The “Let Them Talk” program won in the “Prime Time Entertainment Talk Show” category, but the one released for the award CEO channel Konstantin Ernst decided to give the prize to his ex talk show host Andrey Malakhov, who left the TV channel in August.

Actor Mikhail Efremov became the winner of the TEFI television award in the category “Best Actor in a Television Film/Series” for his role in the series “Drunken Company”, which is broadcast on the TNT channel. The best actress in this category was Chulpan Khamatova. This is her third victory in TEFI. By the way, Efremov and Khamatova together became winners in these categories in 2014.

The winner of the TEFI-2017 award in the Educational Program category was “Military Secret” Igor Prokopenko. Programs also competed for the award in this category: "A miracle of technology"with Sergei Malozemov (NTV) and " Grand opera"(Russia-Culture).

“Military Secret” has been published on REN since September 1998. Prokopenko and his program have been repeatedly accused of spreading pseudoscientific theories, and over the past few years - of anti-Ukrainian and anti-Western propaganda.

For the “Military Secret” program, aired on September 30, the following stories were announced: “Western media claim that Typhoon Harvey is the work of Russian hackers. What “evidence” have they fabricated this time?”, “Sport is a lever for humiliating unwanted countries. Who forced the International Olympic Committee not to allow our athletes to participate in the Olympics?” and “Why the Western Elite is No Longer Afraid nuclear war? And what fate is in store for Russia?”

Also in the “Daytime Broadcast” category in the “Morning Program” nomination, TEFI was awarded the “Good Morning” program (Channel One), Yulia Vysotskaya (“Eating at Home!”, NTV) was recognized as the best presenter of the morning program. The daytime talk show of the year was named “Time Will Show” (Channel One), and “Own Game” (NTV) received the award in the “TV Game” category. The best program for children and youth, “ABVGDeyka” (“TV Center”) was recognized; in the “Reality Show” category, the statuette went to “Boys” (“Friday”), best series became "Olga" with Yana Troyanova(Yana and creative producers project, which they promised - there will be a third season, the script is already being written).

Journalist and TV presenter Vladimir Pozner called on the organizers of TEFI to change the name of the award, and also to replace the Orpheus statuette, which is awarded to the winner, with another award. The publicist explains his decision by the “undemocratic choice” of the finalists and the lack of important nominations. “360” found out from the award nominees and finalists what they think about Posner’s statement.

RIA Novosti / Alexey Danichev

TV presenter Vladimir Pozner asked the Industrial Television Awards Committee to stop using the name TEFI when presenting the award and to abandon the statuette by Ernst Neizvestny, which has been awarded to winners since the foundation of the award. The journalist expressed his opinion in an open letter, which he published on his official website “Posner online”.

In the letter, Posner notes that when creating the award for a long time could not find the author of the award for journalists, so he turned to the sculptor Ernest Neizvestny with a request to create a prize for the winners of the TEFI competition. In return, according to Posner, the sculptor made a promise from the journalist that the choice of winners would be fair and democratic. If “the democracy of choosing Orpheus recipients is not respected,” then Posner will make every effort to ensure that the award ceases to exist.

The journalist cites the change of TEFI organizers as the main reason for canceling the competition. Initially, the Academy was in charge of the award. Russian television(ART), but in 2013 the Industrial Committee (IC) was formed, which began holding the competition instead of the Academy. Also, two key players in Russian television, NTV and VGTRK, left the organization, which negatively affected the quality of the award.

It is hardly possible to argue with the fact that the current procedure for conducting TEFI has nothing to do with democratic choice.Firstly, the IC includes only seven founders - exactly half as many as were included in the Academy.Secondly, the number of professional nominations has been sharply reduced, the whole line professions without which there is simply no television.Third, the finalists and winners are chosen not by members of the Academy of Russian Television, but by a “jury” appointed by the leadership of the Executive Committee

Vladimir Pozner.

In conclusion, the publicist noted that when reforming the competition, the Committee and the Academy signed an agreement, according to which the latter was supposed to receive dividends for the right to use the TEFI brand and the figurine itself, but the current organizers have still not paid anything.

Well-deserved awards

RIA Novosti / Vladimir Astapkovich

The finalists and prize-winners of TEFI-2017 do not share Posner’s opinion and believe that the award has not lost its democratic basis, and all participants deservedly received statuettes.

“Let Vladimir Pozner count his TEFI figurines, which he received during his presidency at the Academy,” commented on the open letter of the journalist of the 360 editorial board, prize-winner TV presenter Dmitry Kiselev.

The winner in the “Interviewer” category, TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov, noted that Vladimir Pozner doubts the democracy of voting at TEFI because he is dissatisfied with its results. “I think that the problem is very simple, it is that Mr. Posner cannot cope with the fact that, suddenly, the award was presented to Dmitry Konstantinovich [Kiselev] and me,” the journalist told RBC.

In a conversation with the editors of “360,” Andrei Dobrov, the host of the “Dobrov on Air” program on REN TV, who received the award in the category “Best Presenter of an Information and Analytical Final Program,” said that he does not share Vladimir Pozner’s opinion about the lack of “democratic choice” in the award.

I think that this is the personal opinion of the person who stood at the origins of TEFI, and he has the right to such an assessment of the work of the award. However, if he believes that any legal issues were violated during the change of organizers of the event, then he should have addressed this issue to lawyers and filed an appropriate claim, and not talked from scratch

Andrey Dobrov.

The TV presenter noted that it does not matter what the award will be called or who will be the organizer, the main thing is that journalists receive awards for their professional achievements.

The award nominee, host of the “Special Article” program on the Zvezda TV channel, Alexey Gudoshnikov, called the controversy surrounding TEFI a purely professional matter that does not interest viewers, but can influence decisions within the television workshop.

Vladimir Pozner is considered an iconic figure for Russian television, so his opinion will definitely be listened to, if not by the organizers, then by the professional community, then the professional community will definitely draw the appropriate conclusions. However, arguing about whether the nominees received their awards deservedly is unethical and pointless, since all journalists work for the benefit of the development of modern television

On Tuesday, October 3, the TEFI Award ceremony was held in the building of the Rossiya cinema. The event began with the traditional red carpet, along which Russian television stars walked. After the jury.

BROADCAST "VM"

That's how it all ended... The hall gradually emptied, the shine of the outfits no longer hurt the eyes... It was a long-awaited presentation-show, where there were many worthy projects, bright, professional people, appreciated ideas. Probably, someone left with TEFI in sadness, someone left inspired. Almost all decisions are clear and beyond doubt; the winners will take the feeling of celebration with them. Well, we, the audience, will wait. What? New projects and ideas. Good television. Bright presenters. And in the end - TEFI-2018.

Well, at the end of the event, those gathered congratulated Eduard Sagalayev on his birthday, the laureates took the stage and bathed in applause.

However, there were some unexpected surprises. Mikhail Shvydkoy unexpectedly announced the presentation of two more TEFIs! The first statuette, a special prize, went to the series “Sofia” (“Russia 1”) - truly magnificent. And one more surprise. The project “You are super! Finale in the Kremlin” also received a special jury prize. Bravo, NTV!

NTV General Producer Timur Weinstein thanked for the prize, but emphasized that the highest reward for the channel is the gratitude of the children involved in the project, their happy eyes, their joy.

In the meantime, new presenters appeared on the stage - Andrei Malakhov and Boris Korchevnikov. And Mikhail Shvydkoy, of course. This is a serious matter, after all, we are talking about the main TEFI!

There were many applicants, as many as five. As a result, Scarlet Sails, a project of Channel Five, was recognized as the event of the year. This spectacle is truly wonderful, so we heartily congratulate the people of St. Petersburg! This is truly a success. Well, see you again!

Let us remind you that “Scarlet Sails” is a fantastic show, which is prepared, held and broadcast annually by Channel Five. There are no analogues to it in the world; it is a large-scale and significant holiday for our entire country. "Scarlet Sails" have rightfully become business card St. Petersburg. The holiday was recognized as the best city event in Europe. If we use numbers, then in addition to convincing “TV indicators” (the broadcast attracted 7.1% of the “All 18+” audience - this is a historical maximum!), there is another record: to see a miracle “ Scarlet Sails“2,100,000 people came in person this year, which is an absolute record. And now everyone is intrigued - what will happen in 2018? One thing is certain - a new miracle.

Well, now the most important thing. It remains to present “Orpheus,” created by the great Ernst Neizvestny, to a project that claims to be the most striking television event of the season. But before that, the audience was greeted by Yulia Samoilova, our wonderful performer, a wonderful singer, who was denied participation in Eurovision in Ukraine this year. God be with her, with politics... Julia sang amazingly.

The producers of the “Best of All” project, the film “Ekaterina” and the “Dancing” project on TNT also decided to nominate. Ilya Krivitsky received a fair award for “Best of All” - and rightly so!

Well, the best actress was Chulpan Khamatova (for her role as Bella Akhmadulina in the TV series “Mysterious Passion”), who thus beat out Marina Alexandrova and Anna Banshchikova.

Mikhail Efremov, Denis Nikiforov, and Evgeny Tsyganov fought for the right to receive the TEFI in the “Best Actor” category. The statuette rightly went to Mikhail Efremov for his role in the film “Drunk Firm”. I must say that this award was applauded by the entire press center.

Well, after that there was a visible change in the mood of the audience. The tension increased - instead of subsiding. However, this is understandable. The evening was slowly approaching its climax. Prizes have begun for names, names with capital letters - best actors, best directors, best actresses. And the best director was supposed to receive the award first. The result is a triumph for “Major-2” and its director Maxim Polinsky. Hooray!

The incredible, amazing Vasily Lanovoy was to present the awards for the best television film. Having admitted that it was his first time at such an event, the favorite of millions froze with an envelope in his hands and... shocked the audience! TEFI went to Molodezhka. Neither “Mysterious Passion,” based on the novel by Vasily Aksenov, nor “The Optimists,” a film produced by Valery Todorovsky’s production company, received the coveted statuette.

Smiling Igor and serious Vadim, the Vernik brothers, came out to announce the winners in the “television series” category. And then it turned out that TEFI went to “Olga” - a funny and high-quality TNT series.

The most humorous were... "comedy club members"! For many it was unexpected, but essentially sweet.

“The best presenter of an entertainment program,” the presenters announced. And the hall froze. Galkin? Takmenev? "Comedy club"? Don’t rush to guess, everything is already obvious. It was Maxim Galkin. This year he had several projects, but “Best of all!” is definitely worthy of an award.

In the "entertainment program" category, "The Blue Bird" eclipsed everyone. Our heartfelt congratulations to Russia 1! And, of course, its participants - children!

Winner of the Russian television award "TEFI 2017" in the "Television Game" category, TV presenter Pyotr Kuleshov after the award ceremony

The next hosts of the ceremony were Natalya Medvedeva and Leonid Yakubovich. Of course, they were entrusted with the entertainment block of awards. And Yuri Nikolaev became their assistant - as always, sheer charm. “Let Them Talk”, Oksana Bayrak’s show and “Secret for a Million” - who will be cooler? Nikolaev did not delay. "Prime" "took" the show "Let Them Talk." And Konstantin Ernst himself came out to receive the statuette!! And he .

A lot of people make programs, but I think that the prize should go to Andrei Malakhov as a souvenir,” said Konstantin Lvovich and did not take the statuette.

Presenting the final nomination in the block of information programs, Ernest Matskevichus and Maria Sittel recalled that this is the most dangerous work on TV - the work of reporters, cameramen and directors. Reporters number one were Alexander Rogatkin and Dmitry Rogalev, they received an award for the film “Storm of Mosul”.

“Host of a socio-political show on prime” - this award also went to the “60 Minutes” program, Ole Skabeeva and Evgeniy Popov. Congratulations to Russia-1. At the moment when the award was being presented, the guys were broadcasting. But it turned out that the name of another winner was hidden in the envelope. And it turned out to be Roman Babayan, the host of the “Right to Voice” program on TV Center, the face of this channel.

60 Minutes was the next winner. Congratulations to Olga Skabeeva and Evgeniy Popov, Russia 1!

We make the best television in the world. It seems to me that it’s enough to spend time clarifying some relationships or political preferences. When we come abroad, when we compare what we do with what we see there, we understand that this good job. But I want, first of all, to thank the TV viewers for all this. They allow us to be better. We work for them,” said Vladimir Solovyov.

Well, who became the best interviewer? Mikhail Gusman said that he opened the envelope with special passion. And he opened it. Vladimir Solovyov received TEFI!

The “Final Analytical Program” was presented entirely by stars: “rivals” Valery Fadeev and Irada Zeynalova, Andrei Dobrov and Sergei Brilev. Dobrov won! Yes, the one that's on air!

“Of course, this prize is awarded to more than one person,” Andrey said. And he expressed the hope that no one will be asleep when this program comes out.

Among the information and analytical programs, “News of the Week” won.

We make television with meaning, and we, VGTRK, are one family,” said Dmitry Kiselev.

Valery Fadeev, Dmitry Borisov, Andrey Kondrashov and Elena Spiridonova fought for the honorary title of best news program presenter. And Dmitry Borisov won everyone!

I definitely didn't expect it, really. “I miss the information program, this whirlpool of events overwhelmed me,” he said, confused.

The beginning of the ceremony, as it already was in the morning, was prefaced by Mikhail Shvydkoy. The hall shone with outfits, hearts fluttered. And the first nomination was " information program", to present which Mikhail Gusman came on stage. The award went to Vremya. Channel One.

Kirill Kleimenov admitted that he did not expect this and touchingly thanked those gathered.

At the TEFI award ceremony for the evening prime time, stars poured out of the sky even more slowly than at the ceremony dedicated to the daytime broadcast. Dmitry Dibrov sparkled in the foyer. When asked how he liked the ceremony, he just shrugged his shoulders - well, TEFI is like TEFI. By the way, we took this opportunity to thank him for his support, which made the maestro happy. The line for a selfie with Dibrov was so long that one could not help but remember the times of shortage... However, Dibrov is always in short supply, so everything is logical.

The ceremony was delayed for a good half hour. The evening was becoming languid, but not for the stars. They felt nervous but good.

Mikhail Shvydkoy, Chairman of the Founding Council of the Industrial Television Awards Committee, former Minister of Culture of Russia:

I do not believe that now is “timelessness”, as some claim, referring to modern television. Man himself determines whether it is time or timelessness. I think that live broadcasts need to be revived.

All news and analytical television programs must be broadcast in live. It is not true that now there is censorship and a program like “Vzglyad” is impossible. There is no censorship. We are much freer than 30 years ago, when Vzglyad began. Now is a time of unprecedented freedom. There is an opportunity to calmly, soberly look at the past, present, and future. There is no need to cling to words in order to do nothing. Be free. Do not be silent.

The winners were invited to the stage. They were beautiful and happy. But for now there has been a pause in presenting the next nominees, leaders evening prime, we can sum up the intermediate result. It is intermediate, not final.

To a first approximation, one thing is obvious - the TV Center channel has become very active. The leading position of the First, NTV, the activity of the REN TV channel is obvious, but in the case of TV Center, the prediction of Mikhail Shvydkoy, who predicted success and further growth for the channel, is slowly but surely beginning to come true. By the way, behind-the-scenes rumors said the same thing: back in the summer, at that essentially disrupted event, “TV Center” received such a number of votes that it shocked many. Well, there are still many nominations ahead, we’ll see who will be first, but for now we can only congratulate TV Center, which has taken a tangible step forward.

Well, in the important category “Investigative Journalism,” the award eventually went to REN-TV for its work “Blind Mules.” The mules galloped ahead of TV Center and NTV.

Well, after Vasya’s success, it’s time for a serious category. "Documentary project", however! The nominees were each better than the other. " The Last Writer Sasha Sokolov" competed with the love story of Naina Yeltsina and the project "Holy Sepulcher - Opening main secret humanity." The winner was the film of the channel "Russia 1" "Naina Yeltsina. Love story".

Anastasia Chernobrovina and Olga Skabeeva replaced the leading athletes. They had to announce the winners in the “off-air promotion” category. Do you remember how last year on New Year’s Eve funny squirrels that looked like the presenters started jumping on Channel One? And what about the project of the breathtakingly funny Vasya Lozhkin on REN TV? And a wonderful video of the “blue bird” on “Russia-1!” Vasya Lozhkin won everyone. Arkady Mamontov, who presented the award, was pleased!

I would like to say “thank you” to my colleagues, sports journalists, who turn the programs into a bright, interesting spectacle. - This is how Viktor Gusev began announcing the next nomination.

So who? Stognienko - Russia-24, Guberniev - Match TV, or... but no, there couldn’t be an “or” here. TEFI was posthumously received by Sergei Gimaev (Match TV). His son received the statuette. “Father would be happy!” he said...

Well, after that, Sati and Oscar gave way to new presenters - Svetlana Khorkina and Viktor Gusev. Of course, they came to announce the nominees in the sports categories. In the sports section, awards were presented by a legendary man who did not need any special introduction - Vyacheslav Fetisov. Match-TV was above all praise here and took the statuette for the project “Alexander Karelin. A Duel with Himself.” Also, by the way, not really counting on victory.
