Story

Rules

Before the start of the project, three months of auditions were held over two days, during which the jury reviewed several thousand applicants in the cities of Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Moscow. Even older people came to the casting. In total, 8,000 people took part in the project.

On the first day, 2 songs were listened to without musical accompaniment. Those who were accepted to Day 2 had to prepare several of the 10 proposed songs and demonstrate their ability to dance.

The selection was made by three judges:

  • DJ of the BBC Russian Service Seva Novgorodtsev
  • producer Alexey Makarevich
  • famous journalist, director and TV presenter Fyokla Tolstaya

100 people were invited to the 2nd round in Moscow. All qualifying rounds were filmed and shown on the Rossiya channel.

Participants

  • "Other rules":
    • Roman Beresnev
    • Alena Selezneva
    • Alexey Ignatov (December 3 - April 7)
    • Karina Akhmetzaripova
    • Jeannette Kawesa
  • Maxim Sharafutdinov (Kazan). Finalist (now the famous presenter of “News” on Channel One).
  • Alexander Panayotov. I was among the top ten finalists for the project. Subsequently, he participated in the “People’s Artist” project of the Rossiya channel, where he took second place.
  • Kirill Sharafutdinov (Kazan). Brother of Maxim Sharafutdinov, who went through several stages of casting, but was eliminated before reaching the top fifty. One of the founder and artistic directors popular band Jukebox Trio.
  • Katya Ryabina (Moscow). Finalist. At the very end, the judges did not choose her among the top five, considering her an artist created exclusively for a solo career.
  • Kamilla Tutaeva (Kazan). A very unusual participant with characteristic appearance. During the project I tried to stay with the “Kazan crowd”. She was among the lucky ones invited to Moscow, where she went through several stages of the competition in a country hotel and reached fifty. Left the project along with another bright participant from Kazan by Kirill Sharafutdinov.
  • Ksenia Bykova (Rostov). One of the brightest and scandalous participants project. Reached the top thirty. I remember her open negative statements regarding other contestants. She sang in the same group with another participant and semi-finalist of the project, Elmira Gubaidulina.
  • Igor Shiyanov (Stavropol). Reached the semi-finals, but did not make it to the top ten finalists.
  • Rezeda Marselevna Akhmedova (Kazan). A girl with a “flowery” name, as one of the judges called her. Reseda successfully passed the casting in Kazan and already at the preliminary stages of the competition she sang not in a duet, but in a quartet. She was invited to a country hotel along with hundreds of lucky people from all over the country, but after the first test (performing the hit “Paint Fair” in the top five), she got lost in the crowd and was expelled.
  • Agnia Pasechnik (Kazan). Subsequently she worked as a VJ on the Muz-TV channel. I reached twenty in the project.
  • Pynina Dina ( Nizhny Novgorod). The “biggest” participant in the project. After successfully passing the casting in her city, she was invited to the next stage of the project in Moscow with the condition that she would try to lose as much weight as possible. However, the jury considered that not only did she not lose weight, but on the contrary, she gained more weight and after the next dance stage of the competition, she left the project.
  • Sokolov Oleg (Moscow). Reached the top fifty. Received the nickname “Yampolsky’s shadow” from the film crew of the project, as he always followed the “shadow” of another prominent participant in the project, Anton Yampolsky.
  • Platonova Zhanna (Moscow). She successfully passed the Moscow casting and was among hundreds of lucky people from all over the country who got to the next stage of casting at a country hotel. However, then her nerves began to fail her and after the next stage Zhanna fell ill in her room and was almost taken away by an ambulance, but Zhanna still decided to continue the fight. She made it to thirty and was expelled after an interview test, where she answered a journalist’s question that giving up smoking was a heroic feat for her.
  • Anastasia Donets ( Rostov region, Novopoltavsky village). Despite the fact that Anastasia did not even make it to the top twenty semi-finalists, she was certainly remembered by all viewers of the project without exception, and at the final gala concert she received a trip to Paris as the audience choice prize.
  • Andrey Lysyakov (Kazan). I got into the project on my second try. Having not passed the casting in his city, he followed the film crew further. As a result, the jury members recognized him and allowed him into the competition. Andrey was one of the hundred participants invited to Moscow. He constantly communicated and stayed with the so-called “Kazan crowd” of the project (the Sharafutdinov brothers, Kamilla Tutaeva, Elmira Gubaidulina, Ksenia Bykova). The author of the words of a kind of anthem for the project, created in collaboration with Kirill Sharafutdinov, which the participants performed at the final stage of the competition, when twenty applicants remained for a place in the group. He was invited to Moscow, where, like the band members, he signed a contract with a record company as the author of the song “Sing Like the Last Time.”
  • Robert Pertaya (St. Petersburg). Made it to the top thirty. He stood out from all the other participants with his small stature and fatness, but despite this he moved well and stayed in the project longer than all the overweight people.
  • Elmira Gubaidulina (Rostov)
  • Dmitry Deryabin (Moscow). He received the nickname “bright red Dmitry.” Just like another participant in the project, Roman Beresnev (who eventually ended up in the group), Dmitry has bright red hair. He successfully passed the selection in Moscow and was invited to the next stage of the show in a country hotel. Having successfully completed several stages already there, Dmitry found himself in the top five together with Roman during one of the competition tasks, where the comparison turned out to be not in Deryabin’s favor and as a result he had to leave the project. Made it to the top thirty.
  • Sergey Obosyan (Moscow). On the project he received the nickname “the eternally dissatisfied Sergei.” He actively commented on all the shortcomings of the project organization and the inconveniences of being in isolation. He was one of the lucky hundred invited to the next stage of selection at a hotel near Moscow, but dropped out after dance competition. After the project, he continued to actively conquer domestic show business. Was involved in organizing concerts for a long time collaborated with Laima Vaikule as a backing vocalist in her show.
  • Vladislav Oganov (Moscow). In the project I made it into the top 100, but then was eliminated in the first selection. Just like Panayotov and Chernyshova on next year I went to conquer the “People’s Artist” project, but there I could only get into the top thirty.
  • Anton Yampolsky (later participated in the fourth season of the TV project “Star Factory”). I was among the top ten finalists for the project.
  • Olga Makovetskaya. Subsequently became famous singer With solo program. She was among the top ten finalists for the project.
  • Pavel Isaev. The only participant who managed to outwit all the organizers of the project without exception and get into the hundred finalists while being seventeen years old. Pavel in three different on the forms indicated a date of birth different from the passport. Despite this, he was one of the hundred lucky ones invited to Moscow and managed to “survive” several stages already there. However, then the deception was revealed and Pavel left the competition right during rehearsals.
  • Irina Chernyshova (St. Petersburg). She was nicknamed “the always crying Irina.” I got into the top twenty on the project and reached the semi-finals. She reacted extremely emotionally to everything, including her departure from the project. Subsequently, she participated in the first season of the “People’s Artist” project on the Rossiya channel, where she also did not take any prizes.
  • Valentin Knyazev. Now a member of the popular pop group “According to Freud”.

Excerpt describing Become a Star

Boris listened attentively to whoever was speaking, waiting for his turn, but at the same time he managed to look back several times at his neighbor, the beautiful Helen, who with a smile met her eyes several times with the handsome young adjutant.
Quite naturally, speaking about the situation in Prussia, Anna Pavlovna asked Boris to tell his journey to Glogau and the situation in which he found the Prussian army. Boris, slowly, clean and correct French, told a lot of interesting details about the troops, about the court, throughout his story carefully avoiding stating his opinion about the facts that he conveyed. For some time, Boris captured everyone's attention, and Anna Pavlovna felt that her treat with a new product was received with pleasure by all the guests. Helen showed the most attention to Boris's story. She asked him several times about certain details of his trip and seemed quite interested in the situation of the Prussian army. As soon as he finished, she turned to him with her usual smile:
“Il faut absolument que vous veniez me voir, [It is necessary that you come to see me," she told him in such a tone, as if for some reasons that he could not know, this was absolutely necessary.
– Mariedi entre les 8 et 9 heures. Vous me ferez grand plaisir. [Tuesday, between 8 and 9 o'clock. You will do me great pleasure.] - Boris promised to fulfill her wish and wanted to enter into a conversation with her when Anna Pavlovna called him away under the pretext of her aunt, who wanted to hear him.
“You know her husband, don’t you?” - said Anna Pavlovna, closing her eyes and pointing at Helen with a sad gesture. - Oh, this is such an unfortunate and lovely woman! Don't talk about him in front of her, please don't talk about him. It's too hard for her!

When Boris and Anna Pavlovna returned to the general circle, Prince Ippolit took over the conversation.
He moved forward in his chair and said: Le Roi de Prusse! [The Prussian king!] and having said this, he laughed. Everyone turned to him: Le Roi de Prusse? - asked Ippolit, laughed again and again calmly and seriously sat down in the depths of his chair. Anna Pavlovna waited for him a little, but since Hippolyte decidedly did not seem to want to talk anymore, she began a speech about how the godless Bonaparte stole the sword of Frederick the Great in Potsdam.
“C"est l"epee de Frederic le Grand, que je... [This is the sword of Frederick the Great, which I...] - she began, but Hippolytus interrupted her with the words:
“Le Roi de Prusse...” and again, as soon as he was addressed, he apologized and fell silent. Anna Pavlovna winced. MorteMariet, a friend of Hippolyte, turned decisively to him:
– Voyons a qui en avez vous avec votre Roi de Prusse? [So what about the Prussian king?]
Hippolytus laughed, as if he was ashamed of his laughter.
- Non, ce n "est rien, je voulais dire seulement... [No, nothing, I just wanted to say...] (He intended to repeat the joke that he heard in Vienna, and which he had been planning to put all evening.) Je voulais dire seulement, que nous avons tort de faire la guerre pour le roi de Prusse. [I just wanted to say that we are fighting in vain pour le roi de Prusse. (Untranslatable play on words meaning: “over trifles.”)]
Boris smiled cautiously, so that his smile could be classified as mockery or approval of the joke, depending on how it was received. Everyone laughed.
“Il est tres mauvais, votre jeu de mot, tres spirituel, mais injuste,” said Anna Pavlovna, shaking her wrinkled finger. – Nous ne faisons pas la guerre pour le Roi de Prusse, mais pour les bons principes. Ah, le mechant, ce prince Hippolytel [Your play on words is not good, very clever, but unfair; we are not fighting pour le roi de Prusse (i.e. over trifles), but for good beginnings. Oh, how evil he is, this Prince Hippolyte!],” she said.
The conversation continued throughout the evening, focusing mainly on political news. At the end of the evening, he became especially animated when it came to the awards bestowed by the sovereign.
“After all, last year NN received a snuff box with a portrait,” said l “homme a l” esprit profond, [a man of deep intelligence,] “why can’t SS receive the same award?”
“Je vous demande pardon, une tabatiere avec le portrait de l"Empereur est une recompense, mais point une distinction,” said the diplomat, un cadeau plutot. [Sorry, a snuff box with a portrait of the Emperor is a reward, not a distinction; rather a gift.]
– Il y eu plutot des antecedents, je vous citerai Schwarzenberg. [There were examples - Schwarzenberg.]
“C"est impossible, [This is impossible," the other objected.
- Pari. Le grand cordon, c"est different... [The tape is a different matter...]
When everyone got up to leave, Helen, who had said very little all evening, again turned to Boris with a request and a gentle, significant order that he should be with her on Tuesday.
“I really need this,” she said with a smile, looking back at Anna Pavlovna, and Anna Pavlovna, with the sad smile that accompanied her words when speaking about her high patroness, confirmed Helen’s desire. It seemed that that evening, from some words spoken by Boris about the Prussian army, Helen suddenly discovered the need to see him. She seemed to promise him that when he arrived on Tuesday, she would explain this need to him.
Arriving on Tuesday evening at Helen's magnificent salon, Boris did not receive a clear explanation of why he needed to come. There were other guests, the countess spoke little to him, and only saying goodbye, when he kissed her hand, she, with a strange lack of a smile, unexpectedly, in a whisper, said to him: Venez demain diner... le soir. Il faut que vous veniez… Venez. [Come for dinner tomorrow... in the evening. I need you to come... Come.]
On this visit to St. Petersburg, Boris became a close person in the house of Countess Bezukhova.

The war was flaring up, and its theater was approaching the Russian borders. Curses against the enemy of the human race, Bonaparte, were heard everywhere; Warriors and recruits gathered in the villages, and contradictory news came from the theater of war, false as always and therefore interpreted differently.
The life of old Prince Bolkonsky, Prince Andrei and Princess Marya has changed in many ways since 1805.
In 1806 old prince was determined to be one of the eight militia commanders-in-chief then appointed throughout Russia. The old prince, despite his senile weakness, which became especially noticeable during the period of time when he considered his son killed, did not consider himself entitled to refuse the position to which he had been appointed by the sovereign himself, and this newly discovered activity excited and strengthened him. He was constantly traveling around the three provinces entrusted to him; He was pedantic in his duties, strict to the point of cruelty with his subordinates, and he himself went down to the smallest details of the matter. Princess Marya has already stopped taking from her father math lessons, and only in the mornings, accompanied by the nurse, with little Prince Nikolai (as his grandfather called him), did she enter her father’s office when he was at home. Baby Prince Nikolai lived with his wet nurse and nanny Savishna in the half of the late princess, and Princess Marya spent most of the day in the nursery, replacing, as best she could, a mother to her little nephew. M lle Bourienne, too, seemed to be passionately in love with the boy, and Princess Marya, often depriving herself, yielded to her friend the pleasure of nursing the little angel (as she called her nephew) and playing with him.
At the altar of the Lysogorsk church there was a chapel over the grave of the little princess, and in the chapel a marble monument brought from Italy was erected, depicting an angel spreading his wings and preparing to ascend to heaven. The angel's upper lip was slightly raised, as if he was about to smile, and one day Prince Andrei and Princess Marya, leaving the chapel, admitted to each other that it was strange, the face of this angel reminded them of the face of a deceased woman. But what was even stranger, and what Prince Andrei did not tell his sister, was that in the expression that the artist accidentally gave to the face of the angel, Prince Andrei read the same words of meek reproach that he then read on the face of his dead wife: “Oh, why did you do this to me?..."
Soon after the return of Prince Andrei, the old prince separated his son and gave him Bogucharovo, a large estate located 40 miles from Bald Mountains. Partly because of the difficult memories associated with Bald Mountains, partly because Prince Andrei did not always feel able to bear his father’s character, and partly because he needed solitude, Prince Andrei took advantage of Bogucharov, built there and spent most of his time there. time.
Prince Andrei, after the Austerlitz campaign, firmly decided never to serve again in military service; and when the war began, and everyone had to serve, he, in order to get rid of active service, accepted a position under his father in collecting the militia. The old prince and his son seemed to change roles after the 1805 campaign. The old prince, excited by the activity, expected all the best from the real campaign; Prince Andrei, on the contrary, not participating in the war and secretly regretting it in his soul, saw only one bad thing.
On February 26, 1807, the old prince left for the district. Prince Andrei, as for the most part during his father’s absences, remained in Bald Mountains. Little Nikolushka had been unwell for the 4th day. The coachmen who drove the old prince returned from the city and brought papers and letters to Prince Andrei.
The valet with letters, not finding the young prince in his office, went to Princess Marya’s half; but he wasn’t there either. The valet was told that the prince had gone to the nursery.
“Please, your Excellency, Petrusha has come with the papers,” said one of the nanny’s girls, turning to Prince Andrei, who was sitting on a small children’s chair and with trembling hands, frowning, dripping medicine from a glass into a glass half filled with water.
- What's happened? - he said angrily, and carelessly shaking his hand, he poured an extra amount of drops from the glass into the glass. He threw the medicine out of the glass onto the floor and asked for water again. The girl handed it to him.
In the room there was a crib, two chests, two armchairs, a table and a children's table and chair, the one on which Prince Andrei was sitting. The windows were curtained, and one candle was burning on the table, covered with a bound book of music, so that the light would not fall on the crib.
“My friend,” Princess Marya said, turning to her brother from the crib where she stood, “it’s better to wait... after...
“Oh, do me a favor, you keep talking nonsense, you’ve been waiting for everything - so you’ve waited,” said Prince Andrei in an embittered whisper, apparently wanting to prick his sister.
“My friend, it’s better not to wake him up, he fell asleep,” the princess said in a pleading voice.
Prince Andrei stood up and, on tiptoe, approached the crib with a glass.
– Or definitely not to wake you up? – he said hesitantly.
“As you wish, right... I think... as you wish,” said Princess Marya, apparently timid and ashamed that her opinion had triumphed. She pointed out to her brother the girl who was calling him in a whisper.
It was the second night that they both did not sleep, caring for the boy who was burning in the heat. All these days, not trusting their home doctor and waiting for the one for whom they had been sent to the city, they took this or that remedy. Exhausted by insomnia and anxious, they dumped their grief on each other, reproached each other and quarreled.
“Petrusha with papers from daddy,” the girl whispered. - Prince Andrei came out.
- Well, what is there! - he said angrily, and after listening to verbal orders from his father and taking the envelopes and his father’s letter, he returned to the nursery.

Our

Revolvers, peak of popularity 1999

The group formed in 1999 and blew up the charts with their first single, “You Are the Only One for Me.” By the way, the group was put together by Sergei Zhukov. He generally has an eye for talent - the Factor 2 group also appeared thanks to Zhukov.

Natasha Galla moved to New York for permanent residence, performs in the "5Stars Cabaret Show". Last year she gave birth to her first child, son Leo. Have a boyfriend

The group was formed in 2004 and actively delighted us with its creativity until 2013. Then the group was disbanded and another team was recruited, which included Lukeria Ilyashenko. I already wrote about this, but how not to repeat such news?

The old cast, entirely graduates of choreographic classes, despite the repertoire, looked more or less sane. Doesn't save Lukeria ballet school, she and her other members look cheap and vulgar.

They even perform to old plywood recorded by the previous band

  • Anastasia Donets (Rostov region, Novopoltavsky village).
He was one of the lucky one hundred invited to the next stage of selection at a hotel near Moscow, but dropped out after a dance competition. After the project, he continued to actively conquer domestic show business. He was involved in organizing concerts and collaborated with Laima Vaikule for a long time as a backing vocalist in her show.
  • Vladislav Oganov (Moscow). In the project I made it into the top 100, but then was eliminated in the first selection. Just like Panayotov and Chernyshova, the next year he went to conquer the “People’s Artist” project, but there he could only get into the top thirty.
  • Anton Yampolsky (later participated in the fourth season of the TV project “Star Factory”). I was among the top ten finalists for the project.
  • Olga Makovetskaya. Subsequently she became a famous singer with a solo program. She was among the top ten finalists for the project.
  • Pavel Isaev. The only participant who managed to outwit all the organizers of the project without exception and get into the hundred finalists while being seventeen years old. Pavel indicated a date of birth different from his passport in three different forms.

The finalists of the reality show “Become a Star” criticize “People’s Artist” and are preparing for a second breakthrough. On the eve of Student Day, the first graduates of the first in history visited Kuzbass Russian television project for sculpting stars in real time - the group “Other Rules”, especially loved by our fellow countrymen thanks to Roman Beresnev, a student in the department of pop directing at KemGUKI.

Roma is a diligent student and, despite permanent job in the capital, regularly appears at his native university. Whatever you say, no one has canceled the session yet. So this time, after a performance at the Volna cultural and entertainment complex, student Beresnev sat down with his books and actively prepared for the exams for a whole week. Which, however, did not stop the MK correspondent from meeting with the four “others” and finding out from them last news. And, in particular, ask the question that worries everyone: “Where did Zhannette and Karina go? And why did the new soloist Sonya Ignatova join the already familiar Alena Selezneva, Alexei Ignatov and Roma Beresnev?”
Novel: There is an explanation for everything. The fact is that after parting with our first producer Alexander Shulgin, we had a change in composition. This happened almost a year ago, I just came new producer Egor Negin, who decided to change the composition, brought new material, made stylistic adjustments, etc. This is how it appeared new girl Sonya. We grow, we change. And so then they perceived what was happening quite adequately.
“MK”: Weren’t you worried? After all, you were together from the first day and always the five of you...
Novel:
We've calmed down a little now. But the sediment still remained. Yes, it's a little disappointing. But, thank God, we survived this period.
“MK”: Do you know what the ex-“others” are doing now?
Alexei:
We still have friendly relations. We meet often and talk on the phone. Zhanna auditioned for New Wave 2004 in Jurmala. But, unfortunately, it didn’t work out. And Karina is currently organizing her personal life (and also, as far as MK has learned, is participating in the new project “Diva” - author).
“MK”: Why did you break up with Shulgin? There are still a lot of rumors about this...
Novel:
Initially, we had an agreement with him to release one album and one video. And so it happened in the end: the album “Fly!” was released, which Shulgin and composer Evgeny Kuritsyn wrote for us, and two videos - “Fly! Run!” and "Opera". When the contract ended, we went our separate ways mutual consent. Still on good terms. In general, Shulgin is very interesting and cool. A man with a very clear own opinion, which is almost impossible to challenge. And if you try, you will fail.
“MK”: Who determines the musical policy of the group today?
Alexei:
We ourselves! We are currently in a transition period, because, naturally, it is not easy to change the composition and image. Yes, we had a seasonal producer, but on our own initiative we parted ways with him ( we're talking about about Mr. Negin - author).
Alyona: We work according to the Western principle - there the artists themselves choose with whom to work. Same Madonna - she changes producers according to her mood.
"MK": Not a bad comparison...
Alexei:
Well, you need to strive for the best! It’s more interesting to work with people who invest something new in you...
Alyona: At the moment, we have already recorded and are ready to release our second album. And for now everything depends on our record company (today “Other Rules” is bound by obligations with “www.records” - author). When she decides to launch a new PR campaign, then you will see our new disc. We hope that this will happen in the spring. In the meantime, we are actively giving concerts.
"MK": I would like to know more about your new soloist
Sonya:
I was born in Moscow, sang in the choir since childhood, participated in various projects, three years before “Other Rules” I was a member of the girl group “Party”. So I’ve been on stage for a very long time. Previously, she combined singing with modeling. But now I’ve definitely decided.
Novel: In fact, Sonya is very good girl. Charismatic is very important. Beauty, talent, voice - she has it all. The four of us worked very well together. Today we have the same strong family as before. Remember Japanese transforming toys? Which are going to form one big giant? It’s the same with “Other Rules”: when we are together, we are a giant!
“MK”: I wonder how you evaluate the latest “star” projects of Russian television?
Alexei:
Both “People’s Artists” were made by the same team as our own project “Become a Star”. But, compared to what we had, “People’s Artist” is much angrier. In my opinion. First of all, this concerns the statements of the jury towards the contestants. There was a pleasant, friendly atmosphere at Become a Star. Of course, there was nervousness and emotional tension, but I don’t like that now, on “People’s Artist,” this tension is achieved by some not very pure methods.
Alyona: We know the behind the scenes of this project, and we know why the jury members speak as they do. Yes, of course, we need to create a show, but still not so cruel.
Alexei: And also, you know, we are against any competition between “Become a Star”, “Star Factory”, “ People's Artist" and so on. This is absolutely different ways revealing talents, despite the fact that this is all a reality show. Although now, it seems to me, the audience is already fed up with them, the ratings are falling. Naturally, what we saw in Lately, this is already too much.
“MK”: At the end of the interview, a logical question for Roma: has Kemerovo changed while you were away?
Novel:
I don't know if it's for the better or for the worse, but he's definitely changed. Not even the city itself, but the setting. Maybe this is a view from the outside, from a person who has lived in Moscow, at a different pace, with different faces. Kemerovo is a nice, cozy city, very green in summer. For me, Kemerovo is home! It's always very good here.
