Arman's wife is 11 years younger than him. Having paid his civic duty to his homeland, Davletyarov returned to the capital. Having a military ID in hand, he easily entered the Law University. Arman Davletyarov can hardly be called a gentle and complaisant person. After an unsuccessful first love, the young man devoted himself entirely to personal development. This went on for a long time, until his mother finally got tired of the current situation. She decided to find a bride for her son on her own. Her short search soon ended in success. The future daughter-in-law turned out to be eleven years younger than the groom.

We have not had such words for a long time ... I have been working on the channel for more than 10 years, and this practice is not on MUZ-TV. If some conversations go, then it's just gossips. The channel earns only on advertising that we sell, on program sponsorship. We have a whole department that is looking for young performers: they are looking for today's popular music on the Internet, and if it is within the bounds of decency, then what we can afford to put on the air, we put it on and try it. We give our audience the opportunity to choose, keep abreast of what is fashionable today and what is popular with viewers today. All over the world, not only in Russia.

I have not been asked such questions for a long time, because friendship is friendship, and work is work. We have a maximum rotation - 3-4 times a day, it includes clips that are at the top of the hit parade today. If Dima Bilan's clip "Hold" is in the first place, it means that we have it in hot rotation. If Sergey Lazarev's "So Beautiful" is in the first place, it means that he is in our rotation. And we can’t afford more, and more is needed, because the broadcast is not rubber, there are many artists, and we want the broadcast to be dynamic, diverse and interesting for our viewers.

The stars of show business speak very well of you, which in itself is a rarity. Tell me how you manage to find with everyone mutual language?

Well, it’s not always necessary to find a common language with everyone, and in general, I think that you can’t be with everyone in friendly relations. You have a close relationship with someone, there are close friends, with someone you are just in a working relationship, with someone you communicate little or not at all. There are nice people, there are unpleasant ones, as, probably, in any profession. It's just that here you need to prioritize all the time and not forget that I run a music channel, and our relationship does not affect whether you appear on the air or not. Therefore, when someone accuses me of having a certain pool of artists, this is not true. There are only those stars or artists who have material that is in demand today, and, accordingly, it is on our air. And, of course, I argue with our colleagues, and we have scandalous situations even when we are accused of something, but when you work with creative people For many years, as I have, I already understand that many things do not need to be paid attention to.

I mean, I compare it like a child. Here I have small children, and here they are playing in the sandbox. I tell them: “Come on, don’t touch it, now the kaka will get into your mouth,” but he still grabs this stick, falls, then cries, comes up to me. Or I take away this wand - dad is bad, and starts to beat me with his hands. I don't hate the child. It's the same with artists. They are emotional. He did not receive a plate of the MUZ-TV award - MUZ-TV is bad, everything is bought from them there. A month passed, a couple of weeks, cooled down, calls: well, I'm sorry, got excited. You need to love what you do, love your job, love the colleagues you work with. At least, if not love, then treat them with respect. And here the key to my success in relationships is quite banal and simple. Do not demand anything in return for what you do to them. You do not in terms of some kind of work, but the fact that I am sincere, honest in relations with them, without sycophancy, unnecessary words. Maybe that's why they appreciate me.

What does quality music mean to you, what kind of music do you like to listen to? Not something that you have to listen to every day, but for the soul?

In order not to invent, just open my phone. What do I have here? My collection is very different. Here are my playlists. Now I will show you. Here, for example, Mitya Zheleznyak "I'm afraid. I love." This is a completely unknown artist, I found him yesterday, listened to the song, liked it, downloaded it. Then I have Yura Shatunov "White Roses", "Gray Night", Murat Nasyrov - all his albums, Kairat Nurtas, Enrique Iglesias, Sergey Lazarev, Craig David. Well, branded artists have gone further, starting from Selena Gomez. Well, you see everything. There is Loboda, and Barsky, and Drake, and Weekend, and "Silver", and Philip Kirkorov, Adele. In a word, different music - from Stas Mikhailov and Shatunov to Adele and Bieber.

You said that you are very satisfied with the content of MUZ-TV. All content? Bands like the Singing Underpants don't get on the air?

We don't have Singing Underpants on the air. We are very careful in our selection. musical material. I may not like after a while the television program that we put on the air, because I see that there are some points that can still be worked on. But the product that is on the air today, it fully corresponds to what should be. Maybe I do not agree with everything, but there is a large team of my colleagues for this. After all, this is not the channel of Arman Davletyarov and my favorite songs and programs, this is the national music channel of Russia, here everything is fashionable, relevant, modern, so that our viewers not only listen and watch good music, but we also try to instill in him, and not completely impose different music, different directions to give him the right to choose.

- Award MUZ-TV "Gravity" in Astana was very pompous, only the weather failed. Is there any idea to hold another similar event in Astana?

We don't have that in our plans. But it was really bright an important event in the lives of not only Kazakhstanis, but also all those guests who came to the MUZ-TV award - more than 1000 people: artists, producers, famous people Russia and beyond. The way we were met there, what attitude we had towards the guests, towards the award itself, this will forever remain in the hearts of not only the organizers, but also our stars, who, of course, remember this hurricane and the rain. I was heard higher power- and everything worked out for us, and I would like to once again, taking this opportunity, say thanks a lot to all Kazakhstanis for your attention, for your warmth, for your hospitality, and I would like to say special thanks to Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev for his support, for his attention to the MUZ-TV award. There are no plans yet. We left Moscow once, I don't plan to do it again.

It was our decision, the decision of the MUZ-TV channel. At one time, you had a program called "Always your Arman Davletyarov" on the Khabar TV channel. It was a one-time action, are you planning any other programs in Kazakhstan?

The program was broadcast not only on "Khabar" - and on the channel "Kazakhstan", on 3-4 channels the program was released. To date, I have filmed another series of programs, they are also called "Always your Arman Davletyarov", and there are new heroes, very interesting characters: Grigory Leps, Mikhail Galustyan, Polina Gagarina, Vladislav Tretyak and so on. We are talking there not only about the work and life of these artists and athletes, we talk a lot about Kazakhstan, about Astana. As soon as we finish working on a cycle of these programs, we will immediately decide on the channel where it will be on the air.

- Tell us, what was it like working with Murat Nasyrov?

Just a few days ago I had his daughter Mia in the office. She looks so much like him: with glasses, with the same haircut, just one face. We spent time with her, I talked with her with such pleasure, she’s a real blood Murat, she grew up, and I see her periodically with a large interval, maybe once a year. We remembered Murat a lot and talked about these moments when he took his first steps, how difficult it was. Of course, he is a very talented and amazing vocalist, artist, and today's many of our stars need to follow the example of Murat Nasyrov - it is his dedication, his attitude to work, his professionalism. It's a pity that he left early, but he left a big mark on musical history, and not only for the audience, but also for their colleagues. I told his daughter that it was not easy to work with him. In general, it is simply impossible to work with creative people, especially talented ones. He is a person, I am a person, and we always found a scythe on a stone, but at the same time we worked together all the time, with the exception of some small period. And she asked me why? Well, because I was in love with his work, I loved what he did so much, and with all my heart I was sick and tried to do everything to make his work, his songs heard by people, heard in our country, in Kazakhstan. Murat, accordingly, understood all this, he did not like it when he brought the song, and I said: this is not a hit, I don’t like it. He was naturally indignant, because he worked on this song for several days or months. But in fact, we treated each other with respect, and we simply did not pay attention to any nuances that arose.

You were the producer of the closing of the Asian Games in Almaty. There is an opinion that Kazakhstani business is special and needs to be sustained. Did you have any problems?

I wouldn't say he's special. The pace in Kazakhstan is a little different. If we are in Moscow all the time running somewhere, in the morning I woke up and ran, and all the time you are in some kind of race - in a good way, in a bad way - I can’t say anymore, because we are already used to it. But in Kazakhstan, everything is still a little measured, people are calmer, they communicate differently. When you come to a meeting, we have - hello, shook hands, and then a conversation about work. You will definitely be asked questions there: how did you fly, how did you settle in, is everything okay. And at first, of course, it cut my ear and even didn’t like it a little somewhere, because we waste time on unnecessary conversations. But this is respect and attitude towards the guest, and I think that this is right. And now, when they come to meet me, I also communicate, ask questions, because we are all people, and each of us would like attention, respect and good relationship. It doesn't matter if you met for 15-20 minutes or for two hours, you hold the position of CEO or just a correspondent. Here you need to learn to respect people and treat them the way you would like to be treated. Simple trite phrases, but this is so important in dealing with people, we often forget about it.

- Are you planning any other projects in Kazakhstan?

I am happy to go there. There are several projects where I take part and help to make them. I would not talk about it now, because some projects are under development, some projects are already ready. But it is better to talk about them when people see them. Of course, I am mostly busy here, after all, a round-the-clock national music channel, a lot of our big events that we do in Russia, in Moscow, plus I have big family and would like to devote more time to them. But everything connected with Kazakhstan, of course, is dear to me, close, it is my own. This is forever in my heart.

In many interviews, you told how you traveled the path, how you dreamed of becoming a lawyer, but became a producer. So it wasn't your dream?

Well, how can a guy from the village dream of becoming a producer, especially in those days? I didn't even know that word.

- Is it possible to say that life knows better what a person needs, in your case?

Let's say it differently. When you do not know what to do, for this you need to start all the time, try. I worked as a joiner and carpenter, and as a master of industrial training, and gave lectures, and worked at a construction site, so all these areas, of course, gave me a certain life experience, but it happened in my life, an incident happened that changed my life, I don’t regret it. Therefore, in order for this incident to occur in your life, for this you first need to leave the house. If you live in a village - buy a ticket, go to the city, go to the theater, cinema, to some exhibition. If you live in the city, wear new suit, Nice dress and just go for a walk, go to places where you usually have not been. At least start with this. I usually get asked the question, where do I start? Start by getting up off the couch and moving around.

You have lived in Russia all your life, but your parents have preserved Kazakh traditions. How is this going on in your family now? Will you choose brides for your sons yourself, as your mother did?

It is very important to preserve the traditions of your people. It so happened that we live in Russia, our historical homeland is Kazakhstan, we are Kazakhs by nationality, but I have been early age, being still a child, always heard the Kazakh language. Kazakh customs and traditions, holidays, all national dishes, feasts have always been observed in our house. And today, here in Moscow, of course, for every holiday in our family, there must be Kazakh dishes on the table. As long as we know, keep and observe our customs, know our history, we have a future. And I tell my children about it, my parents talked about it, it is very important.

- Well, what about the brides?

Yes, at least that's what I plan to do. Every time we gather at the table, I say to them in a joking manner: when you grow up, boys, dad and mom will find you beautiful Kazakhs. They are silent. The eldest, who is already 12, once asked: why you? I answered: because we love you so much and wish you happiness, that, probably, only dad and mom can find you the only one with whom you will live your whole life. You see, it happened in my life, in the life of your grandmother, your uncle, and in general, I think that this is a good tradition. But, as they say, we propose, but God disposes. I don’t know how it will turn out in 10 years, if they are against it, of course, I won’t insist if they meet that one themselves, they want to create their own relationship, their own life. My task is for them to preserve our Kazakh roots, so that they know our customs, know the language and be happy and healthy.

They don't know him as much as I do. I will not dissemble, I cannot say that I know well Kazakh language, but every day I speak with my mother only in Kazakh. This only person, with whom I speak Kazakh every day, my wife and I also speak Kazakh at home, but only when we want to hide something from the children, keep secrets. I have already found a camp in Almaty for them to learn the Kazakh language and live there.
