Marina Abrosimova (Maksimova), aka singer MakSim, comes from Kazan. She was born on June 10, 1983 in a family that was far from music. My father was a service station employee, and my mother was a kindergarten teacher. Her brother Maxim also grew up next to her, and in honor of him she took such a creative name for herself.

Childhood

At an early age, Marina became interested in music. she took a piano course. At the same time, she was an active participant in the karate section. She has a red belt to her credit. But music always came first for Marina.

MakSim admits that she has always been very emotional. In her experience, she ran away from home after a quarrel with her parents. Then she got her first tattoo, which she later changed into a cat. She was never afraid to experiment with her appearance.

Growing up

Subsequently, she recorded “Difficult Age” and “Tenderness”, which were released on the radio.“Centimeters of Breathing” brought MakSim his first popularity. She first performed in Kazan in nightclubs, and therefore moved to Moscow.

Only in the capital did she encounter difficulties in the first minute of her stay there. The relatives changed their plans, although they were supposed to host Marina. So she had to live at the station for 8 days, hiding from the police. She started communicating with a girl who offered to rent an apartment together. She lived in it for the next 6 years.

Marina recorded her first album with Gala Records. The project quickly gained momentum. In 2005, MakSim became famous, her songs gained video clips and popularity.

A year later, she released the album “Difficult Age”. It received platinum status. She presented the single “Letting Go” and a video for it. At the same time, Marina went on a tour of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Germany and Belarus. It was extended for more than 1 year.

In 2007, she presented the single “Do You Know,” which also became popular among fans. She was awarded 2 awards “Best Performer” and “Best Pop Project of the Year”; the album “My Paradise” was released. The next tour was organized. In 2008, her concert was shown on NTV in anticipation of the New Year's program.

In 2009, MakSim actively worked on the album “Another Reality”. She released songs, filmed videos and participated in concerts. In 2015 she released a new album, during next year presented her memoirs “It’s Me...”, held a large-scale concert.

In 2018, she released several singles “Here and Now”, “Fool”, and also announced that she was taking a sabbatical due to poor health. Experts have determined that Maxim has problems with the cardiovascular system.

Personal life

Marina has been to several times official relations. Her first husband was Andrei Lugovtsov. The wedding took place in Bali in 2008. A year later, they had a daughter, whom they decided to name Sasha. Only 3 years later the couple broke up.

In 2011, it became known about Marina’s divorce. She shared her experiences in the “Women’s View” project. She noted that she does not plan to give up after a bad experience. She puts family and children first, and is also ready to make efforts to develop herself creatively.

Subsequently, she had an affair with Alexander Krasovitsky, who is the lead singer of the Animal Jazz group. True, it didn’t come to the wedding.

In 2014, Marina became the wife of businessman A. Petrov. That same year, the couple had a daughter, Maria. A year later they separated. In 2016, there was a wave of news that the singer and her ex-lover together again, but this has not been officially confirmed.

Nowadays, exact information about Marina’s personal life is unknown. They said that she was having an affair with Ivan Chuikov, who is a famous TV presenter. They were seen together when they were preparing for the filming of Maxim’s video “Stamps”. Marina is also currently resting on ski resort with a man, but his identity still remains unknown publicly.

After her divorce from Petrov, she went on a diet and brought herself up to 45 kg. Fans were worried that she might have anorexia, but Marina brought herself to health good view by increasing sports loads. She became interested in boxing. Her hobby is also horse riding.
