As the middle name of the participant in the voice of Ekaterina Shemyakina. Ekaterina Gottlieb: “Pregnancy and motherhood are the best things that can happen to a woman! Ready-made vocal dish

October 3, 2002 - many remember this date as the start of the first of its kind Russian music show"Star Factory"! Their reporting concerts riveted viewers to the screens every Friday, their songs purred under the breath of millions of fans, and their tours across the country filled stadiums.
Let's remember all the participants of the first “Star Factory” and find out what happened to the people’s favorites, how and with what they live today. I warn you right away that this is only the first part, so look forward to the continuation tomorrow!
Maria Alalykina (32)

An inconspicuous nine-story building on the outskirts of Moscow is strikingly different from the apartments where they live current members group "Factory". Masha lives a secluded life, and her mother Svetlana answers calls from journalists in a tired voice. “We are tired of attention and constant calls,” the woman admitted. - Masha won’t communicate with you, and I don’t have time. There's a lot to do. And anyway, my dinner is burning.” Maria does not make contact with the press, and her life is more like the life of a recluse, which is surprising, because at a young age she won beauty contests (“Beauty of Russia”) and her photographs were published in a popular men’s magazine.

Maria Alalykina was versatile developed person and tried herself not only in music, but also in dancing (for some time she danced in the show ballet “Todes”). Only she quickly became bored, uninterested, and she was looking for something big. Even in the “Star Factory” project, the girl’s euphoria quickly disappeared. She wanted to convey her thoughts to the public through songs. But instead, she sang what they said, in the composition in which they ordered. In addition, Masha had serious problems with her studies. They threatened to expel her from the university. Therefore, she made a firm decision to leave the group - two months after its creation, having managed to star in a single video for the song “About Love”. Soon Masha married businessman Alexei Zuenko, gave birth to a daughter, Katya, returned to university and re-entered the jazz college. It would seem that life is getting better. Moreover, the changes affected not only family life Maria. She became a Muslim! There were rumors that it was her husband who influenced the girl in this decision. Alalykina herself has said more than once that she converted to Islam of her own free will. Moreover, in one interview she said that faith helped her improve relationships with her parents.

Unfortunately, happiness and harmony did not reign in her family for long. The year on the calendar was 2008, when Maria introduced her husband to her ill-fated friend. In the photo, Maria, to your surprise, is on the right, and in the arms of her husband is the same homewrecker. Later, an entry will appear in Maria’s online diary: “... My best friend together with my beloved (former, if one dares to talk about love in the past) I saw them tenderly walking by the hand. I introduced them personally two months earlier in Sevastopol. And she helped them become closer spiritually. Still love both. But it’s hard to get used to the idea...” During that difficult period, Alalykina was fired from her job, from the linguistic center at Moscow State Linguistic University, which she herself had graduated from at one time. According to Masha, the reason for this was the scarf she wore to class.
Now Maria or Maryam, as she calls herself, keeps her diary on LiveJournal and does translations for Muslim websites. She knows 6 languages: 5 European and Arabic. Of his colleagues at the Star Factory, he only communicates with Sati Casanova (32) and regularly congratulates her on all Muslim holidays.

Mikhail Grebenshchikov (39)

Who doesn't remember this fiery guy? It was impossible to stand still from his songs, and your feet in “orange boots” just started dancing. A graduate of the Voronezh Assembly College and a student of the local journalism department, who served in the border troops, a DJ of Russian Radio, a collector of beer mugs, his own entrepreneur and a man who put his whole life into building an unforgettable image of a crazy, merry fellow - all this is Mikhail Grebenshchikov! Among the participants in the first “Star Factory,” he stood out for his rare love of life and seemed to really enjoy every day spent on the reality show. And the audience also fell in love with Mikhail - the artist for a long time was in the lead in online voting and eventually won third place. But it was not the more talented and independent soloists who were ahead of Mikhail - in such a battle he would certainly have defeated anyone. The dashing guy was surrounded by the production projects “Roots” and “Factory”.

As before, Mikhail is a man who makes an action out of every step in his life, a performance out of two steps, and a meaningful artistic gesture out of running in place. It doesn’t matter what he’s actually doing: sitting in an Indian costume at a festival youth culture in Vladivostok, acts as a referee in a Russian TV series or advises dousing yourself with dill water on Channel One. The Mikhail Grebenshchikov brand stands firmly on its feet. Now he himself can produce “manufacturers”, argue like an adult with his former producer Igor Matvienko (55) and even teach young talents.

In the photo the ill-fated sheepskin coat
True, sometimes scandals shake him. One of them took place in February of this year, when Mikhail was accused of stealing a sheepskin coat made of wolf fur. Grebenshchikov, like other celebrities, was invited to the opening of a fur salon and, according to him, was given this sheepskin coat as a gift. The artist even thanked the salon owners into the microphone for such a generous donation. But before he could cross the threshold of the store, security stopped him and demanded that he take off his sheepskin coat. When Mikhail finally left in his new clothes, the store owners contacted its administrator and demanded that the valuable item be returned, otherwise they would contact the police. Mikhail laughed it off and returned their “gift” to the salon.

As you know, he is now a musical creative producer at the children's vocational school creative development Alla Pugacheva (66) Future Star. Grebenshchikov is also an employee of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, and he is a frequent guest at parties in the capital, where he spins his DJ sets. And you probably remember the twins who appeared in Mikhail Grebenshchikov’s video. He subsequently married one of them and now has two lovely daughters.

Jam Sheriff (40)

In the project “Star Factory” Cem Sheriff ( full name Cem Sherif Musa) attracted attention not only with his extraordinary appearance, but also with his talent. In 2005, Jem's name again sparkled in the media, as his duet with Elena Terleeva (30) won the first semi-final of Eurovision. Their track No more war showed how popular “Star Factory” is among the people. After all, Jem and Lena, having completed their participation in the project, almost did not appear on television and nevertheless received more audience votes than Anastasia Stotskaya (32) and Dima Bilan (33). Few people know, but before the Star Factory, Cem Sheriff worked as a consultant in a private Moscow clinic.

2005 was a busy year for Jem Sheriff: he participated in the television reality show “ Last Hero“However, he failed to take away the cash trophy.
Now Jem has turned to directing and has thoroughly taken up his education in this field. “My outlet is directing, because I see words and music in pictures and feel my own stories,” said the artist. He recently graduated from the First National Television School and received a diploma of the second higher education majoring in TV director.
Sheriff's directorial path is developing more or less successfully. His graduate work“Moscow, My Love,” in the comedy genre, was nominated as best foreign film at the prestigious short film festival in Australia.

Pavel Artemyev (32)

Even those who were not a fan of the Star Factory project remember his curly hair and charming burr. Pavel Artemyev became one of the most popular “manufacturers”, and his name was replicated by all Russian media. Let me remind you that the group “Korni” took first place in the final of the popular music show on Channel One and throughout for long years gathered halls and stadiums throughout the country. From the very beginning, Pavel understood that participation in the group was a temporary stage, so he did not stay in the team for long. After he left in 2010, he said: "It was a great experience, but I never saw myself being in this band at 40."

Now Pavel continues to study music. He gives solo concerts, the last of them, by the way, took place not so long ago, on September 10, in the Moscow bar “Muz Pub”.
Pavel Artemyev decided not to focus only on music. He also tries himself theater stage, although it does not have vocational education, Pavel does not yet plan to enter an acting university. Artemyev believes that each of his performances, each role in a film is his university, the practice that hones his facets as an artist. Today, Pavel plays in performances of the Moscow Praktika Theater and is the ideological leader and soloist of the Artemiev group. Pavel Artemyev and his group - frequent guests at various festivals and clubs in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Fans of the charming Pavel have a separate reason for joy: Channel One has launched the series “Tatiana’s Night”, where Artemyev plays one of the main roles.

Yulia Buzhilova (32)

Yulia Buzhilova, a participant in the first “Star Factory,” was called the new Linda (38) and compared to Renata Litvinova (48). The producers predicted a great future for her, and her fans avidly listened to her music.
Today, the girl who once successfully appeared on TV is not listed either in the charts or in materials yellow press. She disappeared as suddenly as she appeared.
At one of the reporting concerts of the first “Factory”, the song “Sleep”, written by Buzhilova, captivated everyone: the project participants, producers, and fans. Igor Matvienko (55) then realized that he had made the right choice by inviting young girl for the casting of a popular reality show. Buzhilova and famous producer have known each other for a long time. After graduating from Kiev music school and tours in Ukraine, Yulia turned to him. Matvienko saw real talent and charisma in her and suggested going to the “Star Factory”.
Buzhilov, unlike other manufacturers, instead of cheap shocking, love scenes and constant scandals, she chose a mysterious image and mysterious singer. Even on the Internet you can't find much about it.
“Manufacturer” Buzhilova always dreamed of being popular, but she never wanted to be a star. She wrote poetry and music herself, but for some reason neither producer Matvienko nor the million rubles donated by Channel One to the aspiring singer after the project helped her. Many believed that Yulia got this million through connections, and not because of her talent. Be that as it may, we did not hear new songs and albums for which that same million rubles were allocated. By the way, now the producer doesn’t really know anything about his former ward.
“Nobody gave me a million,” said Yulia. “They gave me a huge piece of paper with “million” written on it. I still have it somewhere at home. I joked at one time that I would go to the store with her and give her to the seller, like a food coupon in Soviet times.”
It is known that Yulia Buzhilova married a sound engineer and became a mother. She does not advertise her personal life. Tired of waiting for support from Igor Matvienko, Yulia instead solo career and the love of millions of fans was chosen by the love of one person and, apparently, it was right. She writes lyrics for Vika Daineko (28) and the group "Factory", and before her solo album never got around to it. Now Buzhilova dreams of creating an anti-feminist movement, building the safest plane in the world and learning German, Bulgarian and Polish. And let her dreams come true!

Alexander Astashenok (33)

Alexander Astashenok was remembered by us as one of the participants popular group"Roots." The team existed for a long time after the end of the “Star Factory” project, but disintegration was inevitable when, following the departure of frontman Pavel Artemyev, Astashenok also left the group. But don’t worry, Alexander is still creative, he didn’t see his future in music and started studying acting. Astashenok graduated acting department GITIS and began performing on the theater stage. The friendship from “Roots” grew into friendship in the theater. Alexander shared the stage of the Russian Theater with Pavel Artemyev in the production “Till death do us part...”.

Astashenok is greedy for roles, so he tries himself not only in the theater, but also on television. Besides feature films(“Still Alive”) Alexander also starred in television series. If you're a fan of " Closed school", then you probably remember the secret agent portrayed on screen by Astashenok. His dream role is James Bond. Alexander Astashenok does not give up studying music, although now he writes it not for his solo album, but for the films he is starring in, or for other performers, while acting as a composer and producer.

At the beginning of this year, Alexander starred in the project “Josephine and Napoleon”, footage from film set not yet, but the artist promised that he would not have sideburns. In February of this year, we were lucky enough to plunge into the charm of Astashenko, because we took from him exclusive interview! If you still haven’t read it, then quickly follow the link.

Konstantin Dudoladov

Few people know that the main activity of the handsome Konstantin Dudoladov (39) is not singing and music, but style and makeup. Many believed that Konstantin, a native of Nakhodka, got into the Star Factory project thanks to his bright appearance. Anything is possible, because this appearance has saved him more than once! Finding himself in the capital penniless, Konstantin was forced to somehow earn his living, and there was little choice. Dudoladov worked as a stripper in the Russian Troika and the Firebird, moonlighted as a model, but his shocking antics once disrupted the show, and after he stopped receiving this invitation...

He realized that he needed to move on, since the measly $20 that he was given for his shift “at the pole” could not feed a person in an expensive metropolis. At the moment when Zhanna Cherukhina (32) ran away from the Star Factory project, many in the social circle already knew Konstantin. The organizers had to urgently look for a replacement for the vacant place. And a tall blond man with a charming smile approached like no one else. His appearance was bright, his image was memorable. But after the final show of “Star Factory,” fans did not hear a single track from Dudoladov and did not see a single video with his participation. The guy completely disappeared from the screens and from rotations.

Konstantin decided to return to where he started - to style and makeup. And he achieved great success. Today, Konstantin Dudoladov is the owner of the Eco Beauty Service DUDO salon chain, and he is also an image maker and exclusive stylist. He has a 15-year-old son, and he dreams of opening a couple of shops in Tokyo, because he believes that he sews clothes specifically for such freaks as the Japanese.

Ekaterina Shemyakina (36)

Not long ago we were lucky enough to see Ekaterina Shemyakina again at main stage country, even if it was not “Star Factory”, but the third season of today’s super-popular show “The Voice”. After the end of the “Star Factory” project, Ekaterina did not leave the stage and continued to perform solo. Yes, these were not rotations on the First, but club scenes, but you have to start somewhere when you are not under the tutelage of Igor Matvienko.

Ekaterina successfully graduated from the Russian Academy of Music as an external student. Gnesins, resumed work in the Sound Cake group, which she left because of the Factory, and began to engage in private teaching. Shemyakina managed to work in tandem with Timur Rodriguez (35), with whom they performed on the “New Wave”: in 2004, the cheerful stage duet “Mickey and Zlata” was born. In 2005, Ekaterina passed auditions and became the host of the first in Russia interactive show"Hello-TV!" on the TVC channel; in 2006, she created the Shemyakina Band group, playing covers of world funk hits, and performs concerts in jazz clubs in Moscow. Later, together with composer Pavel Yesenin, Ekaterina creates the production project FM-Project, where she performs vocal parts and writes texts. FM-Project songs took leading positions in the radio station charts. Shemyakina also realized herself as a teacher. At the EKTV school at the film studio named after. Gorky, Ekaterina recruited a course of students, and the best reward for Ekaterina as a teacher was that her students won victories at international competitions.

Now Ekaterina is focusing on her own career. By the way, Shemyakina is no longer Shemyakina. About two months ago, Ekaterina married her lover Alexander Gottlieb and now proudly bears his last name.
Ekaterina Shemyakina plays the piano and produces her project. She creates her own songs: writes music and poetry, comes up with arrangements. Not long ago, Ekaterina shot a video for the song “Summer”. Fans of her work were not surprised to see Californian landscapes in the frame, because the singer loves Los Angeles very much and regularly visits this cherished city.

  • Ekaterina Shemyakina participated in the first “Star Factory” in 2002. After the project, she refused to participate in the tour, which she never regretted. She simply did not renew the contract with the production center and channel. It was important for Katya to play music and show her individuality. And at the Factory, according to her, they showed only show business.
  • Katya Shemyakina graduated from school at the conservatory in piano.
  • She entered the Gnessin Academy, but left after the second year. On the day when “Star Factory” ended, Katya Shemyakina received a call from a vocal teacher from Gnesinka, who had not communicated with her since her departure. He firmly said: “If you don’t get reinstated at the institute tomorrow, I’ll curse you.” The next day, Ekaterina was in the training unit. She managed to complete a two-year course in one year as an external student, and even received a honors diploma.
  • From 2007 to 2013, Ekaterina Shemyakina had a group called “Shemyakina band”. They performed cover versions of funk and soul compositions famous singers and worked at jazz venues in Moscow. In 2012, Katya decided to collect her material accumulated over the years, sit down in the studio and start working on it. Now she performs at the same jazz venues, but sings her songs in Russian. Several musicians work with her, and she plays along with herself on the piano.
  • Ekaterina Shemchkina traveled to the USA several times. Spent the summers of 2012 and 2013 in Los Angeles. I met producer Walter Afanasyev. He really liked her program and praised her unusual melodies. He already had a collaboration with Russian musicians, but he was not delighted with it. And he liked Katya.
  • Ekaterina Shemyakina is still friends with some of the Factory participants. For example, with Pasha Artemyev. Katya is very close to everything he does. They communicate with Misha Grebenshchikov, congratulate each other on his birthday, on October 14 (the day the first “Star Factory” began).
  • At the blind auditions, Pelageya and Gradsky turned to Ekaterina Shemyakina. She chose Alexander Borisovich.
  • Of all the Voice rounds, the battle is perhaps the most dramatic. You are preparing a duet, but in fact you are rivals. But Ekaterina Shemyakina and Igor Manashirov immediately agreed: the main thing is to make a cool, memorable number that will forever remain at least on YouTube, and what happens next and who will make it to the next round is not important. And they managed to maintain this friendly attitude. After Igor left, everyone understood that it was not their fault, and not even Alexander Borisovich. These are the rules of the game, the format of the program. Each participant is mentally prepared for such turns. No one shed any tears, and the next day Katya and Igor called each other just to chat.

"I am the author and performer own songs. Over the past one and a half to two years, I have prepared an entire program consisting of my compositions. And I would like people to hear it. I hope that this will happen soon, and “The Voice” will contribute to this.

“The Voice” is a chance to show yourself. The same cannot be said about the Star Factory, which I attended in 2002. There we simply showed people what show business is. There was no talk of showing off your individuality, your abilities. This is probably why I refused to participate in the tour after the project, which I have never regretted. She simply did not renew the contract with the production center and channel. This was my wish. Well, I didn’t have the heart to continue that work. Still, playing music for me has a very deep meaning. I have been studying music since childhood; I graduated from school at the conservatory in piano. My first performances took place in huge halls. In the complete silence of the audience, I, in a frill, with my hair done and my nails cut, performed classical works on the piano. Then she entered the Gnessin Academy, but after the second year she dropped out. On the day that “Star Factory” ended, I received a call from a vocal teacher from Gnesinka, who had not communicated with me since I left. He firmly said: “If you don’t get reinstated at the institute tomorrow, I’ll curse you.” The next day I was in the training unit. I managed to complete a two-year course in one year as an external student, and I even received a diploma with honors.

From 2007 to 2013 I had a group called “Shemyakina band”. We performed cover versions of funk and soul compositions by famous singers and worked at jazz venues in Moscow. Two years ago I decided to collect my material that had accumulated over the years, sit down in the studio and start working on it. Now I perform at the same jazz venues, but I sing my songs in Russian. Several musicians work with me, and I play along with myself on the piano.

I traveled to America several times. Spent last summer and the summer before last in Los Angeles. There I was able to meet Walter Afanasiev, an amazing producer. He really liked my program, which flattered me. Walter said that my melodies are very unusual. He already had collaborations with Russian musicians, but he was not delighted with it. But I liked it.

To this day I am friends with some of the Factory participants. For example, with Pasha Artemyev (ex-soloist of the group “Roots.” - Note: Woman’s Day). I've been crazy about him since we first met, and those feelings have continued. I really relate to everything he does. I recently attended his performance. He is an excellent actor and plays convincingly. We communicate with Misha Grebenshchikov, congratulate each other on his birthday, on October 14, the day the first “Star Factory” began.

But still, now I am completely absorbed in “The Voice”. I’m happy that I ended up with Alexander Borisovich Gradsky. I initially wanted to join his team, without even understanding why. Just a gut feeling. It was difficult for me because I didn’t know if he was making any plans for me, if he needed me. But after the first rehearsal I felt that he believed in me. I am sure that our creative union will bring me happiness, pleasure and, possibly, success.”
