Group other rules Alexey Ignatov what happened. Other rules where participants

The finalists of the reality show “Become a Star” criticize “People’s Artist” and are preparing for a second breakthrough. On the eve of Student Day, the first graduates of the first in history visited Kuzbass Russian television project for sculpting stars in real time - the group “Other Rules”, especially loved by our fellow countrymen thanks to Roman Beresnev, a student in the department of pop directing at KemGUKI.

Roma is a diligent student and, despite permanent job in the capital, regularly appears at his native university. Whatever you say, no one has canceled the session yet. So this time, after a performance at the Volna cultural and entertainment complex, student Beresnev sat down with his books and actively prepared for the exams for a whole week. Which, however, did not stop the MK correspondent from meeting with the four “others” and finding out from them last news. And, in particular, ask the question that worries everyone: “Where did Zhannette and Karina go? And why did the new soloist Sonya Ignatova join the already familiar Alena Selezneva, Alexei Ignatov and Roma Beresnev?”
Novel: There is an explanation for everything. The fact is that after parting with our first producer Alexander Shulgin, we had a change in composition. This happened almost a year ago, a new producer Egor Negin just came, who decided to change the line-up, brought new material, made stylistic adjustments, etc. This is how a new girl, Sonya, appeared. We grow, we change. And so then they perceived what was happening quite adequately.
“MK”: Weren’t you worried? After all, you were together from the first day and always the five of you...
Novel:
We've calmed down a little now. But the sediment still remained. Yes, it's a little disappointing. But, thank God, we survived this period.
“MK”: Do you know what the ex-“others” are doing now?
Alexei:
We still have friendly relations. We meet often and talk on the phone. Zhanna auditioned for New Wave 2004 in Jurmala. But, unfortunately, it didn’t work out. And Karina is currently organizing her personal life (and also, as far as MK has learned, is participating in the new project “Diva” - author).
“MK”: Why did you break up with Shulgin? There are still a lot of rumors about this...
Novel:
Initially, we had an agreement with him to release one album and one video. And so it happened in the end: the album “Fly!” was released, which Shulgin and composer Evgeny Kuritsyn wrote for us, and two videos - “Fly! Run!” and "Opera". When the contract ended, we went our separate ways mutual consent. Still in good relations. In general, Shulgin is very interesting and cool. A person with a very clear opinion of his own, which is almost impossible to challenge. And if you try, you will fail.
“MK”: Who determines the musical policy of the group today?
Alexei:
We ourselves! We are currently in a transition period, because, naturally, it is not easy to change the composition and image. Yes, we had a seasonal producer, but on our own initiative we parted with him (we are talking about Mr. Negin - author).
Alyona: We work according to the Western principle - there the artists themselves choose with whom to work. Same Madonna - she changes producers according to her mood.
"MK": Not a bad comparison...
Alexei:
Well, you need to strive for the best! It’s more interesting to work with people who invest something new in you...
Alyona: At the moment, we have already recorded and are ready to release our second album. And for now everything depends on our record company (today “Other Rules” is bound by obligations with “www.records” - author). When she decides to launch a new PR campaign, then you will see our new disc. We hope that this will happen in the spring. In the meantime, we are actively giving concerts.
"MK": I would like to know more about your new soloist
Sonya:
I was born in Moscow, sang in the choir since childhood, participated in various projects, three years before “Other Rules” I was a member of the girl group “Party”. So I’ve been on stage for a very long time. Previously, she combined singing with modeling. But now I’ve definitely decided.
Novel: In fact, Sonya is a very good girl. Charismatic is very important. Beauty, talent, voice - she has it all. The four of us worked very well together. Today we have the same strong family as before. Remember Japanese transforming toys? Which are going to form one big giant? It’s the same with “Other Rules”: when we are together, we are a giant!
“MK”: I wonder how you evaluate the latest “star” projects of Russian television?
Alexei:
Both “People’s Artists” were made by the same team as our own project “Become a Star”. But, compared to what we had, “ National artist"much angrier. In my opinion. First of all, this concerns the statements of the jury towards the contestants. There was a pleasant, friendly atmosphere at Become a Star. Of course, there was nervousness and emotional tension, but I don’t like that now, on “People’s Artist,” this tension is achieved by some not very pure methods.
Alyona: We know the behind the scenes of this project, and we know why the jury members speak as they do. Yes, of course, we need to create a show, but still not so cruel.
Alexei: And also, you know, we are against any competition between “Become a Star”, “Star Factory”, “People’s Artist” and so on. This is absolutely different ways revealing talents, despite the fact that this is all a reality show. Although now, it seems to me, the audience is already fed up with them, the ratings are falling. Naturally, what we saw in Lately, this is already too much.
“MK”: At the end of the interview, a logical question for Roma: has Kemerovo changed while you were away?
Novel:
I don't know if it's for the better or for the worse, but he's definitely changed. Not even the city itself, but the setting. Maybe this is a view from the outside, from a person who has lived in Moscow, at a different pace, with different faces. Kemerovo is a nice, cozy city, very green in summer. For me, Kemerovo is home! It's always very good here.

"Other Rules" is a group that was incredibly popular in the early 2000s. Do you know the first and last names of the team members? Or maybe you are interested in their biography? The necessary information is in the article. We wish you pleasant reading!

History of creation

In September 2002, the “Be a Star” musical project, an analogue of the world-famous PopStars show, was launched on the Rossiya TV channel. Thousands of ordinary girls and boys came to the casting, coming from different parts of our country. In the end, only three dozen participants were selected. They had to live under the guns of cameras for several months, attend classes with choreographers and vocal masters, and also perform at reporting concerts.

“Other Rules” is a group created as part of the “Become a Star” project. It united 5 young, talented and ambitious performers (three girls and two boys). It's time to name them. The group featured: Roma Beresnev, Zhannette Kavesa, Alexey Ignatov, Alena Selezneva and Karina Akhmetzaripova.

The team reached the final and was declared the winner of the show. Song “Fly! Run!” appealed to millions of Russian listeners. The guys left the “star house”. But their career did not end there; on the contrary, it continued.

The names and surnames of the “Other Rules” team were announced above. Now let's take a quick look at their biography.

Jeannette Kawesa

The attractive mulatto was born in 1981 in Moscow. From the age of 5 she participated in music competitions and festivals. She never studied vocals. I just loved to sing. And here music school Jeannette graduated. For several years the mulatto studied piano. The teachers praised her. The girl also graduated from the academic school at the Moscow Conservatory.

Jeannette's main calling is music. “Other Rules” is the project that allowed her to show her abilities and realize herself creatively. But in 2003 she left the team to pursue solo career.

Alena Selezneva

She was born in 1985 in the town of Tosno, in the Leningrad region. Since childhood, I studied ballroom dancing and attended a music studio. Alena participated in various competitions and programs, including the famous “Morning Star”.

Roman Beresnev

This fashionable and smiling guy was born in Dresden (Germany). A few months later his family returned to Russia. At the age of 9, Roman was accepted into the troupe children's theater, to the vocal department. After some time, he began to participate in local and regional amateur competitions. Often the boy took prizes.

Karina Akhmetzaripova

A native of Ufa, since childhood she dreamed of becoming famous singer. Her parents (musicians) fully supported their daughter. From the age of 5, Karina attended a vocal studio. Thanks to perseverance and great talent, she managed to get first into the “Become a Star” project, and then into the “Other Rules” team. The group turned out to be bright and united.

Alexey Ignatov

Born in 1976 in Moscow. WITH early years the boy was engaged in dancing and music. He mastered instruments such as the balalaika and guitar. In April 2016, Alexey left this world. The circumstances of his death have not been disclosed. Ignatov left behind a son and wife.

Performances

In 2003, the guys released debut album“Fly! Run! The entire circulation was sold out in a matter of days by fans of the “Other Rules” group. The band members gave several concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

But I had to wait a while with touring activities. What is this connected with? Have people really stopped buying tickets to concerts of the group “Other Rules”? The composition of the group changed in 2003. This did not happen in one day. First, Jeannette announced her resignation. Then Karina followed her example. The remaining guys had to urgently look for a replacement. In the end, they took only one girl - Sofia Ignatova, the former lead singer of the Party group. With her appearance, the team received a second wind. Together with Alena, the team recorded the album “Push Off - We Attract.” It turned out to be quite successful.

Finally

“Other Rules” is a group that has made a certain contribution to the development of Russian pop music. All the guys who performed as part of this group are talented performers and comprehensively developed personalities. We wish them further success and happiness in their personal lives!

Story

Rules

Before the start of the project, three months of auditions were held over two days, during which the jury reviewed several thousand applicants in the cities of Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Moscow. Even older people came to the casting. In total, 8,000 people took part in the project.

On the first day, 2 songs were listened to without musical accompaniment. Those who were accepted to Day 2 had to prepare several of the 10 proposed songs and demonstrate their ability to dance.

The selection was made by three judges:

  • DJ of the BBC Russian Service Seva Novgorodtsev
  • producer Alexey Makarevich
  • famous journalist, director and TV presenter Fyokla Tolstaya

100 people were invited to the 2nd round in Moscow. All qualifying rounds were filmed and shown on the Rossiya channel.

Participants

  • "Other rules":
    • Roman Beresnev
    • Alena Selezneva
    • Alexey Ignatov (December 3 - April 7)
    • Karina Akhmetzaripova
    • Jeannette Kawesa
  • Maxim Sharafutdinov (Kazan). Finalist (now the famous presenter of “News” on Channel One).
  • Alexander Panayotov. I was among the top ten finalists for the project. Subsequently, he participated in the “People’s Artist” project of the Rossiya channel, where he took second place.
  • Kirill Sharafutdinov (Kazan). Brother of Maxim Sharafutdinov, who went through several stages of casting, but was eliminated before reaching the top fifty. One of the founder and artistic directors popular band Jukebox Trio.
  • Katya Ryabina (Moscow). Finalist. At the very end, the judges did not choose her among the top five, considering her an artist created exclusively for a solo career.
  • Kamilla Tutaeva (Kazan). A very unusual participant with a distinctive appearance. During the project I tried to stay with the “Kazan crowd”. She was among the lucky ones invited to Moscow, where she went through several stages of the competition in a country hotel and reached fifty. She left the project along with another bright participant from Kazan, Kirill Sharafutdinov.
  • Ksenia Bykova (Rostov). One of the brightest and scandalous participants project. Reached the top thirty. I remember her open negative statements regarding other contestants. She sang in the same group with another participant and semi-finalist of the project, Elmira Gubaidulina.
  • Igor Shiyanov (Stavropol). Reached the semi-finals, but did not make it to the top ten finalists.
  • Rezeda Marselevna Akhmedova (Kazan). A girl with a “flowery” name, as one of the judges called her. Rezeda successfully passed the casting in Kazan and already at the preliminary stages of the competition she sang not in a duet, but in a quartet. She was invited to a country hotel along with hundreds of lucky people from all over the country, but after the first test (performing the hit “Paint Fair” in the top five), she got lost in the crowd and was expelled.
  • Agnia Pasechnik (Kazan). Subsequently she worked as a VJ on the Muz-TV channel. I reached twenty in the project.
  • Pynina Dina ( Nizhny Novgorod). The “biggest” participant in the project. After successfully passing the casting in her city, she was invited to the next stage of the project in Moscow with the condition that she would try to lose as much weight as possible. However, the jury considered that not only did she not lose weight, but on the contrary, she gained more weight and after the next dance stage of the competition, she left the project.
  • Sokolov Oleg (Moscow). Reached the top fifty. Received the nickname “Yampolsky’s shadow” from the film crew of the project, as he always followed the “shadow” of another prominent participant in the project, Anton Yampolsky.
  • Platonova Zhanna (Moscow). She successfully passed the Moscow casting and was among hundreds of lucky people from all over the country who got to the next stage of casting at a country hotel. However, then her nerves began to fail her and after the next stage Zhanna fell ill in her room and was almost taken away by an ambulance, but Zhanna still decided to continue the fight. She made it to thirty and was expelled after an interview test, where she answered a journalist’s question that giving up smoking was a heroic feat for her.
  • Anastasia Donets ( Rostov region, Novopoltavsky village). Despite the fact that Anastasia did not even make it to the top twenty semi-finalists, she was certainly remembered by all viewers of the project without exception, and at the final gala concert she received a trip to Paris as the audience choice prize.
  • Andrey Lysyakov (Kazan). I got into the project on my second try. Having not passed the casting in his city, he followed the film crew further. As a result, the jury members recognized him and allowed him into the competition. Andrey was one of the hundred participants invited to Moscow. He constantly communicated and stayed with the so-called “Kazan crowd” of the project (the Sharafutdinov brothers, Kamilla Tutaeva, Elmira Gubaidulina, Ksenia Bykova). The author of the words of a kind of anthem for the project, created in collaboration with Kirill Sharafutdinov, which the participants performed at the final stage of the competition, when twenty applicants remained for a place in the group. He was invited to Moscow, where, like the band members, he signed a contract with a record company as the author of the song “Sing like the last time.”
  • Robert Pertaya (St. Petersburg). Made it to the top thirty. He stood out from all the other participants with his small stature and fatness, but despite this he moved well and stayed in the project longer than all the overweight people.
  • Elmira Gubaidulina (Rostov)
  • Dmitry Deryabin (Moscow). He received the nickname “bright red Dmitry.” Just like another participant in the project, Roman Beresnev (who eventually ended up in the group), Dmitry has bright red hair. He successfully passed the selection in Moscow and was invited to the next stage of the show in a country hotel. Having successfully completed several stages already there, Dmitry found himself in the top five together with Roman during one of the competition tasks, where the comparison turned out to be not in Deryabin’s favor and as a result he had to leave the project. Made it to the top thirty.
  • Sergey Obosyan (Moscow). On the project he received the nickname “the eternally dissatisfied Sergei.” He actively commented on all the shortcomings of the project organization and the inconveniences of being in isolation. He was one of the lucky one hundred invited to the next stage of selection at a hotel near Moscow, but dropped out after a dance competition. After the project, he continued to actively conquer domestic show business. Was involved in organizing concerts for a long time collaborated with Laima Vaikule as a backing vocalist in her show.
  • Vladislav Oganov (Moscow). In the project I made it into the top 100, but then was eliminated in the first selection. Just like Panayotov and Chernyshova on next year I went to conquer the “People’s Artist” project, but there I could only get into the top thirty.
  • Anton Yampolsky (later participated in the fourth season of the TV project “Star Factory”). I was among the top ten finalists for the project.
  • Olga Makovetskaya. Subsequently she became a famous singer with solo program. She was among the top ten finalists for the project.
  • Pavel Isaev. The only participant who managed to outwit all the organizers of the project without exception and get into the hundred finalists while being seventeen years old. Pavel indicated a date of birth different from his passport in three different forms. Despite this, he was one of the hundred lucky ones invited to Moscow and managed to “survive” several stages already there. However, then the deception was revealed and Pavel left the competition right during rehearsals.
  • Irina Chernyshova (St. Petersburg). She was nicknamed “the always crying Irina.” I got into the top twenty on the project and reached the semi-finals. She reacted extremely emotionally to everything, including her departure from the project. Subsequently, she participated in the first season of the “People’s Artist” project on the Rossiya channel, where she also did not take any prizes.
  • Valentin Knyazev. Now a member of the popular pop group “According to Freud”.

Excerpt describing Become a Star

Boris listened attentively to whoever was speaking, waiting for his turn, but at the same time he managed to look back several times at his neighbor, the beautiful Helen, who with a smile met her eyes several times with the handsome young adjutant.
Quite naturally, speaking about the situation in Prussia, Anna Pavlovna asked Boris to tell his journey to Glogau and the situation in which he found the Prussian army. Boris, slowly, in pure and correct French, told a lot of interesting details about the troops, about the court, throughout his story carefully avoiding stating his opinion about the facts that he conveyed. For some time, Boris captured everyone's attention, and Anna Pavlovna felt that her treat with a new product was received with pleasure by all the guests. Helen showed the most attention to Boris's story. She asked him several times about certain details of his trip and seemed quite interested in the situation of the Prussian army. As soon as he finished, she turned to him with her usual smile:
“Il faut absolument que vous veniez me voir, [It is necessary that you come to see me," she told him in such a tone, as if for some reasons that he could not know, this was absolutely necessary.
– Mariedi entre les 8 et 9 heures. Vous me ferez grand plaisir. [Tuesday, between 8 and 9 o'clock. You will do me great pleasure.] - Boris promised to fulfill her wish and wanted to enter into a conversation with her when Anna Pavlovna called him away under the pretext of her aunt, who wanted to hear him.
“You know her husband, don’t you?” - said Anna Pavlovna, closing her eyes and pointing at Helen with a sad gesture. - Oh, this is such an unfortunate and lovely woman! Don't talk about him in front of her, please don't talk about him. It's too hard for her!

When Boris and Anna Pavlovna returned to the general circle, Prince Ippolit took over the conversation.
He moved forward in his chair and said: Le Roi de Prusse! [The Prussian king!] and having said this, he laughed. Everyone turned to him: Le Roi de Prusse? - asked Ippolit, laughed again and again calmly and seriously sat down in the depths of his chair. Anna Pavlovna waited for him a little, but since Hippolyte decidedly did not seem to want to talk anymore, she began a speech about how the godless Bonaparte stole the sword of Frederick the Great in Potsdam.
“C"est l"epee de Frederic le Grand, que je... [This is the sword of Frederick the Great, which I...] - she began, but Hippolytus interrupted her with the words:
“Le Roi de Prusse...” and again, as soon as he was addressed, he apologized and fell silent. Anna Pavlovna winced. MorteMariet, a friend of Hippolyte, turned decisively to him:
– Voyons a qui en avez vous avec votre Roi de Prusse? [So what about the Prussian king?]
Hippolytus laughed, as if he was ashamed of his laughter.
- Non, ce n "est rien, je voulais dire seulement... [No, nothing, I just wanted to say...] (He intended to repeat the joke that he heard in Vienna, and which he had been planning to put all evening.) Je voulais dire seulement, que nous avons tort de faire la guerre pour le roi de Prusse. [I just wanted to say that we are fighting in vain pour le roi de Prusse. (Untranslatable play on words meaning: “over trifles.”)]
Boris smiled cautiously, so that his smile could be classified as mockery or approval of the joke, depending on how it was received. Everyone laughed.
“Il est tres mauvais, votre jeu de mot, tres spirituel, mais injuste,” said Anna Pavlovna, shaking her wrinkled finger. – Nous ne faisons pas la guerre pour le Roi de Prusse, mais pour les bons principes. Ah, le mechant, ce prince Hippolytel [Your play on words is not good, very clever, but unfair; we are not fighting pour le roi de Prusse (i.e. over trifles), but for good beginnings. Oh, how evil he is, this Prince Hippolyte!],” she said.
The conversation continued throughout the evening, focusing mainly on political news. At the end of the evening, he became especially animated when it came to the awards bestowed by the sovereign.
“After all, last year NN received a snuff box with a portrait,” said l “homme a l” esprit profond, [a man of deep intelligence,] “why can’t SS receive the same award?”
“Je vous demande pardon, une tabatiere avec le portrait de l"Empereur est une recompense, mais point une distinction,” said the diplomat, un cadeau plutot. [Sorry, a snuff box with a portrait of the Emperor is a reward, not a distinction; rather a gift.]
– Il y eu plutot des antecedents, je vous citerai Schwarzenberg. [There were examples - Schwarzenberg.]
“C"est impossible, [This is impossible," the other objected.
- Pari. Le grand cordon, c"est different... [The tape is a different matter...]
When everyone got up to leave, Helen, who had said very little all evening, again turned to Boris with a request and a gentle, significant order that he should be with her on Tuesday.
“I really need this,” she said with a smile, looking back at Anna Pavlovna, and Anna Pavlovna, with the sad smile that accompanied her words when speaking about her high patroness, confirmed Helen’s desire. It seemed that that evening, from some words spoken by Boris about the Prussian army, Helen suddenly discovered the need to see him. She seemed to promise him that when he arrived on Tuesday, she would explain this need to him.
Arriving on Tuesday evening at Helen's magnificent salon, Boris did not receive a clear explanation of why he needed to come. There were other guests, the countess spoke little to him, and only saying goodbye, when he kissed her hand, she, with a strange lack of a smile, unexpectedly, in a whisper, said to him: Venez demain diner... le soir. Il faut que vous veniez… Venez. [Come for dinner tomorrow... in the evening. I need you to come... Come.]
On this visit to St. Petersburg, Boris became a close person in the house of Countess Bezukhova.

The war was flaring up, and its theater was approaching the Russian borders. Curses against the enemy of the human race, Bonaparte, were heard everywhere; Warriors and recruits gathered in the villages, and contradictory news came from the theater of war, false as always and therefore interpreted differently.
The life of old Prince Bolkonsky, Prince Andrei and Princess Marya has changed in many ways since 1805.
In 1806, the old prince was appointed one of the eight commanders-in-chief of the militia, then appointed throughout Russia. The old prince, despite his senile weakness, which became especially noticeable during the period of time when he considered his son killed, did not consider himself entitled to refuse the position to which he had been appointed by the sovereign himself, and this newly discovered activity excited and strengthened him. He was constantly traveling around the three provinces entrusted to him; He was pedantic in his duties, strict to the point of cruelty with his subordinates, and he himself went down to the smallest details of the matter. Princess Marya had already stopped taking mathematical lessons from her father, and only in the mornings, accompanied by her nurse, with little Prince Nikolai (as his grandfather called him), entered her father’s study when he was at home. Baby Prince Nikolai lived with his wet nurse and nanny Savishna in the half of the late princess, and Princess Marya spent most of the day in the nursery, replacing, as best she could, a mother to her little nephew. M lle Bourienne, too, seemed to be passionately in love with the boy, and Princess Marya, often depriving herself, yielded to her friend the pleasure of nursing the little angel (as she called her nephew) and playing with him.
At the altar of the Lysogorsk church there was a chapel over the grave of the little princess, and in the chapel a marble monument brought from Italy was erected, depicting an angel spreading his wings and preparing to ascend to heaven. The angel's upper lip was slightly raised, as if he was about to smile, and one day Prince Andrei and Princess Marya, leaving the chapel, admitted to each other that it was strange, the face of this angel reminded them of the face of a deceased woman. But what was even stranger, and what Prince Andrei did not tell his sister, was that in the expression that the artist accidentally gave to the face of the angel, Prince Andrei read the same words of meek reproach that he then read on the face of his dead wife: “Oh, why did you do this to me?..."
Soon after the return of Prince Andrei, the old prince separated his son and gave him Bogucharovo, a large estate located 40 miles from Bald Mountains. Partly because of the difficult memories associated with Bald Mountains, partly because Prince Andrei did not always feel able to bear his father’s character, and partly because he needed solitude, Prince Andrei took advantage of Bogucharov, built there and spent most of his time there. time.
Prince Andrei, after the Austerlitz campaign, firmly decided never to serve again in military service; and when the war began, and everyone had to serve, he, in order to get rid of active service, accepted a position under his father in collecting the militia. The old prince and his son seemed to change roles after the 1805 campaign. The old prince, excited by the activity, expected all the best from the real campaign; Prince Andrei, on the contrary, not participating in the war and secretly regretting it in his soul, saw only one bad thing.
On February 26, 1807, the old prince left for the district. Prince Andrei, as for the most part during his father’s absences, remained in Bald Mountains. Little Nikolushka had been unwell for the 4th day. The coachmen who drove the old prince returned from the city and brought papers and letters to Prince Andrei.
The valet with letters, not finding the young prince in his office, went to Princess Marya’s half; but he wasn’t there either. The valet was told that the prince had gone to the nursery.
“Please, your Excellency, Petrusha has come with the papers,” said one of the nanny’s girls, turning to Prince Andrei, who was sitting on a small children’s chair and with trembling hands, frowning, dripping medicine from a glass into a glass half filled with water.
- What's happened? - he said angrily, and carelessly shaking his hand, he poured an extra amount of drops from the glass into the glass. He threw the medicine out of the glass onto the floor and asked for water again. The girl handed it to him.
In the room there was a crib, two chests, two armchairs, a table and a children's table and chair, the one on which Prince Andrei was sitting. The windows were curtained, and one candle was burning on the table, covered with a bound book of music, so that the light would not fall on the crib.
“My friend,” Princess Marya said, turning to her brother from the crib where she stood, “it’s better to wait... after...
“Oh, do me a favor, you keep talking nonsense, you’ve been waiting for everything - so you’ve waited,” said Prince Andrei in an embittered whisper, apparently wanting to prick his sister.
“My friend, it’s better not to wake him up, he fell asleep,” the princess said in a pleading voice.
Prince Andrei stood up and, on tiptoe, approached the crib with a glass.
– Or definitely not to wake you up? – he said hesitantly.
“As you wish, that’s right... I think... as you wish,” said Princess Marya, apparently timid and ashamed that her opinion had triumphed. She pointed out to her brother the girl who was calling him in a whisper.
It was the second night that they both did not sleep, caring for the boy who was burning in the heat. All these days, not trusting their home doctor and waiting for the one for whom they had been sent to the city, they took this or that remedy. Exhausted by insomnia and anxious, they dumped their grief on each other, reproached each other and quarreled.
“Petrusha with papers from daddy,” the girl whispered. - Prince Andrei came out.
- Well, what is there! - he said angrily, and after listening to verbal orders from his father and taking the envelopes and his father’s letter, he returned to the nursery.

Alena is 18 years old, she lives in the city of Tosno near St. Petersburg. Her initial attitude towards the project cannot be called positive. “Then I tried to resist. I thought it was a waste of time and nerve cells - because the outcome was known in advance, and the five vacant “star places” had long been bought. But dad insisted, and I signed up for the first stage.”

At the first stage, when she had the opportunity to choose compositions on her own, Alena performed Dunaevsky’s lullaby from the film “Circus” in a jazz arrangement. Alena has many good memories associated with this song, since it was with her that the girl won more than one competition.

Alena set the goal of becoming a singer or, at least, a dancer as a child. In Grozny, where the Seleznev family lived before the outbreak of hostilities in 1993, Alena studied ballroom dancing. At the age of 10, having already moved to the northern capital, she enrolled in a children's music studio with the very symbolic name “Little Stars”. Over the next seven years, Alena was the soloist of “Zvezdochki” - she performed with them at the main venues in St. Petersburg and toured throughout Russia and Europe. During this time, she managed to win victories in international and all-Russian vocal competitions, including “Morning Star”. In addition to studying in the studio, together with two friends, Alena organized an independent group Music Style.

Alena finished working with “Little Stars” in April, shortly before the start of the “Become a Star” competition. And, without thinking twice, I entered the first year of the Pushkin University at the Faculty of State Municipal Administration. According to Alena, it is possible to combine a group and study, and activities that are so different in essence and nature, such as management and stage work, only add variety to life and do not allow you to die of boredom. Alena loves Bulgakov, Pushkin and Lermontov, clinically does not “digest” Dostoevsky and modern prose, is fond of modern dancing, is familiar with the basics of acting, listens to and performs pop, jazz and blues. She can list her favorite artists endlessly, but warns that “there are no idols - there are performers who simply like.” Assessing vocal abilities contemporary performers, Alena singles out Christina Aguilera for her “most powerful voice,” as well as Whitney Houston, Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Janet and Michael Jackson, Irina Ponarovskaya. Among the groups she likes are Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Aerosmith, Corn, “Spleen”, “Bi-2”, “Tantsy Minus”, “Vopli Vidoplyasova”, “Dynamite” and “Prime Minister”.

"Being a star for me means working. Working on yourself, on your voice, on your dance. Record good songs, give brilliant live concerts and give love to people!"

Roman is 19 years old. At school they might well have teased him as “German” if they had known that he was born in Dresden. However, the notorious German stiffness did not have time to penetrate the boy’s consciousness - a year after his birth, the Beresnev family left for Russia. Now in the “quintet of winners” Roman is considered the most cheerful and carefree person. He came to the “Become a Star” qualifying rounds, held in Novosibirsk, from Kemerovo, where at that very time his fellow students at the Academy of Culture and Art were taking an exam. Having made it to the second round, Roma realized that the variety directing department would not see him soon.

Roman took part in his first serious creative competition at the age of 9, when he decided to join a children's theater troupe. Then he dreamed of dancing, but he was accepted into the vocal department. From that moment on, Roman’s singing career went from strength to strength. Together with the group he traveled a lot Russian cities, became a laureate and diploma winner of the “Golden Cockerel”, “At Cinderella’s Ball”, “Spring Drops”, “Rainbow” competitions. He has many friends in the clubs of his native Kemerovo, and at home some teddy bear or White Bim peeks out from every corner - gifts from fans.

At the age of 13, Roma’s team moved to a higher, “adult” level. professional level. But three years later, Roman decided to pursue a solo career. At that time, he only worked at a minus level. “Since childhood, I was taught that a normal professional person should work at a minus level. In Kemerovo, it is almost impossible to do otherwise. The situation when a vocal microphone cannot be adjusted is considered the norm. If I had the opportunity to go on stage with a bass guitar, I could handle it. After all, I graduated from music school."

Best of the day

Roman is confident that pop music is a normal and worthy style. It’s just that in our country today no one works in this style at the proper level. So the sacramental phrase " Led Zeppelin- it is too popular music“Coming from him, it doesn’t seem absurd at all. Roman listens to sunny music that gives a positive charge. “Almost all the performers who are at the peak of popularity today have compositions that I like. But this is not enough yet. It is important how the artist works. By working on stage you can pull out the most primitive song. I really like the way Britney Spears presents herself. Even if she’s a three-time American pop idol and the dream of dropout teenagers, she works great!” According to Roman, worthy representatives of the Russian pop scene today, in addition to Alla Pugacheva, are two groups - “Dynamite” and “Prime Minister”.

Roma quickly decided on his position in the group: “For all of us now, the most important thing is to simultaneously and “in step” climb the ladder held by the producer. In fact, there is no more serious project in Russia that would affect the sphere of show business and it wasn’t. I constantly feel a colossal responsibility on myself, because I understand: I am still far from being an ideal artist. But I need not only to be in excellent musical and physical fitness, but also to retain energetic warmth in oneself - in order to convey it to the viewer."

Jeannette is 22 years old. She is a Muscovite. She combines oriental expression and European prudence - which undoubtedly won the jury over. Jeannette is mulatto, but she did not consider exotic appearance as one of her possible trump cards. I found out about the competition in May while lying on the couch in front of the TV at night. I decided to run to the audition right away. But I found out that the first competition was being held in Yekaterinburg, and patiently waited until August, when the Moscow stage of selection began. At the competition she performed songs that corresponded to her inner temperament - “Guitar” by Irina Ponarovskaya, “Beautiful Country” by Zhanna Aguzarova and “Without You” by Mariah Carey.

Jeannette has been familiar with competitions, concerts and performances since she was five years old. However, Jeannette had never practiced professional vocals - and therefore, having consistently won each stage of the competition, she was surprised to watch how people with much better singing skills dropped out of the game. Before entering music school, Jeannette learned to play the piano on a painted keyboard: there was no real instrument at home. But this did not prevent her from successfully graduating from the State Academic School at the Moscow Conservatory in 1999. Tchaikovsky. She was prevented from turning into a new Rachmaninov and continuing her studies at the Gnessin Academy by an “overplayed hand.” “This is when you play a transcendental etude by Liszt, and there is an incredibly transcendental passage - solid thirty-second notes with triplets. And your hand goes numb...”

Jeannette decided not to spend a year restoring equipment, but took up a foreign language - she completed English courses at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Unfortunately, a further attempt to enter the Institute of Friendship of Peoples ended unsuccessfully - and, in order not to lose the skills and acquired knowledge, Jeannette entered one of the paid Moscow universities for a year. All this time she did not stop playing music: she was a soloist in a jazz band, with which she traveled all over the Moscow region, sang in an a cappella ensemble and was invited as a soloist to Alexander Schweller’s funk group. He does not lose hope of enrolling in the pop vocal department at Gnesinka.

Jeannette loves classical music, jazz, funk, pop, trance, as well as strong and original vocals, which she finds in Whitney Houston and Madonna. For some time she experienced a strong grunge period, but got tired of the depressiveness of Nirvana and switched to drum-n-bass and new wave dance music.

Since the announcement of the results of the competition, he has been in permanent euphoria, but tirelessly reminds his teammates of the need attentive attitude to each other. The main point in the group’s work is the establishment of correct contact between the performer and the audience. “An artist must definitely receive an energy return from the audience.”

Alexey is 25 years old - he is the oldest member of the group and a family man. Alexey’s son recently turned one year old. However, neither age nor family are serious obstacles for him, because life on stage has long become the only possible form of existence for Alexey. He was brought to a preview screening in Moscow in May by a former classmate. For listening, Alexey chose songs not from the modern pop mainstream, but from the classical repertoire Soviet stage- “Closing the Circle” by Chris Kelmi and “Don’t Need It in Vain” by Alla Pugacheva, which surprised and at the same time attracted the attention of the judges.

Alexey has been involved in music and dancing professionally - and for so long that his inclusion in the quintet of winners seems to be a natural result of the addition of all his many years of creative efforts. Suffice it to say that in music club He started going to school when he was three years old, and to dance classes when he was six! His stage career began with the famous school-studio of Igor Moiseev. Even before graduating, he was already working as an artist at the State academic ensemble folk dance - and traveled with him to many countries. Naturally, the tour instilled in him a passion for travel.

However, in parallel with dancing and balalaika classes, Alexey tried to develop his own project. Having met young people of similar musical tastes, he became the lead singer of the group “People in Different Things”. It was then that he first had to face the sad realities of domestic show business. The group played “Russian glam rock” and periodically appeared on the stages of the “R-Club” and “U-Tu”, traditional for beginning Moscow musicians. The rehearsal and concert frenzy continued for about a year, but the group sorely lacked competent management, and performances in low-budget clubs, of course, did not bring in any money.

Alexey’s musical preferences were formed according to the principle “every performer has at least one worthy thing.” That's why he listens to a wide variety of music. Among his “favorites” are Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Uriah Heep, Queen, U2, Jamiroquai, Lenny Kravitz, from Russian groups - "Auktsion", "Resurrection", "Aria", "Master".

Participation in “Become a Star” required a certain sacrifice from Alexey: he had to radically change his hairstyle. “In the episodes where the audience saw me, I had practically no hairstyle. I simply grew my hair. However, already at the first stages in Moscow, they approached me with the question of whether I was ready for the fact that they could completely change me. A little later I got ready consultation, at which it was decided that I needed to be changed radically. So I sat down under the typewriter. And I liked this alternative to my previous image."

Alexey evaluates reaching the “star final” as a continuation of the movement towards his own creative self-determination. He's sure that a new group should be unlike any existing pop project.

18-year-old Karina heard about the competition while not in her native Ufa, but in Karelian Petrozavodsk. Circumstances were such that she could easily not have become a participant, much less a winner, of “Become a Star”: the date for the qualifying round was set on the day ahead of schedule arrival of the Petrozavodsk-Ufa train. However, Karina managed to change her ticket at the last moment and literally jumped on the bandwagon of flying fate.

Karina moved to Ufa from Petrozavodsk, where she graduated from a music school in piano. Karina's parents are professional musicians. Dad is a conductor, mother is an opera singer, Honored Artist of Russia. It is not surprising that Karina learned classical music and the style of classical singing in early childhood. From the age of three she already knew all her mother’s arias by heart.

In 2001, at the “Spring Chord” competition, Karina received an award for best vocal, after which she entered the music school in Petrozavodsk. But soon her parents were invited to work in Ufa, and Karina, accustomed to endless travel, transferred to the Ufa School of Arts in the classical vocal department. The fact that none of the “classics” except herself was present at the qualifying rounds did not bother Karina at all. For the jury, she prepared two songs from her favorite group “Kvartal”, but sang only “Island of White Birds”.

Despite the fact that Karina listens to the music of the most different styles, the classics still remain in the first place of her personal hit parade: the romantic Beethoven, the jazz classics represented by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong, and many others. Karina does not feel any warm feelings towards rollicking pop music like the Dynamite group. But he listens to Whitney Houston, Russian rock, Valeria, electronic music and rock operas.

The academic school taught Karina to see herself from the outside. “Maybe I evaluate myself too harshly, but I almost never liked myself in this competition. I didn’t like my performance at all in dance competitions. Already during the performance of the number, I always immediately noticed what I did well and what I didn’t. In general, my inclusion in the top five seems strange to me: I was surrounded by a wild number of people who were familiar with the stage almost from the cradle, who earned their bread and jam with this - and they all flew out..."

But Jeannette graduated from music school. For several years the mulatto studied piano. The teachers praised her. The girl also graduated from the academic school at the Moscow Conservatory.

Jeannette's main calling is music. “Other Rules” is the project that allowed her to show her abilities and realize herself creatively. But in 2003, she left the team to pursue a solo career.

At the age of 9, Roman was accepted into the children's theater troupe, in the vocal department. After some time, he began to participate in local and regional amateur competitions. Often the boy took prizes.

Karina Akhmetzaripova

A native of Ufa, she dreamed of becoming a famous singer since childhood.

From an early age the boy studied dancing and music. He mastered instruments such as the balalaika and guitar. In April 2016, Alexey left this world. The circumstances of his death have not been disclosed. Ignatov left behind a son and wife.

Performances

In 2003, the guys released their debut album “Fly!

Together with Alena, the team recorded the album “Let’s Push – Let’s Attract.” It turned out to be quite successful.

Finally

“Other Rules” is a group that has made a certain contribution to the development of Russian pop music. All the guys who performed as part of this group are talented performers and comprehensively developed personalities. We wish them further success and happiness in their personal lives!

Remember, on the RTR channel exactly 7 years ago there was a program “Become a Star”? I remember being so worried about the participants, just as they are probably now rooting for ours at the Olympics! Does anyone know what happened to the group? They seem to have died for about 2 years? Write.

Found it on YouTube Fly, Run! their. really simple, but very nice music. and everyone is so cute!)

well, it’s good that the group disappeared! I remember their song fly and run, such a primitive! but they made a rustle first

They turned out to be of no use to anyone - neither the public nor the producers. If only the brilliant ones with the Tuts and the factory had drifted off somewhere, it would have been believed.

In my opinion, mediocrities were initially brought into this group according to some incomprehensible principles, but the really interesting guys were “weeded out.” A girl from St. Petersburg (Irina, it seems), who is now in Assorted, showed herself well there, then she was still plump, who was eliminated because of her non-standard figure. I really liked Nastya Donets - that’s where the voice and innate musicality are (the voice is very good) - she would be good musical education and promotion more or less would be more than good singer. Alas, these three were eliminated as “non-format”. They also “weeded out” a guy who later took second place in the “People’s Artist” show; he also sang the song “Moon Melody” with Dolina (he has enough decent songs of his own), and in general he often appears on TV.

I saw Karina in another group, she sang with a blonde girl, I don’t remember the name of the group or the song. This happened 2-3 years ago, and I was still surprised then. And there was a lot of rustling. And they rented a separate house, and this and that. Apparently, Shulgin is a useless producer or began to beat them up, like Valeria.

I think I saw Jeannette (mulatto) in a musical. ABBA

His name is Alexander Panayotov. Karina and Zhannette left the group quite quickly, as if they “decided to pursue a solo career,” haha. They took another young lady, Alena was changed from a blonde to a brunette. They sang mainly in clubs. In order not to lie, I think I saw a video not so long ago where they performed in the original lineup (with Zhannette and Karina) in some club.

The television project “Be a Star” (known throughout the world as PopStars), launched on the Rossiya TV channel in September 2002, clearly demonstrated that ordinary boys and girls from various cities in Russia can become real stars - they are talented, purposeful and worthy, to stand on the same stage with recognized luminaries of our stage.

In 2002, the group “Other Rules” left the television project “Become a Star” and became an independent group. The guys passed all the tests: a casting of 8 thousand people, life under the surveillance of television cameras, a huge amount of work. The group was created as a broad brand that unites the image of young, talented, energetic, successful boys and girls; the brand’s motto was the phrase from the first song “Simple boys, simple girls fly towards life!”
Following unprecedentedly idealistic principles from the point of view of cynical show business, this project attracted the attention of millions of Russians. In front of the whole country, ordinary guys were step by step approaching fame, making their incredible dream come true.

Alla Lyubimova, native Muscovite, professional choreographer. Now married, three children.

Natasha Galla moved to New York for permanent residence, performs in the 5Stars Cabaret Show. Last year she gave birth to her first child, son Leo. Have a boyfriend

The group was formed in 2004 and actively delighted us with its creativity until 2013. Then the group was disbanded and another team was recruited, which included Lukeria Ilyashenko. I already wrote about this, but how not to repeat such news?

The old cast, entirely graduates of choreographic classes, despite the repertoire, looked more or less sane. Lukeria is not saved by the ballet school; she and her other members look cheap and vulgar.

They even perform to old plywood recorded by the previous band

Karina Akhmetzaripova: “If we love ourselves, then the world loves us.”

An ex-member of the group “Other Rules”, created in 2002 following the results of the first Russian music TV show “Become a Star”, Karina Akhmetzaripova gave an interview to the magazine “Colors of Inspiration”, in which she talked about how the life of a “simple girl” turned out after leaving the popular team. Our editors also invite you to find out interesting details from the future singer’s childhood and youth and remember the successful reality show of the Rossiya TV channel “Become a Star.”

1. – Karina, probably a traditional question. You were born into an artistic family: your father is a conductor, your mother is an opera actress. Was it predetermined that you would become a musician?

— Karina: — Since my parents were involved in music, they instilled in me a love for it almost from the cradle: they always took me to the theater and various concerts. Naturally, in early age I was sent to a music school, where I studied piano. In addition, I sang, participated in some endless vocal competitions and as a pianist too. Dad really wanted me to become a pianist, but it was not destined to please him. Music always accompanies me, and I can’t imagine myself without it. My whole life revolves around art and, probably, there was no other way.

2. — Life and work situations forced your parents to move often. Moving to an unfamiliar city affects, first of all, emotional condition. Was it easy for you to adapt to the new environment?

Karina: - Yes, my parents, of course, constantly traveled. If people found out that we moved so many times, to such different cities, they always asked me if my parents were military. But no, musicians and artists. Actually, we are Tatars - nomadic people, everything is covered in blood (laughs). And, in general, adaptation is such a very common thing. The hardest thing was moving from Irkutsk after living there for a long time. I was 13 years old, and this was my first move at such a conscious age. It was even more difficult to move from Ufa to Petrozavodsk. That year I graduated from school. Like any sixteen-year-old teenager, it seemed to me that the friends I acquired would be eternal, and any changes would be a global catastrophe. Everything was especially aggravated by the fact that I didn’t have High school prom. It was on that day when my classmates congratulated each other on graduation and enjoyed the first completed stage in their lives that I was traveling on the Ufa-Petrozavodsk train. I was very sad, of course, because I unbearably wanted to be with all my friends and girlfriends.
