Multimedia presentations make it possible to present educational and developmental material as a system of vivid supporting images filled with comprehensive structured information in an algorithmic order. The use of ICT is very important not only for mastering musical material, but also for enhancing cognitive activity, realizing the child’s creative potential, cultivating interest in musical culture, and forming the spiritual world. I consider vocal work to be one of the most important areas in my teaching work. I begin all my musical lessons with vocal greetings. Thanks to this, children smoothly transition and tune in to music lessons. I think it is necessary to develop in children the ability to listen to others and own performance. To do this, I often use a microphone and backing tracks of various children's songs.
Traditionally, I begin a musical lesson with musical-rhythmic movements. I increasingly use audio recordings or video recordings (DVD), this makes my work easier, since at the time of learning I am not sitting at the piano, but can show musical movement or correct someone. I can record new movements on video where children watch a beautiful show. And in class the children watch and try to do the same. This is how I achieve expressive, high-quality execution of movements, and make sure that children accurately convey the features of a particular work. This technique develops memory and attention in students, because information is transmitted in an attractive form, which not only speeds up memorization, but also makes it meaningful and long-lasting.

The use of a computer in a preschool institution has significantly revitalized joint educational activities with children. Computer technologies expand the capabilities of a music director in presenting musical and didactic material provided educational program preschool institution. It is very important that the music director, using ICT, has the additional opportunity to transmit visual information to children.

Music classes using ICT enhance preschoolers’ cognitive interest in music and activate children’s attention, as new motives for mastering the proposed material appear. In such classes, children are usually more active in joint discussion of a piece of music. Musical activity becomes more meaningful, harmonious and effective.
The tasks of musical education are carried out through several types of musical activities: listening to music, singing, musical-rhythmic movements, musical didactic games, playing children's musical instruments.

So, in the “Listening to Music” section I use computer presentations, which I either create myself or find on the Internet. They make it possible to enrich the process of emotional-imaginative cognition, evoke a desire to listen to a piece of music repeatedly, and help to remember for a long time a piece of music proposed for listening. Presentations are indispensable when introducing children to the work of composers; in this case, bright portraits and photographs attract children’s attention, develop cognitive activity, and diversify children’s impressions.

Singing occupies a leading place in the system of musical and aesthetic education of preschool children. This type of activity also involves the use of new information technologies. Thus, the condition for good diction and expressive singing is to understand the meaning of the words, musical image songs, so I created electronic illustrations for various songs that needed explanation of the lyrics. For example, in the song “Winter Has Passed,” the meaning of the words “groove” and “ravines” is unclear to children; in the song “Sunny Drops” we clarify the concept of “drops,” so I suggest looking at the illustrations for the song that help them understand the meaning of the words.

The use of ICT when performing musical and rhythmic exercises and various dances helps children accurately follow the teacher’s instructions and perform movements expressively.

High-quality performance of dance compositions is facilitated by watching special video discs, for example, “Dance School for Children + Children's Multi-Disco” for children from 2 years old. The process of learning dances using educational video discs becomes fun and takes less time than with verbal explanations of dance movements and exercises.

All this allows you to diversify leisure activities, attract the attention of children, cause an emotional uplift, and create a joyful mood. I use a computer to select musical accompaniment for holidays, entertainment, musical activities and writing scripts, constructs, musical scores, designing educational games and others teaching materials and to generalize experience, etc.

I use multimedia presentations at holidays (Defender of the Fatherland Day “Bogatyr Power”, March 8 “Through the Mouth of a Baby”, May 9 “They Fought for the Motherland”, school graduation, entertainment (quiz on the fairy tales of A. S. Pushkin, “Festival folk games”and others, in educational activities (“Kindness in life and music”, “Country of Politeness”, etc., additional education(“Carols”, “Maslenitsa”, etc.).

So, when getting acquainted with the design music corner in a kindergarten group, teachers watch a colorful photo presentation showing various options the location of musical instruments in the group, a video exhibition of homemade musical toys for independent musical activities of children in the group is presented. On pedagogical councils I present multimedia presentations on the topics “One day in the life of a kindergarten”, “Experimental activities - A child in the world of sounds”, “Health-saving technologies in the work of a preschool music director”, etc.
ICTs make it possible to present documentation in an accessible form for educators, specialists and administration (consultations, monitoring analysis, familiarization with the annual long-term plan and a report on the work done).

When working with parents, I use the kindergarten website, where I post consultations, photographs from events, achievements of pupils, etc. I widely use ICT for musical and visual decoration of holidays and entertainment, at parent meetings, to prepare materials on problems music education children to their parents' corners. And what is especially important, ICT technologies provide great opportunities for processing and storing musical material.
However, a preschool teacher who uses ICT technologies in his work with children must always remember a sense of proportion. After all, the use of modern computer technologies in the musical education of preschool children is only an additional means for achieving the goals and objectives set for the music director of the kindergarten. And the values of direct communication with the teacher and live music for children remain undeniable.
