obvious draw attention to the following:

Primitive isolation. Care in a different state of consciousness is observed even in infants, when they experience psychophysical discomfort. In the adult state, it is observed in a similar variant, in which the requirements of reality seem too rigid. Therefore, this method of protection can be figuratively defined as "escape from reality."

The most common forms of isolation include the use of psychoactive drugs to achieve an altered state of consciousness, or the development of excessive fantasy activity.

Other options for such a response, such as immersion in virtual worlds television, computer network, audioacoustics, are similar in meaning to the above - escape from reality with the help of trance states.

This type of protection is characterized by: turning off the subject from active participation in solving the current situation, emotional coldness towards close people, inability to establish trusting and open relationships.

However, psychological withdrawal from reality can occur with little or no distortion of reality. The subject finds comfort in withdrawing from the world. The ability to stay away from stereotypes contributes to a unique and extraordinary perception of life. And here we can meet outstanding writers, mystics, gifted contemplative philosophers who have found their emotional shelter in the sphere of intellectual abstractions.

Negation. The main reactions by which one can determine the subject prone to this defense are characterized by the following remarks: “Everything is fine, and everything is for the better!”, “If I don’t admit this, then this cannot be.” Denial is an attempt to ignore real event which causes concern. An example would be a political leader who left his post, but continues to act as if he is outstanding statesman. The alcoholic who stubbornly refuses to acknowledge his dependence on alcohol is also an example of denial. This protection also includes the ability to distort the real picture past events in their memories.

Positive aspect: ignoring the danger in a critical situation, where the manifestation of the guarantor of salvation is composure and calmness. Emotional and energy activity in situations in which others can give in to obstacles.

Negative aspect: emotional "collapses" as a result of depletion of energy resources after an exalted state, in which real difficulties are diminished or not noticed at all. Depression. Despondency.

Almighty control. It develops from primary Egocentrism, when the newborn of his "I" and the world are perceived as a single whole, without any boundaries. If an infant experiences cold and at this time a person who takes care of him warms him up, then the child has an experience that he himself has obtained the warmth by magic.

The realization that the source of life support is outside of himself has not yet appeared.

The discovery of this fact is accompanied by negative experiences that infringe on the sense of self-worth and self-respect.

In the future, such protection is actualized as a reaction of compensation for the feeling of one's own insignificance, helplessness, dependence, inferiority. It usually manifests itself as a "healthy balance" and is expressed in a sense of professional competence and life efficiency.

But there are also negative manifestations of this protection: manipulation, "stepping over others" in order to achieve one's goal, authoritarianism and directiveness. The Savior complex, often observed in politicians, teachers, lawyers, doctors, is the conviction of the subject that the fate of another person or people depends on him. Magic, in all its forms, is also a neurosis based on the idea of omnipotent control, brought to a tense, psychopathological form.

Primitive idealization. As the child grows up, the realization comes that he does not have omnipotence. Then this idea is transferred to the one who takes care of him, and the latter is already perceived as omnipotent. In this case, we are talking about a secondary, so-called dependent omnipotence. In the end, this illusion also collapses, and the child has to put up with the fact that his parents are not the strongest in the world.

The moment of psychic maturity involves the understanding that no one person has unlimited possibilities.

If a person, even in his adult state, contains in himself not obsolete infantile qualities, he is inclined to defend himself, creating an idol for himself. Hence also comes the desire to believe that rulers and powers of the world of this they have more wisdom and power than mere mortals, although each time events show that this is just a desire, but by no means a reality.

The search for the perfect object drains vitality, as it always leads to another disappointment, which is a terrible consequence of such protection.

Devaluation.

It's about primitive depreciation - reverse side idealizations (see above).

Since the subject is inevitably convinced that in human life nothing is perfect, then all sorts of primitive ways of idealization necessarily lead to disappointment. And the more an object is extolled, the more pronounced its depreciation becomes. The more captivating the illusion, the more painful its collapse. The fate of any idol is to eventually be overthrown, and they put it on a pedestal in order to be thrown off it later. History is an excellent illustration of this.

IN Everyday life we are witnessing how the saying “from love to hate is one step” works. Some people, in pursuit of the ideal, get stuck in a painful cycle of idealization - devaluation, each time experiencing the fall of their idol, that is, their own disappointment, with new pain.

Projection.

Attributing to another object feelings or intentions that come from the ascriber himself. At the same time, as a rule, the shadow qualities of the personality are projected, that is, those that are rejected by it, are forced out as undesirable and unacceptable. The content of the projection is easy to find out if you ask the subject what qualities in others irritate him the most. It is these qualities that he possesses.

Since it seems impossible to penetrate the soul of another person, in order to comprehend his inner world, one has to use one's own psycho-emotional experience, which is updated through projective mechanisms, reviving such processes as intuition, empathy, and a sense of mystical unity with a partner.

When using this type of protection, there is a danger of misunderstanding and substitution of the true for the false in interpersonal relationships. The distorted perception of another subject occurs due to attributing to him those qualities that he does not possess, which in turn leads to alienation and, ultimately, the collapse of relations.

It is interesting to note that a person onto whom certain internal properties are projected begins to behave in accordance with these properties in relation to the projector. And in this way, a kind of balance is restored, working on the principle of "what I give, I get." In this sense, it is useful to remember that the people around us are our own mirrors. And from this we can conclude that projecting your positive qualities is much more profitable than rejected ones. For our own projections, sooner or later, but always inevitably, return to ourselves.

Introjection.

The process of reverse projection, when what comes from outside is perceived by a person as happening inside.

In an infant, this phenomenon is associated with the need for survival and development.

Long before the conscious imitation of his parents, he, as it were, "swallows" them, introduces their images into himself.

An object that is significant to us literally becomes a part of ourselves thanks to introjection.

Introjection is the basis of deep affection, a sense of unity with another, but at the same time it is the inability to let go of another person, to recognize his freedom and autonomy, the inability to emotionally switch to others and the world as a whole. In the end, such entanglement leads to psychological exhaustion, Decline vitality and turns into depression.

People are constantly changing, and they are not at all designed to live up to our expectations. But at the same time, the introject turns out to be a fixed, "frozen" image, not a person, but his model, a scheme that is not at all the same as a living sample. And it turns out that the real person constantly leaves, eludes the one who indulges in excessive introjection and lingers on this defense. The departure of another is a rather powerful psychotrauma, because at the same time, some part of one's own “I”, which was filled with this other, also leaves, dies.

Identification with the aggressor.

Manifested in the imitation of someone who can exert negative pressure. If someone masks his fear of some kind of authority, he may adopt his manner in an exaggerated or caricatured way. "I will be like him, then his power will be inside me."

Projective identification.

It is a projection onto another person with a subsequent attempt to take control over him. For example, someone may project their hostility towards another person and then fearfully expect to be attacked by that person.

Split.

As a phenomenon, it is observed even in the early period, when the baby is not able to perceive the people who care for him holistically, with all their inherent variety of qualities and psychological shades. In the spectrum of a child's experiences, there is either "good" or "bad", which are attributed to the world around him, depending on his own state. The whole palette of transitional positions eludes his perception, and the dialectical comprehension of life is unknown to him.

Splitting in adults is easily recognized in their political and moral assessments, when there is a tendency to search for a "common enemy" that threatens the "good" representatives of a particular party or society. The tendency to divide people into "bad" and "good", and the world into "white" and "black" also indicates the presence of a primitive way of responding - splitting.

Splitting leads to a decrease in anxiety (the principle “better bad news than no news” works), maintaining self-esteem by identifying, self-determining and concretizing one’s own position.

This method of protection always distorts reality, impoverishes the emotional perception of life. In his categoricalness, he is close to obsession. Not without reason in the ancient Greek language rategoros means "Satan".

Repression (repression).

Let's imagine the following situation. Someone receives a letter from his friend and, overjoyed, is about to reply. However, he soon pushes back his decision a little, justifying himself with a large “load” and fatigue or “unfortunate forgetfulness”. However, with some effort of will, he forces himself to write a couple of pages, only to find that he has no envelope. Having acquired an envelope a week later, our unlucky character forgets to write the address, but, having completed this procedure, he keeps the letter in his coat pocket for several days, since he did not meet a single letter on the way. Mailbox. Finally, he sends his reply message and sighs with relief.

The hero of the described situation turned out to be a thoughtful person, and therefore drew attention to the fact why he hesitated to answer for such a long time. After a detailed analysis of his actions and feelings, he realized that the correspondent, who was considered his friend, actually annoyed him. AND his Unconscious knew this is long before he realized his true feeling, which was repressed so as not to cause negative emotions or anxiety.

We reluctantly recall unpleasant events in our lives or completely forget about them - the process of repression also works here.

There is a simple experiment where it is proposed to recall a time or event that was accompanied by psychologically painful experiences - the death of a close friend or relative, humiliation or resentment. First of all, attention is drawn to the lack of interest in clearly remembering such an incident, resistance to talking about it. Perhaps, at the same time, there is a doubt about the need for such an occupation, although at the beginning this idea could be accepted with readiness. At the same time, all "extraneous" thoughts and doubts are also interpreted as resistance.

The essence of the described defense consists in removing the unpleasant experience from consciousness and keeping it at a distance from consciousness. As a result of such suppression, diseases such as asthma, arthritis, ulcers, frigidity, impotence can even arise.

Regression.

A return to a lower level of development or to a mode of expression that is simpler and more childlike. In essence, it is a return to a familiar way of acting after reaching a new level in individual development. Every adult, even the well-adjusted, resorts to this defense from time to time to "blow off steam." This can be expressed in anything: people seek "thrill" sensations, smoke, get drunk, overeat, bite their nails, pick their nose, sleep during the day, ruin things, chew gum, daydream, rebel against and obey authorities, preen themselves in front of a mirror, play V gambling, get sick.

Sometimes regression is used in order to be in the role of the weak and thereby win the sympathetic attention of others.

Isolation of affect.

Separation of experience from situation. At the same time, the psychotraumatic component of the current event is removed from consciousness. At the level of feeling, this manifests itself as a detachment, alienation from the situation. Mental stupor is one of the options for isolation of affect.

Intellectualization.

It manifests itself as self-control, external emotional restraint about a really exciting situation. This protection indicates the blockage of emotional energy, the inability of full and adequate emotional self-expression.

Rationalization.

This behavior is about finding acceptable reasons or reasons for unacceptable thoughts or actions. In other words, it is a rational explanation of irrational thoughts. All our excuses are our rationalizations.

Rationalization also hides a selfish motive, which is accomplished under the guise of good.

For example, some parents console their power-hungry complexes by forcing their children to follow their will, motivating this by the fact that this is done for their own benefit. A characteristic phrase in rationalization is: "I'm doing this solely for your good." However, in this case, it is not at all difficult to distinguish a good motive from a bad intention. Kindness never imposes itself. Having offered its services, it calms down, and the imposed good is already evil.

Moralization.

These are the same justifications, but from the standpoint of moral obligations: "All this is done for the sake of the triumph of truth and justice."

If the innovator says, "Thank you for the science," then the moralizer says, "It builds character."

Separate thinking. Coexistence in consciousness of Two contradictory and conflicting ideas or states without awareness of this contradiction.

IN everyday life there are many examples when a zealous champion of virtue is found to have an extensive collection of pornographic postcards, and a well-known humanist turns out to be a domestic despot and tyrant.

One common variation of this strategy is what is called hypocrisy.

Cancellation.

From the standpoint of the Unconscious, a thought is equivalent to an act. This position is the source of our superstitious, magical behavior. If we allow some reprehensible thought in our mental depth, then, as a result, certain feelings arise: either fear of punishment, or shame, or guilt. In order to cancel undesirable consequences, the mechanism of magical compensation is activated, designed to balance the committed misconduct, as if to get even for it, but in a painless way.

Examples of such behavior are well known. There are well-known cases when we give gifts after a quarrel or an outburst of irritation the day before. Thus, unconsciously, the feeling of guilt is smoothed out, and the soul can feel calm.

However, in this case, we can talk about cancellation only if the inner, deep motive is not realized. (This principle also applies to all other defenses - they are all applied unconsciously, and not as a deliberate strategy.)

Many of our rituals carry the aspect of annulment. And since we have a hidden conviction that hostile thoughts are dangerous, the desire to atone for sins committed even in thoughts is a universal impulse inherent in human nature at all.

Thus, a "redemptive" kind of behavior can be considered a variant of annulment. For example, a selfish and capricious child, growing up, "redeems his sin" by becoming an outstanding figure in the field of human rights, and a tormentor of yard cats - a famous veterinarian.

Turn against yourself (Reverse feeling).

Redirection of a negative feeling meant for another object to oneself. We see this kind of criticism, which turns into self-blame, in situations where we prefer to reproach ourselves instead of expressing our disappointment to someone else.

As a positive aspect of this protection, one can consider the tendency to take responsibility for what happens on oneself, rather than transfer it to others, projecting one's unpleasant feelings. But on the other hand, in this tendency, in this case, the true motive is not a conscious willingness to be responsible, but an unconscious anxiety that needs to be cushioned, which, in general, does not solve the problem.

On the evening of February 20, 2018, on Tuesday of the first week of Great Lent, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus' celebrated Great Compline with the reading of the Great Penitential Canon of St. Andrew of Crete in Epiphany cathedral in Elokhov, Moscow. At the end of the service, the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church turned to the flock with a sermon in which he paid special attention to the fight against the sin of despondency.

“Despondency is a very difficult state of mind,” the Patriarch emphasized, “. There is probably not a single person who would not lose heart at some point in his life. And often people lose their life orientation, lose hope, become indifferent to everything around them and even to themselves, and the most ordinary unfavorable life circumstances can become a reason for despondency. It would seem that one should remember that everything in life passes - both bad and good - and not succumb to despondency. But more often than not, a person, when faced with difficulties, loses heart.

“We must remember that despondency is a sin, and at the heart of this sin is a lack of faith,” recalled the Primate.

“What happens to a discouraged person? He sees no way out of this situation, he loses hope. It is easy to understand when this happens to non-religious people, because a non-believer connects everything with a combination of circumstances, with his own personal efforts or the efforts of other people, and often realizes their insufficiency to overcome despondency. But the believer is given to know that our life is in the hands of God, and if we do not find the strength in ourselves to get out of the state of despondency, then this indicates the weakness of our faith,” the Patriarch noted.

“But faith is connected with hope. It is well known that faith breeds hope, which helps people get through life's hardest trials. When a despondent person loses hope, it can be very hard for him to repent, to confess his sins. He does not repent so much as complains - about his life, about circumstances, about relatives, about those who surround him, who, in his opinion, are the cause of despondency. But a believing person realizes that our life is in the hands of God, that in response to faith and prayer, the Lord is able to "from these stones raise children to Abraham"(see Matt. 3:9), i.e. to do the impossible, and this faith does not follow from certain conclusions, but is based on historical experience - on the experience of the Church, on the experience of the saints.

“The sin of despondency is also dangerous because it destroys not only the most despondent person, but also carries negative energy. Everyone knows from experience what sad consequences lead to communication with someone who has fallen into despondency, because his spiritual negative energy also affects those around him.

Since the cause of despondency is weak faith and lack of hope, it is impossible to cope with despondency without faith and hope. It is no coincidence that St. Ephraim, in the prayer that we so often repeat during Lenten services, asks the Lord to deliver us from despondency. Because very often our strength is not enough, and only the power of God is able to rescue us from a difficult captivity that affects our consciousness, fetters our will and darkens our feelings,” the Patriarch emphasized.

Color- this is what surrounds every person every day, causes special emotions and sensations. The choice of clothes, interior items, improvised means and much more according to shades and palettes directly speaks of a person’s preferences, his state of mind and inner feelings. Preferences in colors also characterize the temperament and mood regarding the upcoming event.

Choosing the right tone contributes to various effects and can even guarantee success in various endeavors (at work, dating, dating important people And so on).

Only the Moon of my loneliness is a quiet witness -
A silent witness in the insomnia of dark nights.
We knew her in some distant century -
In the forgotten... melted world of gone shadows...

And of course she watched, just like today,
Behind my naked, slightly strange soul...
And, perhaps, at that time the world seemed to me - the underworld,
Where it burned ... in love, rejecting dislike, - with a candle ...

It is impossible to remember ... but the feeling in my heart is
As if my karma is a macrame of black and white verses...
I do not know - to whom I should say "thank you" for "the past".
It's all behind the seal of seven rusty locks...

My path today is covered with a poetic deed,
I and "tomorrow" want to sing my ode to spring,
Without losing this life-giving feeling along the way -
This passion that rages in my veins...

Let me not remember once neither the day nor tonight.
Only there will be night again and the same moon in the sky ...
And the soul will plunge into (mine - not mine) interline
These lines, where she remains young for eternity ...

In a soul in love, the desire for life will not dry up ...
Even death is not capable of killing this passion in the soul.

After all, the soul with this light will continue to circle over the world ...

Even if this world appears again - the underworld -
A trembling light will remain in a soul in love...
Nothing in the world is more noble than love...
And love is life, where the dawn always wins...

Without love, lines are not born, poems do not flow ...
Without love, the soul would not bring beauty into this world...
Without love, the sun would not warm this earth with its rays.
And in the spring, flowers would not be born again on the earth ...

Reviews

Nick, you are so full of praise for me :) Thank you. I don’t know where this verse came to me from, it happens that something is written, but where thoughts come from - God knows ..

Lena, don't dump the responsibility on God. I laugh Even if the verse is from God, we are guides, and we are responsible for how we present it. You compliment God with your poems, but there are authors here who immediately write at the entrance to the page - I don’t write poetry - God!
And the text is bad. I laugh at them. On this topic, I have, approximately, a verse "the artist was not offended by his talent."

The daily audience of the Potihi.ru portal is about 200 thousand visitors, who in total view more than two million pages according to the traffic counter, which is located to the right of this text. Each column contains two numbers: the number of views and the number of visitors.
