A new overpass has been opened in the Printers area. Sergei Sobyanin opened a new overpass on Yuzhnoportovaya Street

October 23 at 11:00 in Pechatniki open new overpass, connecting 2nd Yuzhnoportovy Passage with Yuzhnoportovaya Street.

The opening of the overpass was attended by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, accompanied by media representatives.

The long-awaited opening of the overpass did not come as a surprise to the residents of Pechatniki. One day before grand opening After the overpass, the surrounding area was actively put in order by dozens of workers. Work continued even in the dark.

The overpass was planned to open before the end of the third quarter of 2017, but, as often happens in Pechatniki, the opening of the overpass was postponed.

Many drivers do not yet know that a shorter and easier route has appeared from Pechatniki towards the center and back. At the time of writing this note, this section of the road was still marked on Yandex maps as closed until December 31, 2017.

It is possible that this is why this moment On Yuzhnoportovaya Street towards Pechatniki there was a traffic jam almost 2 km long.

And this despite the fact that at the same time, Yandex estimates the level of traffic congestion in Moscow at 3 points.

A traffic jam rests on the intersection at the intersection of the new road with Yuzhnoportovaya Street, where traffic lights began to function before the opening of the overpass.

So residents’ fears that the traffic jam from 3rd Ugreshsky Proezd will move to Pechatniki have not yet come true. Let's see what will happen next.

By the way, if you are not a motorist and want to go on foot along the overpass from Pechatniki to the Yuzhnoportovy district, then you should stay right side, since the sidewalk is equipped only on one side of the overpass.

If necessary, you can also cross the bridge on the left, but it will be quite difficult. The path is very narrow.

But on the other side there is real freedom. And, of course, this could not be done without paving slabs, which is not laid out very neatly.

The approach to the stairs, blocked by fences, looks quite strange. But this is probably a technical staircase and is unlikely to be useful for pedestrians.

But Sergei Sobyanin believes that the movement of freight and personal transport in this area “has been significantly facilitated.”

So residents’ fears that the traffic jam from 3rd Ugreshsky Proezd will move to Pechatniki have not yet come true. Let's see what will happen next.

The overpass is equipped with an automatic deicing system. The workers explained that with such a system in place, winter time there will be no need to process the road surface using special equipment.

Overall, the overpass and asphalt surface look quite high quality. I hope that the opening of this overpass will not complicate life for the residents of Pechatniki, and traffic jams in our area will not increase.

The Department of Construction told how the map of regional roads will change. It is expected that by 2021 the area will be “pierced” new highway, and there will also be a bridge across the Moscow River. But the final deadline for completion of construction will still be clarified by engineers.

In the coming years, there will be two major road facilities in the area: a road bridge in Kuryanov and a radial highway.
The bridge over the Moscow River will connect Shosseynaya Street with Kashirskoe Highway. The estimated completion date for construction is 2020. On November 24, 2017, a contract was signed for the implementation design work. The contractor was GorKapStroy LLC, which will develop a detailed project and name the exact deadline for its implementation.
In accordance with the approved targeted investment program, the Moscow budget has reserved about 700 million rubles for design and survey work, and just under 14 billion rubles for construction itself. The length of the overpass will be 2.3 km, and its width will be 20...34 meters, which corresponds to 4...8 (!) lanes in one direction.

Since the decision to build the bridge in 2011-2013, it was assumed that it would become part of the South-East Expressway. IN different sources the chord is depicted passing along the Kursk railway along Shosseynaya, Polbina streets and then connecting with Northeast chord. But so far the project has not gone beyond the idea. In the latest response from Moskomarkhitektura about promising development street and road network Pechatnikov Southeast chord not listed.

In this regard, a fair question arises: how will an 8...16-lane overpass merge into the two-lane Shosseynaya Street, and how will the area’s street network, designed more than half a century ago without such loads, survive the increased traffic?
Residents of Moskvorechye-Saburovo spoke out categorically against the construction of the bridge at public hearings in 2013. Along with other reasons, there were concerns that the flow of cars from Pechatniki would paralyze traffic on Kashirskoye Highway and adjacent streets.
Less certain picture According to the actual implementation time, the situation is the same with the new radial highway. The new road will cross Pechatniki, connecting the Third Transport Ring (in the area of Yuzhnoportovaya Street) with Lyublinskaya Street. The 3-lane (in each direction) traffic-light-free highway will lie exactly above the metro tunnels between the Kozhukhovskaya - Pechatniki stations and, going around residential areas along a new overpass across the Kursk Railway, will end in Lyublino. Next, the highway will go close to the railway and connect with Lyublinskaya Street in the area of the Auchan store. The highway will not stop there and will be extended to the Moscow Ring Road, and then to the Moscow region. But this is a separate project with its own engineering solutions and financing.

The targeted investment program includes 800 million rubles for the development project documentation and 13 billion for the construction of the highway, which should occur in 2017-2018 and 2019-2021, respectively. But already at the moment there is a certain lag, calling into question the completion of work on time. The Construction Department has only now begun preparing tender documentation for a tender for the development of design estimates.
Discussion of the construction of the highway, as in the case of the bridge on Kashirskoe Highway, at public hearings in 2013 was heated. Residents of Pechatniki asked to change the trajectory of the projected road, moving it a sufficient distance from residential buildings. But the Moskomarkhitektura explained this possibility by the need to build an extended overpass to pass the highway through the South Port industrial zone and a significant bend in the alternative route.
However, in fact, work on the construction of the highway has already begun. The overpass on Yuzhnoportovaya Street, which was put into operation in September of this year, is nothing more than a section of a new road. And, if it only took more than a year to build it, then one can only guess how long it will actually take to build the entire highway.

The builders tried their best to complete the project ahead of schedule. As a result, instead of 18 months, we managed it in 14, despite a number of difficulties. The first is the passage of Yuzhnoportovaya Street, which serves the Yuzhny Port and numerous industrial zones of the Pechatniki district. Its numerous bends impeded the movement of vehicles, and opinions were expressed about straightening the highway. The problem was solved by building an overpass and reconstructing adjacent roads.

Work began already in May last year. During this time, a two-lane overpass with a length of 156 meters and an almost kilometer-long new site roads.

This is a very important move in the area,” said the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin.

At the moment, the area has a direct road to the Kozhukhovskaya metro station. The townspeople have been waiting for her for a very long time, noted the prefect of the South-Eastern District Andrey Tsybin. - The industrial cluster was also given the opportunity to develop.

The second difficulty in implementing the project was the reconstruction of communications. As told CEO contractor company Nikolay Sudakov, over 15 kilometers of networks had to be shifted.

Current road network, the passage of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line nearby - all this also complicated the progress of work, he told the mayor.

As explained by the first deputy head of the Construction Department Petr Aksenov, industrial networks had to be moved and modernized - electrical cables, water pipelines, and heating networks were re-laid. We had to negotiate separately with the Moscow Metro on the transfer of underground communications. However, we managed to cope with this too.

Now cars are moving along the modern overpass; the first, according to tradition, were heavy trucks - dump trucks and KAMAZ trucks were testing the strength of the overpass.

As Pyotr Aksenov noted, with the commissioning of this overpass, the city completed a joint project with Russian railways program to build roads across the tracks. New overpasses were introduced in Peredelkino, Kokoshkino, Krekshino, Shcherbinka, near the Nizhnye Kotly station. Six more appeared on the Moscow Central Circle.

Crossings holding back the flow of vehicles have been dismantled. New roads and overpasses have appeared in their place,” he said. - With their introduction, the overmileage of cars is reduced. Only here motorists will travel ten kilometers less and get to Yuzhnoportovaya Street faster. Car owners won’t have to wind their way through Kashirka.

Also, during a tour of the Pechatniki district, Sergei Sobyanin instructed Andrei Tsybin to deal with the broken roads on Shosseynaya Street.

There was an appeal from residents to the “Our City” portal about digging up on Shosseynaya Street: the sidewalks were dug up, it’s not clear when they will do it, the mayor outlined the situation.

The prefect promised to quickly resolve the problem in the area.
